- the wall section 16 is in one piece along a longitudinal edge 20 connected to the end edge 22 of the bottom 14, thus forms an extension of this bottom 14.
- the connection is like a film hinge formed, that is by a material thinning 23rd becomes a bendable area in the transition between the floor 14 on the one hand and the wall section 16 on the other created.
- the bottom 14 is at a distance from the end edge 22 a parallel to this level 24, whose protrudes upper edge 25 over the lower edge 26, so that thereby a V-shaped longitudinal groove 27th arises (Figure 3).
- the dimensions are chosen so that the longitudinal edge 21 engages in the longitudinal groove 27 when the wall section 16 pivoted upward about the end edge 22 is, an engagement of the longitudinal edge 21 in the Longitudinal groove 27 can only be achieved in that the wall surfaces 17 and 18 of the wall section 16 elastically against each other be pivoted so that the angle reduced between the two wall surfaces 17, 18 becomes. This results in an elastic deformation of the Wall section 16 as soon as the longitudinal edge 21 in the Longitudinal groove 27 occurs, the wall section relaxes 16 again, so that the longitudinal edge 21 is under tension is held in the longitudinal groove 27.
- a particularly good one Engagement of the longitudinal edge 21 in the V-shaped longitudinal groove 27 results from the fact that the wall surface 18 in the area the longitudinal edge 21 is tapered in a wedge shape, that is essentially complementary to the cross section of the longitudinal groove 27 is formed.
- the threshold 15 designed in this way is immersed dirt collecting container 6 connected to the housing 2 in a V-shaped recess 28 in the ramp 13, so that an exact guidance of the dirt collector relative to the housing 2 can be achieved, the threshold 15 thereby practically part of the ramp 13.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sweeper with one in one Brush roller mounted on the housing, one with the housing detachably connectable dirt collection container and with a the dirt inlet opening adjacent to the brush roller in the dirt collecting container, one on the lower edge Threshold is arranged.
In sweepers, it is known, the dirt collector to separate from the housing for emptying and then on to transport an emptying point. This Dirt collection containers are usually open on one side, the open side forms the dirt inlet opening in the collection container.
This results in the transport to the emptying point the risk of collecting in the dirt container Dirt escapes from the interior. To prevent this, it is still known at the bottom of the Dirt collecting container in the area of the dirt inlet opening to provide a threshold over which the dirt particles flung away while operating the sweeper become. However, such a threshold prevents Dirt particles collected in the bottom of the dirt collecting container during transport to the emptying point from the Interior fall out.
Dirt collection containers are often called plastic containers trained, and it is difficult to find such To mold sleepers to the bottom part, in particular Forming problems arise during manufacture. Such a dirt collector is, for example known from DE 196 01 976 A1. The There is a step in the floor of the threshold Dirt collector, and such stages lead to a relatively complicated manufacturing process.
The object of the invention is a generic sweeper To be designed so that the threshold at the bottom edge of the dirt collecting container in a particularly simple manner Way can be made.
This task is described in a sweeper of the beginning Art solved according to the invention in that the Threshold is formed from a wall section that runs in one plane along its two longitudinal edges and protrudes from this level to one side in between, and that the wall section along its longitudinal edges connected to the bottom of the dirt container is, at least along a longitudinal edge a two-piece Connection between the floor and the wall section consists.
A wall section thus protrudes on one side formed, for example by an arcuate or an angled cross-section, and this wall section comes with the bottom of the dirt collector connected. The connection can be along both Longitudinal edges must be in two pieces, that is, it will be in Connection area that is independent of the dirt collection container Wall section and the bottom of the dirt container connected to each other, for example by a latching or gluing.
But it is also possible that such a two-part Connection only takes place along one longitudinal edge, while a one-piece connection along the other longitudinal edge between the floor and the wall section. In this case, the wall section when molding the Dirt collecting container formed in one piece with the bottom and then by bending the wall section positioned opposite the floor as the threshold ultimately to be ordered. Usually it will this can be a pivoting movement, this can in particular be simplified in that the one-piece Connection is designed as a hinge connection, that is for example as a so-called film hinge.
The free longitudinal edge is then in this embodiment appropriately connected to the ground, be it by a mechanical locking connection, be it by a Gluing or welding.
An embodiment in which it is provided that the two-piece connection of the Bottom and the longitudinal edge of the wall section through a Intervention of a projection in a recess can be produced is.
The recess can be through a longitudinal groove, for example be formed in the ground, in which the longitudinal edge of the Wall section engages.
It is advantageous if the longitudinal groove of one Step is formed in the bottom, the top edge opposite protrudes from its lower edge.
In particular, the longitudinal groove can be V-shaped in cross section be trained.
It is also advantageous if the wall section along its longitudinal edge engaging in the longitudinal groove is wedge-shaped in cross section, thereby the insertion of the longitudinal edge into the longitudinal groove easier.
In a preferred embodiment, that the connections of the longitudinal edges to the ground so lie close together that the wall section is elastic is bulged and therefore the longitudinal edges a clamping force that removes them from each other are. This ensures that one in one Long edge engaging free edge of the wall section is held, it can only against the elastic tension, which separate the long edges from each other the longitudinal groove are pulled out.
In particular, the wall section can consist of two angles interconnected flat wall surfaces exist, the connecting edge parallel to its longitudinal edges runs.
It is convenient if the threshold is with the case connected dirt collection container partially in a complementary recess of the housing dips this leads to a particularly good definition of the dirt collecting container on the housing and also serves as an insertion aid. The complementary recess in the housing can be as one-sided open, cross-sectionally V-shaped threshold or ramp that are immediately rotating Brush roller is adjacent and thus as Guide surface for those thrown off the brush roller Debris serves.
