Abstract

La présente invention concerne un débitmètre massique de type Coriolis muni d'au moins un tube d'écoulement par lequel un fluide à mesurer peut s'écouler ; un certain nombre d'amplificateurs de force faisant vibrer le tube d'écoulement dans au moins un mode de vibration du tube d'écoulement ; la vibration du tube d'écoulement provoquant une déflexion entraînée du tube d'écoulement et le fluide s'écoulant dans le tube d'écoulement en vibration produisant ainsi des forces Coriolis qui engendrent une déflexion Coriolis du tube d'écoulement ; une pluralité de transducteurs détecteurs de contrainte reliés au tube d'écoulement pour émettre des signaux correspondants à la déflexion entraînée du tube d'écoulement et à la déflexion de Coriolis du tube d'écoulement ; et un circuit processeur de signaux relié aux transducteurs détecteurs de contrainte et servant à produire une indication du débit massique du fluide à partir des signaux générés par lesdits transducteurs.
