Claims (19)
- Dispositif d'aspiration pour un véhicule de nettoyage-brossage, ledit véhicule comportant les moyens de brossage et d'aspersion (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il est composé essentiellement de deux bras racleurs (4) horizontaux, inclinés par rapport au déplacement du véhicule, disposés devant l'entrée d'une buse d'aspiration (8) de façon à racler le sol pour rassembler l'eau résiduelle et la diriger vers ladite entrée de la buse, elle-même comportant une bouche de raccordement apte à être raccordée à la sortie du tuyau d'aspiration (11) des déchets de voirie d'un véhicule automoteur, et en ce que les deux bras racleurs (4) sont disposés selon un angle aigu de part et d'autre de l'axe longitudinal (5) du véhicule, formant un V s'élargissant depuis la buse (8) vers les extrémités latérales de l'ensemble de brossage-aspersion (3), chaque bras racleur présentant une section verticale en forme de canal.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que chaque bras racleur est fermé sur le dessus par un châssis en tôle (6) à section en U renversé, dont la bordure avant (6a) et la bordure arrière (6b) sont équipées sur tout leur longueur d'une bavette caoutchouc (7a) et (7b), la bavette arrière raclant le sol et la bavette avant, moins haute, laissant passer l'eau et le courant d'aspiration.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les côtés et l'arrière de l'entrée (8a) de la buse (8) sont également équipées de bavettes caoutchouc (8c) latérales, bavettes arrières (8d) au même niveau que les bavettes arrières (7b) de manière à racler le sol, et d'une bavette avant (8e) moins haute, comme les bavettes (7a) pour l'aspiration et le passage de l'eau.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que les deux bras racleurs (4) sont montés de façon à pouvoir monter ou descendre indépendamment l'un de l'autre dans un plan vertical par rapport à la buse d'aspiration et comportent chacun des moyens permettant d'obtenir une pression sur le sol, et des moyens pour neutraliser les effets élastiques dus à la bavette arrière.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit sur chaque bras racleur (4), un vérin à gaz (10) fixé à la buse et dont l'extrémité de la tige est reliée au bras articulé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que chacun des bras articulés est équipé d'une roulette (9) réglable.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le tuyau d'aspiration est celui d'une balayeuse de voirie (de diamètre supérieur à 50 mm, la turbine d'aspiration ayant la même puissance que celle d'une balayeuse de voirie.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit à l'avant de l'entrée de la buse (8), un volet articulé (12) portant la bavette avant (8e) de la buse.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que le volet articulé (12) est commandé depuis le poste de conduite.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce qu'on peut dégager du sol les bras racleurs depuis le poste de conduite du véhicule.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce que la buse d'aspiration (8) est équipée d'une roulette d'appui (13).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce que l'empattement des bras racleurs disposés en V est modifiable.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12 caractérisé en ce que chaque bras racleur (101) est réalisé en deux parties (101a, 101b) de même section en forme de canal, dont une partie horizontale (101a) montée sur la buse est une extrémité pliable (101b) apte à se replier dans au moins un plan de pivotement (P1, P2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de pivotement, dans un plan vertical (P1) composés d'une part d'un axe de rotation(103) horizontal situé au-dessus du bras (101) et dans son plan de séparation (P3) ledit axe étant solidarisé à l'extrémité pliable (101b) par tout moyen de fixation (104) approprié, et d'autre part d'un vérin (102) hydraulique ou électrique, disposé au-dessus de la partie horizontale (101a) et dans le plan (P1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit un système de commande relié au poste de conduite apte à commander les mouvements du vérin (102) pour relever ou abaisser l'extrémité (101b).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de pivotement, dans un plan horizontal (P2) composés d'une part d'un axe de rotation vertical (109) situé à l'arrière du bras et dans son plan de séparation (P3), ledit axe étant solidarisé à l'extrémité pliable (101b) par tout moyen de fixation (110) approprié, et d'autre part d'un vérin (108) à gaz disposé horizontalement à l'arrière de la partie horizontale (101a) du bras racleur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisé en ce que la partie horizontale (101a) du bras est supportée par axe vertical (105) monté sur un pivot ou sur une rotule (112) de manière à absorber les chocs sur sa bavette avant et/ou toutes les modifications du sol par pivotement autour du plan horizontal de travail.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit, sur l'extrémité de la partie horizontale (101a) appliquée contre la buse, un moyen formant butée élastique (111) apte à absorber la composante longitudinale des chocs sur le bras.
- Véhicule de nettoyage brossage des surfaces dallées, pavées ou bétonnées en particulier des surfaces urbaines, véhicule comportant un ensemble de brossage- aspersion réalisant un nettoyage des surfaces par l'action d'un liquide de nettoyage distribué par une rampe d'aspersion et l'action de brossage réalisée par une pluralité de brosses rotatives, réalisant ensuite un rinçage des surfaces par aspersion d'eau par la rampe d'aspersion, opération laissant un dépôt d'eau résiduelle sur les surfaces caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé juste derrière les moyens de brossage et d'aspersion (3), d'un dispositif d'aspiration d'eau résiduelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18.
