Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zur Datenerfassung bei einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, wobei die Druckmaschine wenigstens einen Rechner (1,2) mit wenigstens einem wiederbeschreibbaren nicht flüchtigen Speichermedium (4) sowie einer Uhr (5) zur Erfassung von Uhrzeit und Datum aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch den wenigstens einen Rechner (1,2) permanent eine in bestimmten Zeitabständen erfolgende Abfrage des Wertes der durch die Uhr (5) gelieferten Zeit nebst Datum durchgeführt und der jeweils aktuelle Wert dieser Abfrage auf dem nicht flüchtigen wiederbeschreibbaren Speichermedium (4) gespeichert wird, wobei ein Vergleich des auf dem nicht flüchtigen wiederbeschreibbaren Speichermediums (4) gespeicherten Wertes mit dem von der Uhr (5) gelieferten aktuellen Wert durchgeführt wird, und daß feststellbare Differenzen dieser Werte über ein vorgegebenes Maß hinaus zur Bestimmung der Stillstandszeit sowie Betriebszeit der Maschine auf dem nicht flüchtigen wiederbeschreibbaren Speichermedium (4) gespeichert werden. - Datenerfassung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Erstinstallation der Druckmaschine / des Rechnersystems (1,2) ein Anlegen der die Zeit und das Datum erfassenden Datei auf dem wiederbeschreibbaren nicht flüchtigen Speichermedium (4) erfolgt. - Datenerfassung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rechner (1,2) als wiederbeschreibbares nicht flüchtiges Speichermedium ein Festplattenlaufwerk (4) aufweist, dem ein batteriegepuffertes RAM (3) zum Erfassen der durch die Uhr (5) erfaßten Zeit- und Datumswerte vorgeschaltet ist, und daß die im batteriegepufferten RAM (3) gespeicherten Daten zeitweise auf das Festplattenlaufwerk (4) übertragen werden. - Datenerfassung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei jedem Power-Off ein unmittelbares Abspeichern der von der Uhr (5) gelieferten Zeit/Datum auf dem Festplattenlaufwerk (4) durchführbar ist. - Datenerfassung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch wenigstens einen Rechner (1, 2) die auf dem wiederbeschreibbaren, nichtflüchtigen Speichermedium (3, 4) mittels der Uhr (5) erfaßten Zeitwerte in Verbindung mit den Zustand der Druckmaschine wiedergebenden Signalen sowie weiteren Daten zur Ermittlung und Speicherung von einem oder mehreren der folgenden Werte umrechenbar sind:Anzahl der bisher durchgeführten Power-On,Zeit der Erstinbetriebnahme,Alter der Maschine / des Rechnersystems,Gesamtlaufzeit der Maschine bzw. Komponenten der Maschine,Gesamtstillstandszeit der Maschine bzw. Komponenten der Maschine. - Datenerfassung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch wenigstens einen Rechner (1, 2) die auf dem wiederbeschreibbaren, nichtflüchtigen Speichermedium (3, 4) mittels der Uhr (5) erfaßten Zeitwerte in Verbindung mit den Druckzustand der Druckmaschine wiedergebenden Signalen sowie weiteren Daten zur Ermittlung und Speicherung von einem oder mehreren der folgenden Werte umrechenbar sind:Anzahl der Gutbogen,Anzahl der Totalbogen,Anzahl der Makulaturbogen,Gesamtzeit in der die Maschine Gutbogen druckt / gedruckt hatGesamtzeit in der die Maschine Makulatur druckt / gedruckt hat,Gesamtdruckzeit in welcher die Maschine druckt / gedruckt hat,Aktuelle Anzahl der Gutbogen (Gesamtzahl gedruckter Bogen minus Makulaturbogen).
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch wenigstens einen Rechner (1, 2) die auf dem wiederbeschreibbaren, nichtflüchtigen Speichermedium (3, 4) mittels der Uhr (5) erfaßten Zeitwerte in Verbindung mit den Druckzustand und/oder der Druckgeschwindigkeit der Druckmaschine wiedergebenden Signalen sowie weiteren Daten zur Ermittlung und Speicherung von einem oder mehreren der folgenden Werte umrechenbar sind:Maximale Druckgeschwindigkeit (auftragsbezogen),Minimale Druckgeschwindigkeit (auftragsbezogen),Durchschnittliche Druckgeschwindigkeit (auftragsbezogen),Maximale Druckgeschwindigkeit (maschinenbezogen),Minimale Druckgeschwindigkeit (maschinenbezogen),Durchschnittliche Druckgeschwindigkeit (maschinenbezogen),Ermittlung der noch zu druckenden Zeit eines derzeitigen Auftrages mit bekannter Auflagenhöhe und bei gegebener/aktueller Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit.
