Claims (9)
- Adapter (3) für einen statischen Mischer (1) zum Durchführen einer geformten Abgabe eines dickflüssigen Gemisches aus dem Mischer, welcher Adapter als ein Kunststoff-Spritzgussteil so ausgebildet ist, dass er auf eine Austragsmündung (11) des Mischers aufsetzbar ist und dass er mit einer Wandung (33) einen Kanal mit variablem Querschnitt bildet, durch den der Strom des Gemisches auf eine spaltförmige Austrittsöffnung (4) leitbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanalwandung (33) auf der Aussenseite mit linienförmigen Schneidhilfen (40) versehen ist, die zumindest angenähert parallel zur Spaltrichtung der Austrittsöffnung (4) verlaufen und entlang derer die Kanalwandung durchschneidbar ist, so dass eine neue spaltförmige Austrittsöffnung (4a) entsteht, die in Spaltrichtung kürzer als die ursprüngliche Austrittsöffnung ist, wobei die linienförmigen Schneidhilfen so angeordnet sind, dass die neu herstellbaren Austrittsöffnungen vorgegebene Querschnittsflächen aufweisen. - Adapter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die linienförmigen Schneidhilfen (40) Rillen sind.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die linienförmigen Schneidhilfen (40) mit kennzeichnenden Markierungen (5) versehen sind, mit denen die Information, wie gross die Querschnittsfläche der neu herstellbaren Austrittsöffnung (4a) ist, direkt oder mittels eines Codes ablesbar ist.
- Adapter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei hintereinander angeordnete Bereiche unterscheidbar sind, ein Befestigungsbereich (30), ein Übergangsbereich (31) und ein Austrittsbereich (32), wobei im Austrittsbereich (32) die linienförmigen Schneidhilfen (40) angeordnet sind, im Übergangsbereich (31) das Gemisch von der Austragsmündung (11) des Mischers (1) zum Austrittsbereich (4) leitbar ist und im Befestigungsbereich (30) der Adapter durch Aufstecken auf den Mischer befestigbar ist.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austrittsbereich (32) in einer Ebene, die durch die Transportrichtung des Gemisches und die Spaltrichtung der Austrittsöffnung (4) aufgespannt wird, im wesentlichen die Form eines Trapezes hat, dessen nichtparallelen Gegenseiten einen Winkel (α) einschliessen, der einen Wert im Bereich zwischen 40° und 90° hat, vorzugsweise zwischen 60° und 70°.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ursprüngliche Austrittsöffnung (4) ein Länge in Spaltrichtung hat, die 5 bis 20 Mal grösser als die Breite der Austrittsöffnung ist, und dass die ursprüngliche und die neu hergestellten Austrittsöffnungen (4, 4a) weitgehend gleich grosse Breiten aufweisen.
- Adapter nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ursprüngliche und die neu hergestellten Austrittsöffnungen (4, 4a) jeweils eine Spaltform haben, die weitgehend rechteckig, dreieckig oder fünfeckig ist, oder die eine andere Spaltform mit variabler Breite haben, bei der sich die Breite zur Mitte hin verjüngt.
- Adapter nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Übergangsbereich (31) ein Strömungsteiler (7) angeordnet ist.
- Austragseinrichtung mit Zweikomponenten-Kartusche (2), statischem Mischer (1) und Adapter (3) gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
