Claims (11)
- Einbauventil für einen Gliederheizkörper, mit einem Gehäuse, das das vorlaufseitige, erste Glied durchsetzt, einen Ventilsitz trägt, der mit einem von außen betätigbaren Verschlußstück zusammenwirkt, sowie einen vom Gehäuseumfang ausgehenden Eintrittskanal und einen zum zweiten Glied führenden Austrittskanal aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußstück (17; 117) druckentlastet ist, daß der Eintrittskanal (21; 121) seitlich neben dem Verschlußstück (17; 117) vorgesehen und durch einen Ausschnitt in der Gehäusewand gebildet ist und daß der Austrittskanal (22; 122) auf der dem Verschlußstück abgewandten Seite an den Ventilsitz (16; 116) anschließt.
- Einbauventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußstück (17; 117) auf seiner dem Ventilsitz (116) abgewandten Seite abgedichtet in einen Zylinderraum (128) greift, dessen wirksame Druckfläche etwa gleich der vom Ventilsitz (116) umschlossenen Fläche ist, und daß der Zylinderraum (128) mit dem Raum innerhalb des Ventilsitzes (116) verbunden ist.
- Einbauventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußstück (17; 117) von mindestens einem Druckentlastungskanal (18; 118) durchsetzt ist.
- Einbauventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußstück (117) einen Bereich (129) aufweist, in dem sein Querschnitt zum Ventilsitz (16; 116) hin zunimmt, und daß ein nahe der dem Ventilsitz abgewandten Stirnfläche des Verschlußstückes (117) angeordneter Ringflansch (131) diesen Bereich (129) teilweise überlappt und von dem auf den Bereich wirkenden Druck belastet ist.
- Einbauventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Ventilsitz (116) außen eine Umfangsrinne (132) vorgeschaltet ist.
- Einbauventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Ausschnitt und Verschlußstück (17; 117) eine den Querschnitt des Eintrittskanals (21; 121) bestimmende Voreinstellbuchse (25; 125) vorgesehen ist.
- Einbauventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (11; 111) zur Bildung des Austrittskanals (22; 122) ein an den Ventilsitz (16; 116) anschließendes Rohr aufweist.
- Einbauventil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr am freien Ende eine Platte (23) mit einer Scheibendichtung (24) zur Anlage an eine ein erstes und zweites Glied (2, 3) verbindende Muffe (4) trägt.
- Einbauventil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr am Umfang eine Ringdichtung (123) zum Einschieben in eine erstes und zweites Glied verbindenden Muffe trägt.
- Einbauventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (11; 111) ein Einschraubteil (12; 112) und einen daran befestigten Fortsatz (13; 113) aufweist, der zumindest den Ventilsitz (16; 116) und den Austrittskanal (22; 122) umfaßt.
- Einbauventil nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fortsatz (13; 113) aus Kunststoff besteht.
