Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Vergleichmäßigung der Eigenschaften eines suspendierten Papierfaserstoffes (1) mit Hilfe einer in einer regelbaren Mahlapparatur durchgeführten Nassmahlung (6),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der suspendierte Papierfaserstoff (1) zunächst in einer Nasssiebung (5) auf Grund seiner Größe und/oder Form und/oder Flexibilität fraktioniert wird,
dass die Feststoff-Menge des dabei in den Überlauf (3) gelangten Stoffes ermittelt wird und
dass anschließend der Überlauf (3) der Nassmahlung (6) zugeführt wird,
wobei die spezifische Mahlarbeit der Nassmahlung (6) bei steigender Feststoffmenge des Überlaufes (3) erhöht und bei sinkender Feststoffmenge des Überlaufes (3) abgesenkt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Feststoffmengenstrom des Überlaufes (3) durch Messung von dessen Stoffdichte bei konstant gehaltenem Volumenstrom ermittelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die spezifische Mahlarbeit nach einer linearen Funktion in Abhängigkeit vom im Überlauf (3) ermittelten Feststoffmengenstrom eingestellt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mahlapparatur ein Mahlrefiner verwendet und dass dessen Leistung durch Positionieren der Mahlwerkzeuge eingestellt wird, um die spezifische Mahlarbeit anzupassen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mahlapparatur ein Mahlrefiner verwendet wird und dass dessen Mahlleistung durch Drehzahländerung bei gleichem Antriebsmoment geregelt wird, so dass die spezifische Kantenbelastung konstant bleibt. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stoffdichte des Überlaufes (3) gemessen und danach durch geregelte Zugabe von Wasser (W) auf einen zeitlich konstanten Wert eingeregelt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nasssiebung (5) in einem geschlossenen Drucksortierer durchgeführt wird, und zwar in der Weise, dass das darin befindliche Siebelement den suspendierten Papierfaserstoff (1) so fraktioniert, dass im Überlauf steifere Fasern, längere Fasern und Splitter angereichert werden und im Durchlauf flexiblere und kürzere Fasern.
