Claims (8)
- Türscharnier, insbesondere für Kühlraumtüren mit einem an der Zarge zu befestigenden Scharnierblock (1) einem an dem Türblatt zu befestigenden Scharnierlappen (2) und einer in den genannten Teilen gelagerten Scharnierachse (3), wobei in den Lagerbock (2a) des Scharnierlappens (2) und in dem einen Lagerbock (1b) des Scharnierblockes (1) das Türgewicht aufnehmende Körper (4, 5) unverdrehbar eingesetzt sind, wodurch die aufeinander liegenden Flächen dieser Körper ein Gleitlager bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharnierachse (3) durch die Lagerböcke (1a, 1b) des Scharnierblockes (1), den Lagerbock (2a) des Scharnierlappens (2) und durch die Körper (4, 5) hindurch dringt und
dass in dem unteren Lagerbock (1b) ein Gewindeloch (1b2) mit einer Stellschraube (7) angeordnet ist, auf der der untere Körper (5) aufliegt, so dass mit Hilfe der Stellschraube (7) über die Körper (4, 5) der Scharnierlappen (2) und damit das Türblatt stufenlos angehoben und einjustiert werden kann. - Türscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufeinander liegenden Flächen der Körper (4, 5) als schräge Steuerflächen (4c, 5c) ausgebildet sind, wodurch das Türblatt beim Öffnen angehoben wird.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufeinander liegenden Flächen der Körper (17, 18) auf der Scharnierachse (3) senkrecht stehen, wodurch das Türblatt beim Öffnen auf gleicher Höhe bleibt.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kleineren Aussparungen (1a1, 1b1) in den Lagerböcken (1a, 1b) des Scharnierblockes (1) und die kleinere Aussparung (2a1) in dem Lagerbock (2a) des Scharnierlappens (2) quadratisch sind,
dass die größeren Aussparungen der Lagerböcke (1a, 1b) als Gewindelöcher (1a2, 1b2) ausgebildet sind und
dass die größeren Aussparungen (2a2, 2a3) des Lagerbockes (2a) zylindrisch sind, so dass aufgrund der Spiegelsymmetrie die Teile sowohl für Rechts- als auch für Linksscharniere geeignet sind. - Türscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharnierachse (3) am oberen Ende einen Haltering (6) aufweist, der ein Außengewinde (6a) und eine Sechskantfläche oder Angriffsflächen für einen Spezialschlüssel aufweist.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Ende der Scharnierachse (3), die unten angeordnete Stellschraube (7) und die am Scharnierblock (1) sowie am Scharnierlappen (2) angebrachten Befestigungsschrauben unter Abdeckkappen (8, 9) verborgen sind, die mit Hilfe von Laschen (8a, 9a) und Haken (8b, 9b) hinter Nasen (1c) und Kanten (1d) des Scharnierblockes (1) einrasten.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierblock (1) in Höhe der Nasen (1c) der Demontage dienende Öffnungen (1e) aufweist, die bei geschlossener Tür durch den Scharnierlappen (2) verdeckt sind.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerflächen (4c, 5c) in der 90°-Position waagrechte Teilflächen aufweisen, so dass die geöffnete Tür eine Raststellung einnimmt.
