Abstract
Description
The invention is based on a fuel injector according to the genus of the main claim.
Der gesamte Öffnungsbereich erstreckt sich vollständig über die axiale Dicke des Drallelements.DE 197 36 682 A1 describes a fuel injection valve known, which is characterized in that on downstream end of the valve a guide and Seating area is provided by three disc-shaped Elements is formed. There is a swirl element between a guide element and a valve seat element embedded. The guide element serves to guide it protruding, axially movable valve needle, while a Valve closing section of the valve needle with a Valve seat surface of the valve seat element cooperates. The Swirl element has an inner opening area multiple swirl channels that are not related to the outer circumference of the swirl element are connected. The whole Opening area extends completely over the axial Thickness of the swirl element.
A disadvantage of the from the above publication known fuel injector is in particular the high manufacturing costs, which on the one hand increased in Production costs and on the other hand in inhomogeneities in the injected mixture cloud and resulting asymmetrical spray patterns as well as deviating Flow rates.
This is particularly due to the fact that at diagonally injecting fuel injectors Direction of spray deflected by downstream spray holes must become. This creates in the swirl flow as well as in Beam asymmetries. In addition, the conventional Twist preparation high accuracy requirements, which in many cases cannot be met.
The fuel injector according to the invention with the has characteristic features of the main claim in contrast, the advantage that the swirl module by small dimensions of the cord twisted together Wires that enclose swirl-generating cavities, very much can be made small. The swirl module can be in simple in any standard Fuel injectors are used. Through the Arrangement of the swirl module on the downstream side of the Sealing seat can be any injection angle relative to Longitudinal axis of the fuel injector can be realized, without having to redirect the fuel jet.
By the measures listed in the subclaims advantageous developments of the main claim specified fuel injector possible.
Another advantage is that the wires, for example made of tungsten manufacture or to lead in the form of glass fibers, because this reduces the diameter of the wires to a minimum can be.
The sleeve, the receiving component and the wires are subject not the demand for high precision, so all Components are inexpensive to manufacture.
Due to the simple shape of the mounting component and the sleeve assembly is very simplified.

Ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil 1 ist in der Form eines
Brennstoffeinspritzventils 1 für Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen
von gemischverdichtenden, fremdgezündeten
Brennkraftmaschinen ausgeführt. Dabei eignet sich das
Brennstoffeinspritzventil 1 insbesondere zum direkten
Einspritzen von Brennstoff in einen nicht dargestellten
Brennraum einer Brennkraftmaschine. A
Das Brennstoffeinspritzventil 1 besteht aus einem
Düsenkörper 2, in welchem eine Ventilnadel 3 angeordnet ist.
Die Ventilnadel 3 steht mit einem Ventilschließkörper 4 in
Wirkverbindung, der mit einer auf einem Ventilsitzkörper 5
angeordneten Ventilsitzfläche 6 zu einem Dichtsitz
zusammenwirkt. Der Ventilsitzkörper 5 ist in eine Ausnehmung
des Düsenkörpers 2 einsetzbar. Bei dem
Brennstoffeinspritzventil 1 handelt es sich im
Ausführungsbeispiel um ein nach innen öffnendes
Brennstoffeinspritzventil 1, welches über eine
Abspritzöffnung 7 verfügt. Der Düsenkörper 2 ist durch eine
Dichtung 8 gegen den Außenpol 9 einer Magnetspule 10
abgedichtet.
The
Die Ventilnadel 3 ist in einer Ventilnadelführung 14
geführt, welche scheibenförmig ausgeführt ist. Zur
Hubeinstellung dient eine zugepaarte Einstellscheibe 15. An
The
Ankeranschlag. Ein elastischer Zwischenring 32, welcher auf
dem zweiten Flansch 31 aufliegt, vermeidet Prellen beim
Schließen des Brennstoffeinspritzventils 1.A second flange 31, which with the
In der Ventilnadelführung 14 und im Anker 20 verlaufen
Brennstoffkanäle 30a und 30b, die den Brennstoff, welcher
über eine zentrale Brennstoffzufuhr 16 zugeführt und durch
ein Filterelement 25 gefiltert wird, zur Abspritzöffnung 7
leiten. Das Brennstoffeinspritzventil 1 ist durch eine
Dichtung 28 gegen eine nicht weiter dargestellte
Brennstoffleitung abgedichtet.Run in the
Ventilnadel 3 in Wirkverbindung stehende Ventilschließkörper
In the idle state of the
If the coil current is switched off, the
Fig. 2 zeigt in einer auszugsweisen Schnittdarstellung eine
Bezugszeichen versehen.Fig. 2 shows an excerpted sectional view

Fuel injector according to the
The
Strömungsrichtung zur Abspritzöffnung 7.The
Fig. 3 zeigt in einer schematischen Darstellung einen
Schnitt entlang der Linie III-III durch das
Brennstoffeinspritzventil 1 in Fig. 2 mit etwas verändertem
Durchmesser des Ventilsitzkörpers 5 im Schnittbereich.Fig. 3 shows a schematic representation of a
Section along the line III-III through the
Da der Ventilsitzkörper 5 im vorliegenden
Ausführungsbeispiel keine Bohrungen zur Brennstoffleitung
aufweist, ist der Ventilschließkörper 4 im Bereich des
Ventilsitzkörpers 5 mit mindestens einem Anschliff 40
versehen. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel sind aus
Symmetriegründen vier Anschliffe 40 am Ventilschließkörper 4
ausgebildet, um ein Volumen 41 zwischen dem
Ventilschließkörper 4 und dem Ventilsitzträger 5 einerseits
zur Vermeidung von Verwirbelungen klein zu halten,
andererseits aber zur Vermeidung von Drosseleffekten
ausreichend groß zu gestalten. Auf diese Weise kann die
Bewegung der Ventilnadel 3 bzw. die Führung des
Ventilschließkörpers 4 im Ventilsitzkörper 5 durch ein
radiales Kräftegleichgewicht ungestört verlaufen.Since the

The
Since the

Schnitt durch die in Fig. 4 dargestellte Dralleinheit 39
entlang der Linie V-V in Fig. 4.Fig. 5 shows a schematic representation of a
Section through the
