Claims (19)

  1. Profillamelle für Verschlussvorhang, mit mindestens einem Modul (2) mit einem polygonalen geraden Querschnitt, wobei das Modul eine jeweils vordere und hintere Wand (3, 4) aufweist, die durch zwei Ränder (5, 6) angeschlossen sind, denen Verbindungs- und Gelenkmittel (7) zugeordnet sind, wobei die Verbindungs- und Gelenkmittel zweier aufeinander folgender Lamellen so zusammenwirken können, dass die beiden Lamellen sich in einer geschlossenen Position befinden können, in der bei geschlossenem Vorhang nur die Vorderwand (3) sichtbar ist, und in einer geöffneten Position, in der die aufeinander folgenden Lamellen voneinander entfernt sind, wobei jedes Modul ein Ende (3a) der Vorderwand aufweist, das aus dem oberen Teil (6a) des angrenzenden Rands (6) herausragt, so dass die Verbindungs- und Gelenkmittel (7) das Ende (3a) der Vorderwand in geschlossener Position nicht überragen, wobei das obere Teil (6a) des Rands (6) eine konkave Form aufweist, die sich tangierend an des Ende (3a) der Vorderwand anschließt, wobei die Konkavität dieses Endes auf die Verbindungs- und Gelenkmittel (7) gerichtet ist, während das andere Ende (3b) der Vorderwand (3) in einem Schulterstück (8) endet, das etwa lotrecht zur Vorderwand mit einer etwa gleichen Größe wie das Ende (3a) des angrenzenden Moduls verläuft, wobei der an das Ende (3b) angrenzende Rand (5) eine gekrümmte, aus dem Schulterstück (8) heraus ragende Fläche (5a) aufweist, und wobei das untere Teil (5b) des Rands sich entsprechend einer konkaven, auf das angrenzende Modul gerichteten Fläche an die Hinterwand (4) anschließt, so dass das Ende (3a) der Vorderwand einer Lamelle in geschlossener Position mit dem Schulterstück (8) der angrenzenden Lamelle in Kontakt steht und sich auf einen Teil der gekrümmten, aus dem angrenzenden Modul heraus ragenden Fläche (5a) abstützt, wobei die Verbindungs- und Gelenkmittel (7) an den unteren Teilen (5b, 6b) der Ränder (5, 6) befestigt sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungs- und Gelenkmittel in der Nähe der oberen Teile der Ränder (5, 6) oder in der unteren Hälfte der Lamelle befestigt sind.
  2. Lamelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in geschlossener Position die oberen, zwei Lamellenmodulen gegenüberliegenden Teile (5a, 6a) etwa parallel sind, wobei sich das Ende des oberen Teils (5a) des ersten Moduls in der Nähe des Endes des oberen Teils (6a) befindet, das dem zweiten Modul gegenüberliegt, so dass die Verbindungs- und Gelenkmittel geschützt sind.
  3. Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungs- und Gelenkmittel (7) zwei starre Enden (9a, 9b) aus nicht edlem Material umfassen, die über ein flexibles, mit der Lamelle (1) koextrudiertes Scharnier (10) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei mindestens ein starres Ende (9a) Bestandteil des Rands (5b, 6b) ist und das andere Ende (9b) ein Einhakmittel (11) aufweist oder Bestandteil des Rands (5b, 6b) eines anderen Lamellenmoduls ist.
  4. Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (5b) des Rands (5) eines Moduls ein Aufnahmemittel (12) umfasst, in das ein Einhakmittel (11) eingefügt werden kann.
  5. Lamelle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil (5a) des Rands (5) eines Moduls (2) das Oberteil des Aufnahmemittels (12) des besagten Moduls bildet, wobei das Unterteil des Aufnahmemittels durch eine Fläche (5c) gebildet wird, deren Konkavität in das Aufnahmemittel hinein gerichtet ist, wobei die Fläche (5c) etwa lotrecht aus dem unteren Rand (5b) des Moduls heraus ragt.
  6. Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus zwei über ein flexibles Scharnier (10) miteinander verbundenen Modulen (2) besteht, wobei der Rand (5b) des ersten Moduls vom flexiblen Scharnier (10) abgewandt ist und ein Aufnahmemittel (12) umfasst, wobei der Rand (6b) des zweiten Moduls von dem flexiblen Scharnier abgewandt ist und ein Einhakmittel (11) aufweist.

Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens drei etwa identische, über flexible Scharniere (10) miteinander verbundene Module (2) umfasst, wobei der Rand (5b) eines Endmoduls von seinem flexiblen Scharnier (10) abgewandt ist und ein Aufnahmemittel (12) umfasst, wobei der Rand (6b) des anderen Endmoduls von seinem flexiblen Scharnier abgewandt ist und ein Einhakmittel (11) aufweist, wobei das (die) mittlere(n) Modul(e) mit den Endmodulen über flexible Scharniere (10) verbunden ist (sind).
  8. Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens drei etwa identische, über flexible Scharniere (10) miteinander verbundene Module (2) umfasst, wobei der Rand (5b) eines Endmoduls von seinem flexiblen Scharnier (10) abgewandt ist und ein Aufnahmemittel (12) umfasst, wobei der Rand (6b) des anderen Endmoduls von seinem flexiblen Scharnier abgewandt ist und ein Einhakmittel (11) aufweist, wobei das (die) mittlere(n) Modul(e) mit den Endmodulen über flexible Scharniere (10) verbunden ist (sind), wobei mindestens eins der Module (2) eine andere Form als die beiden anderen aufweist.
  9. Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens drei etwa identische, über flexible Scharniere (10) miteinander verbundene Module (2) umfasst, wobei der Rand (5b) eines Endmoduls von seinem flexiblen Scharnier (10) abgewandt ist und ein Aufnahmemittel (12) umfasst, wobei der Rand (6b) des anderen Endmoduls von seinem flexiblen Scharnier abgewandt ist und ein Einhakmittel (11) aufweist, wobei das (die) mittlere(n) Modul(e) mit den Endmodulen über flexible Scharniere (10) verbunden ist (sind), wobei zwei der Module (2) eine unterschiedliche Form aufweisen.

Lamelle nach den Ansprüchen 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Ränder (5a, 6a) des ein Einhakmittel (11) aufweisenden Endmoduls etwa identisch und symmetrisch sind und zwei Enden (3a, 3b) der Vorderwand (3) aufweisen, die aus dem oberen Teil (5a, 6a) ihrer angrenzenden Ränder (5, 6) heraus ragen, so dass die Verbindungs- und Gelenkmittel (7) die Enden (3a, 3b) der Vorderwand in geschlossener Position nicht überragen, wobei das obere Teil (5a, 6a) eines jeden Rands (5, 6) eine konkave Form aufweist, die sich tangierend an das Ende (3a, 3b) der Vorderwand anschließt, wobei die Konkavität derselben auf die Verbindungsmittel (7) gerichtet ist.
  11. Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Rand (5a) des Endmoduls mit einem Aufnahmemittel (12) etwa lotrecht zur Vorderwand (3) des Moduls verläuft, wobei der obere Rand (5a) eine heraus ragende Fläche aufweist, die das Scharnier schützen soll, wobei das andere Ende der Vorderwand (3) des Endmoduls in einem etwa lotrecht zur Vorderwand angeordneten Schulterstück (8) endet, das etwa die gleiche Größe aufweist wie das Ende des angrenzenden Moduls sowie eine gekrümmte, aus dem Schulterstück (8) heraus ragende Fläche (6a), wobei das untere Teil (6b) des Rands sich an die Hinterwand (4) entsprechend einer Fläche mit in das angrenzende Modul gerichteter Konkavität anschließt, so dass das Ende (3b) der Vorderwand einer Lamelle sich in geschlossener Position in Kontakt mit dem Schulterstück (8) der angrenzenden Lamelle befindet und sich auf ein Teil der gekrümmten, aus dem angrenzenden Modul heraus ragenden Fläche (5a) abstützt.
  12. Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch Koextrusion zweier verschiedener Kunststoffe hergestellt wird, wobei die sichtbare Vorderwand (3) und die oberen Teile (5a, 6a) der an die Vorderwand angrenzenden Ränder (5, 6) aus einem spezifischen Material bestehen, während die Rückwand (4) und die unteren Teile (5b, 6b) der an die Rückwand angrenzenden Ränder (5, 6) aus einem Standardmaterial sind.
  13. Verschlussvorhang, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch die Verbindung der Lamellen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 hergestellt wird, wobei die Lamellen miteinander und nacheinander durch Zusammenwirkung der Einhak- und Aufnahmemittel (11 und 12) verbunden werden.
  14. Vorhang nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Endlamelle (13) mit einem Aufnahmemittel (14) aufweist, das unmittelbar mit dem Einhakmittel (11) einer Lamelle zusammenwirken kann.
  15. Vorhang nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der an den Rand (6) der benachbarten Lamelle (1) angrenzende Rand (15) der Endlamelle (13) eine Fläche (16) aufweist, die zu dem Teil (6a) des Rands (6) heraus ragt und etwa parallel dazu verläuft, um das flexible Scharnier (10) zu schützen, an dem das Einhakmittel (11) der Lamelle befestigt ist.
  16. Vorhang nach den Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endlamelle (13) eine Vorderwand (16) aufweist, die sich etwa in die gleiche Richtung wie die Vorderwand (3) der angrenzenden Lamelle (1) erstreckt, und deren Ende mit dem Ende (3a) der Vorderwand der Lamelle in Kontakt steht, wenn sich die Lamellen (1, 13) in geschlossener Position befinden, so dass zwischen der Endlamelle und der angrenzenden Lamelle kein Licht durchfällt.
  17. Vorhang nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endlamelle (13) ein offenes, durch Falten eines Metallblechs hergestelltes Profil ist.
  18. Vorhang nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endlamelle (13) eine Verstärkung (18) aus starrem Material mit einer Verkleidung (19) aufweist.
  19. Vorhang nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endlamelle (13) eine Verstärkung (18) aus mit Plastik (19) verkleidetem Metallblech aufweist.
