Claims (16)
- Bouchon pour récipient de produits liquides du type comprenant une jupe latérale (1) pourvue d'une part, d'un filetage interne (10) et d'une bande d'inviolabilité inférieure (11) et raccordée d'autre part, à un plateau supérieur (2) portant intérieurement des moyens d'étanchéité destinés à coopérer avec le bord supérieur (B) du col (C) du récipient, et comprenant un épaulement extérieur (4) ménagé dans la zone de liaison entre la jupe (1) et le plateau (2) ; ledit épaulement étant constitué d'une face radialement intérieure destiné à venir en regard du col (C) et une face inférieure portant une lèvre périphérique (3) élastiquement déformable s'étendant, au repos, vers le bas en direction de l'axe (X) du bouchon et destinée, en position de fermeture du bouchon, à s'intercaler entre ledit épaulement (4) et ledit col C, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre est reliée à la face inférieure de l'épaulement du côté de sa zone de jonction avec la paroi latérale interne de la jupe (1) en délimitant une saillie radiale (41) sur ledit épaulement (4) de telle sorte qu'en position de fermeture du bouchon, ladite lèvre épouse, sous contraintes, au moins une partie du pourtour curviligne extérieur (b) du bord supérieur (B) du col.
- Bouchon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'étanchéité comprennent, en outre, une lèvre annulaire intérieure (6) élastiquement déformable positionnée de telle sorte que son extrémité libre épouse, sous contraintes, au moins le pourtour intérieur (b') du bord supérieur (B) du col en position de fermeture du bouchon.
- Bouchon selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre intérieure (6) est constituée ou portée par un élément annulaire indépendant disposé dans le bouchon.
- Bouchon selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre intérieure (6) a un diamètre de raccordement au plateau (2) compris entre les diamètres extérieur et intérieur dudit col (C) et est inclinée par rapport à l'axe du bouchon d'un angle (γ) compris entre 0 et 45°.
- Bouchon selon l'une des revendications 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre intérieure (6) est destinée à s'intercaler, sous contraintes, en position de fermeture du bouchon, entre, d'une part, un épaulement intérieur (52) solidaire de la face inférieure du plateau (2) et, d'autre part, le col (C) du récipient.
- Bouchon selon la revendication 1 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la face de l'épaulement extérieur (4) et/ou de l'épaulement intérieur (52), située en regard du col (C) en position de fermeture du bouchon, présente une contre-dépouille (40, 50)
- Bouchon selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit plateau (2) est muni en son centre d'un jeu de nervures radiales (7) de rigidification.
- Bouchon selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'étanchéité comprennent, au surplus, une couronne de centrage et/ou de blocage (5) solidaire du plateau (2) et s'étendant de façon coaxiale en regard de ladite lèvre périphérique (3) en délimitant avec ledit épaulement extérieur (4) et/ou la lèvre (3) une gorge (20) dans laquelle vient se loger le col (C), en position de fermeture du bouchon.
- Bouchon selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la face radialement extérieure de ladite couronne (5) est pourvue en partie basse, d'un bossage (53) destiné à prendre appui contre la paroi latérale interne du col (C).
- Bouchon selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur de la portion de la couronne (5) en saillie à l'intérieur du col en position de fermeture du bouchon est supérieure à la course morte du dévissage préalable à la séparation de la bande d'inviolabilité (11).
- Bouchon selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre périphérique (3) est reliée à la face inférieure de l'épaulement extérieur (4).
- Bouchon selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre périphérique (3) comporte un premier tronçon rectiligne (31) relié par une extrémité audit épaulement extérieur (4) et prolongé à son autre extrémité via un coude (30) par un second tronçon rectiligne (32).
- Bouchon selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le coude (30) définit un angle (α) entre les deux tronçons (31, 32) dont la valeur est comprise entre 0 et 60°.
- Bouchon selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre périphérique (3) ou son premier tronçon (31) est inclinée avec un angle (β) compris entre 20° et 60° par rapport à l'axe (X) du bouchon.
- Bouchon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de ladite lèvre périphérique (3) ainsi que la géométrie de l'épaulement extérieur (4) sont déterminées, de telle sorte que le contact d'appui entre ladite lèvre (3) et le bord supérieur (B) du col se fasse au-dessus des plans de joint dudit col.
- Bouchon selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure du plateau (2) est pourvue d'un jonc (21) s'étendant en direction de la lèvre intérieure (3).
