Claims (16)
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine (13), insbesondere zum Zerkleinern von Gefrier- und Frischfleisch mit einem Schneidsatz (14) der mindestens ein Messer (4, 15) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidsatz (14) in Materialflußrichtung hinter dem letzten Messer (15) eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung aufweist, die eine Verletzung des Bedienpersonals durch das Messer (15) verhindert.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese nur in Betrieb nehmbar ist, wenn die Sicherheitsvorrichtung eingesetzt ist.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherheitsvorrichtung eine Lochscheibe (6) ist, mit einem Bohrungsdurchmesser ≤ 6 mm und vorzugsweise einer Dicke ≥ 5 mm.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Dickenüberwachung der Lochscheibe (6) aufweist, die vorzugsweise an die Standzeit der Lochscheibe gekoppelt ist, wobei vorzugsweise die Zerkleinerungsmaschine nicht in Betrieb nehmbar ist, wenn die Lochscheibe eine Mindestdicke durch Abnutzung unterschreitet.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherheitsvorrichtung in die Verschlußmutter (8) integriert ist.
- Lochscheibe (6) mit Bohrungen, insbesondere als Teil eines Schneidsatzes (14) einer Zerkleinerungsmaschine (13) zum Zerkleinern von Fleisch und/oder anderen Substanzen ähnlicher Beschaffenheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Mittel aufweist, auf dem Daten abgespeichert und abgerufen werden können, die eine eindeutige Identifikation der Lochscheibe ermöglichen.
- Lochscheibe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Identifikation insbesondere Informationen über die Größe der Bohrungen und vorzugsweise über die Dicke der Lochscheibe aufweist.
- Lochscheibe nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Mittel zusätzliche Daten, vorzugsweise die Laufzeit und die Belastung der Lochscheibe gespeichert und abgefragt werden können.
- Lochscheibe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Laufzeit und der Belastung der Lochscheibe deren Verschleiß ermittelt wird.
- Lochscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel in einem abgeschlossen Hohlraum vorgesehen ist.
- Lochscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel mit einer Sende (9)- und Empfangsanlage (9) bidirektional gekoppelt ist.
- Lochscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel ein Sensor-Chip ist.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine, vorzugsweise ein Fleischwolf, aufweisend eine Lochscheibe gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6-12.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Lochscheibe (6) in Materialflußrichtung hinter dem letzten Messer (15) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Sichern von Zerkleinerungsmaschinen mit einer Lochscheibe gemäß den Ansprüchen 6-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Daten zur Identifikation der Lochscheibe (6), die in Materialflußrichtung hinter dem letzten Messer (15) in der Zerkleinerungsmaschine (13) angeordnet ist, abgerufen werden und überprüft wird, ob die jeweilige Lochscheibe (6) den jeweiligen Sicherheitsstandards genügt und die Zerkleinerungsmaschine erst dann in Betrieb gesetzt werden kann, wenn diese Überprüfung positiv verlaufen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich die Standzeit bzw. die mechanische Belastung der Lochscheibe (6) abgerufen werden und damit deren Verschleiß überprüft wird und bei zu großem Verschleiß die Zerkleinerungsmaschine nicht angefahren werden kann.
