Claims (13)
- Rad-Auftragsvorrichtung zum Auftragen eines Fluids, insbesondere Klebstoff, auf ein Substrat,
mit einer an einem Gehäuse rotierbar gelagerten Auftragswalze (2), auf deren Umfangsfläche Fluid aufbringbar ist und die mit dem Substrat so in Kontakt bringbar ist, dass Fluid von der Umfangsfläche (28) der Auftragswalze (2) auf das Substrat übertragen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Auftragswalze (2) mindestens ein Fluidkanal (24) ausgebildet ist, der einerseits mit einer Fluidquelle verbindbar ist und der andererseits in die Umfangsfläche (28) mündet,
und dass in dem Fluidkanal eine eine Vielzahl von kommunizierenden Hohlräumen aufweisende, fluiddurchlässige Struktur (34) ausgebildet ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die fluiddurchlässige Struktur (34) sich bis zur Umfangsfläche (28) der Auftragswalze (2) erstreckt. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die fluiddurchlässige Struktur (34) an einem separaten, in den Fluidkanal (24) der Auftragswalze (2) einsetzbaren Teil ausgebildet ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das separate Teil aus einem Sintermaterial, einem Sintermetall, Schaumstoff, einem gewebten Material, einem Metallgewebe oder dgl. besteht. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das separate Teil als Ringkörper ausgebildet ist, - Auftragsvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fluidkanal (24) einen im Wesentlich konzentrisch zur Rotationsachse (3) der Auftragswalze (2) verlaufenden ersten Kanalabschnitt (30) und mindestens einen weiteren, im Wesentlichen radial verlaufenden weiteren Kanalabschnitt (32) aufweist, und dass die fluiddurchlässige Struktur (34) in dem radialen Kanalabschnitt (32) angeordnet ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Kanalabschnitt (30) intermittierend mittels eines Auftragsventils (40) mit Fluid gespeist werden kann. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Auftragswalze (2) elektrisch beheizbare Heizpatronen (52) und/oder ein Temperatursensor (60) zur Messung der Temperatur in der Auftragswalze (2) angeordnet angeordnet sind/ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizpatronenen (52) mittels Schleifkontakten mit elektrischer Spannung versorgt werden können. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifkontakte an einem mit der Auftragswalze (2) verbundenen Ansatz (8) befestigt sind. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragswalze (2) mittels eines Elektromotors angetrieben wird und zwischen Elektromotor und Auftragswalze (2) ein Zahnriemen (18) geschaltet ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragswalze (2) an einer Grundplatte (4) gelagert ist und das Auftragsventil (40) an die Grundplatte (4) montiert ist. - Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragsventil (40) ein pneumatisch betätigbares Steuerteil (44) und einen bewegbaren Ventilkörper aufweist, der mit einem an der Auftragswalze (2) angeordeneten Ventilsitz (46) zusammenwirkt.
