Claims (7)
- Dispositif de vidange de silo comportant des nervures, en forme de tunnel, posées sur le fond du silo, dans lesquelles on envoie de l'air qui débouche dans des augets par l'entremise d'ouïes, caractérisé en ce que les nervures sont réalisées à partir d'éléments (7) en béton présentant, latéralement, de larges ouvertures (8) obturées par des plaques (9) présentant des ouïes (10) de sortie de l'air.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les plaques (9) forment les ailes latérales de profilés (12), sensiblement, en forme d'U, maintenus entre deux nervures adjacentes de façon à faire coïncider les ouvertures (8) et les ouïes (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'étanchéité, au niveau du fond du silo, entre deux nervures adjacentes est assurée par un lit de béton (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des moyens sont prévus pour s'opposer à ce que le produit ensilé stagne, à la fin de la vidange, dans la portion des augets située à l'opposé de l'orifice d'évacuation usuel.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la portion de l'auget situé à l'opposé de l'orifice d'évacuation est masquée par un déflecteur (14), présentant un volet (15) s'étendant au plus près des ailes du profilé (12) et comportant de ouïes analogues à celles (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le profilé (17) ménage entre lui et chaque élément adjacent un couloir (18) et en ce que le bord supérieur de chaque aile dudit profilé se recourbe vers l'extérieur pour s'appliquer contre la face oblique (7b) de l'élément correspondant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le bord supérieur (10a) des ouïes est situé en dessous du bord inférieur (8a) des ouvertures 8.
