Abstract
Description
Als abschließendes Signal sendet die Software des Leitstandes ein gezieltes PowerOFF-Kommando an die Maschine (Rechner der Maschinensteuerung) in Form eines SwitchPowerOFF-Signals. Dieses Signal entspricht demjenigen Signal bei üblichen Büro-PC's, durch welches dann der Netzschalter des Rechners betätigt wird. Die Maschinensteuerung; welche das PowerOFF-Kommando bereits empfangen hat, wird nun ihrerseits die internen Vorgänge des Betriebssystems beenden und dann den Abschaltvorgang auslösen. Dieses Abschalten wird durch die Maschinensteuerung realisiert, in dem beispielsweise über ein SPS-Output der Arbeitsstromauslöser der Maschine den Hauptschalter der Maschine in eine neutrale Endstellung bringt. In diesem Zustand sind dann die Maschine, die Steuerung der Druckmaschine als auch der Leitstandrechner völlig spannungsfrei. Ein Wiedereinschalten der Maschine erfolgt dann, in dem der Hauptschalter von der neutralen Endstellung in die PowerOff-Stellung gebracht wird und daraufhin anschließend in die PowerON-Stellung.

Claims (7)
- An- und Abschaltung für eine Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, wobei die Druckmaschine eine Steuerung sowie einen damit in Signalverbindung stehenden Rechner nach Art eines PC's ausgebildet aufweist sowie ein die Druckmaschine, die Steuerung der Druckmaschine als auch den Leitstandrechner mit Netzspannung beaufschlagendes Schütz,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schütz (6) mit der Steuerung (2) der Druckmaschine (1) in Signalverbindung steht und
dass das Schütz (6) auf während des Herunterfahrens des Leitstandrechners (3) generierbare Signale durch die Steuerung (2) betätigbar ist. - An- und Abschaltung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Leitstandrechner (3) seitens der Steuerung (2) das Herunterfahren betreffende Zustandssignale zuführbar sind. - An- und Abschaltung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Leitstandrechner (3) das Herunterfahren protokollierbar ist. - An- und Abschaltung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Schütz (6) ein manuell betätigbarer Hauptschalter (5) zugeordnet ist. - An- und Abschaltung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abschalten der Druckmaschine nebst Steuerung im Normalfall über den Leitstand erfolgt. - An- und Abschaltung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abschalten der Druckmaschine nebst Steuerung und Leitstandrechner (2, 3) über den Hauptschalter bzw. bedingt durch ein Netzausfall im Leitstandrechner (3) protokollierbar ist. - An- und Abschaltung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein nicht über den Leitstandrechner (3) ausgelöstes Herunterfahren der Maschine (1) nebst Steuerung (2) bei einem Wiederhochfahren des Systems auf einer Anzeigeeinrichtung (4) des Leitstandrechners (3) visualisierbar ist.
