Claims (6)
- Saugwalze (4) zur Unterstützung der Übergabe einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder anderen Faserstoffbahn (1) von einem endlosen Abgabeband (2) an ein luftdurchlässiges, endloses Abnahmeband (3) in einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredelung der Faserstoffbahn (1), wobei das, die Saugwalze (4) umlaufende Abnahmeband (3), das Abgabeband (2) und die dazwischen liegende Faserstoffbahn (1) die Saugwalze (4) in einer Abnahmezone (5) umschlingen, das Abnahmeband (3) die Saugwalze (4) in einer in Bahnlaufrichtung (6) vor der Abnahmezone (5) liegenden Vorumschlingungszone (7) allein umschlingt und in einer in Bahnlaufrichtung (6) der Abnahmezone (5) folgenden Haltezone (8) gemeinsam mit der übernommenen Faserstoffbahn (1) umschlingt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der, von Abnahme- und Haltezone (5,8) bestimmte Umschlingungswinkel α der Faserstoffbahn (1) bei Bahngeschwindigkeiten von über 1500 m/min mindestens 15° und bei Flächengewichten der Faserstoffbahn (1) von höchstens 60 g/m2 mindestens 19° beträgt.
- Saugwalze (4) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungswinkel β zwischen dem Abnahme- (3) und dem Abgabeband (2) nach der Umschlingung der Saugwalze (4) insbesondere bei Flächengewichten der Faserstoffbahn (1) von höchstens 60 g/m2 mindestens 18 ° beträgt.

die Saugwalze (4) gegenüber den Rändern der Faserstoffbahn (1) Blaszonen besitzt.
