Abstract

The invention relates to a rain garment (1) consisting of a multilayered flexible composite material (12) fitted with a membrane. The inside of said material is fully or partially lined with a lining material (13). Said lining material (13) consists of a hydrophilic or hydrophobic fabric. In the lower vertical edges, the lining material (13) is connected to the composite material (12) by the surfaces or only by the edges of the garment (1) by means of intermediate elements (21) made of a hydrophobic fabric. Said embodiment makes it possible for the humidity from the user of the garment (1) to be absorbed immediately by the lining material (13) and evacuated into the atmosphere while reliably excluding the possibility of the lining material (13) of the garment (1) being soaked by the rainwater impinging upon the composite material (12) from the outside. The intermediate elements (21) serve as a barrier reliably and effectively separating the lining material (13) from the composite material (12).

Description

The invention relates to a rainwear item, especially a rain jacket or a Rain pants, made of a multilayer flexible and Membrane-based composite on the inside completely or partially with a lining material is lined, wherein the lining of the garment provided lining of a hydrophilic or hydropic responsive sheets consists.

Derartige Bekleidungsstücke sind in einer außerordentlich großen Anzahl unterschiedlicher Ausgestaltungen bekannt siehe z.B. FR 2 522 587 A). Such garments are extraordinary in one large number of different configurations see, e.g. FR 2 522 587 A). As lining materials become water-repellent and thus hydrophobic fabrics used often directly or in high-quality designs via an intermediate piece, usually made of a mesh, sewn on the composites. By the water-repellent lining material thus becomes largely natural prevents the composite acting on Rainwater over the hem seams in the lining material passes, liquid in the form of water pearls, the when using such garments in larger physical exertion through perspiration inevitably occur, but are of the lining material also not included. The lining becomes thus drenched and produced after a short period of use sometimes an unpleasant wet feeling.

The object of the invention is therefore a rainwear piece the aforementioned genus in the way to design that especially of the carrier the garment released moisture from immediately absorbed into the lining and into the atmosphere can be dissipated, but still reliable is excluded that the lining of the garment with the composite from the outside Soak up the rainwater can. The required material and production costs should be kept low, and should be prevented be that over zippers rainwater gets into the lining.

According to the invention, this is achieved by that to the lining of clothing pieces intended lining material in the vertically lower and / or upper edge regions of the garment or in the edge areas of the sleeves, in a rain jacket in the hip area and / or in the neck area or at the ends of the sleeves and at a rain pants in the Area of the hem of the pant legs, by means of exclusive love in the edge areas of the clothing items arranged spacers made of a hydrophobic Flat sheet with the composite or only in the margins of the Zwischenstükke connected to these.

In a zippered Garment is attached to the lining in the Range of zips over one or more parallel to these extending arranged spacers from a hydrophobic sheet to the Connect composite.

In a rain jacket should be the hydrophobic Flat structure of the intermediate piece in the area the hip approximately to the amount of the federal one assigned Rain pants extend so that not over these in a posture rainwater with the lining material can come into contact.

In a rain jacket, it is also appropriate that provided at the ends of the sleeves Hydrophobic fabrics of the intermediate piece about extends halfway up the forearm of the jacket wearer and a possibly attached to this hood a lining of a hydrophobic sheet undress.

In a rain pants that should be on a Hem of pant legs each attached hydrophobic Sheet of the intermediate piece is about to extend half height of the lower leg of the suspenders.

The intermediate pieces and / or the lining material forming fabrics can directly with the membrane or with the composite or in the Edge regions of the rainwear piece together be connected.

To touch the garment no differences between the hydrophilic lining material and the hydrophobic spacers it is further indicated, the intermediate pieces of the garment each with a hydrophobic To provide pad, which is the lining material in more hydrophobic Equipment or applied to these should correspond to hydrophobic requirements.

If a rainwear piece is worn according to Invention formed and in the areas associated with the the garment fluid in Can come in contact with spacers equipped hydrophobic fabrics, it is ensured that for the discharge of the garment occurring moisture provided hydrophilic Lining material not soaked with water from the outside becomes. The spacers act rather than Lock through which the lining material of the composite reliable and effective in relation to the intended Purpose is separated.

The material and production costs, by means of To achieve this, is extremely low, as in the endangered areas merely instead of the lining material the spacers on the membrane and / or the Composite and the feeder are to be attached. A windproof and waterproof rain jacket and / or one Rain pants made of a composite that with a is lined hydrophilic lining, so despite the suction effect of the lining material in a sufficient Dimensions protected against wetting.

In the drawing, two embodiments of embodied according to the invention rainwear pieces are shown, which are explained in detail below. This shows, partially in view and in section:
FIG. 1
one equipped with two different lining fabrics rain jacket and
FIG. 2
the rain jacket of Figure 1 with associated rain pants.

The illustrated in Figures 1 and 2 and with 1 or 1 'designated rainwear pieces are designed as a rain jacket 11 and rain pants 17 and each consist of a multilayer with a Membrane-provided textile composite 12 or 18, on the inside with a lining material 13 or 19 is lined. To moisture in the short term and in one large area to the composite 12 and 18 supply and thus from the rain jacket 11 and the rain pants 17 to transport out, are the lining materials 13 and 19 from a hydrophilic or hydropic reacting Fabric produced, which is thus water receives.

But that the lining materials 13 and 19 not by rainwater containing composites 12 and 18, respectively acted upon from the outside and z. B. over seams in the one Absorbent feed materials 13 or 19 reach can, the rain jacket is 11 in the hip area and the rain pants 18 in the area of the hem of the pants legs 20 with spacers 21 and 25 of a provided hydrophobic fabrics. The in the pants legs 20 inserted intermediate pieces Extend up to half the height of the Lower leg of the suspenders. The water repellent Intermediate pieces 21 and 25 are on the one hand with the composite 12 and 18 and on the other with the Sewn lining materials 13 and 19, a lamination on the composites 12 or is also possible.

In the same way are in the sleeves 14 of the rain jacket 11 intermediate pieces 23 are used, which are approximately up to half the height of the forearm of the jacket wearer extend. One attached to the rain jacket 11 Hood 15 is also hydrophobic and thus water repellent fabrics 24, so that the lining of the hood 15th can not soak in water.

Furthermore, a in the rain jacket 11th sewn-in zipper 16 on both sides by means of water-repellent Intermediate pieces 22 of the hydrophilic Reactive lining material 13 separated.

The hydrophobic intermediate pieces 21, 22, and 23 or the fabric used in the hood 15 24 thus act as a barrier against rainwater, so that the lining material 13, which acts water repellent, is protected from moisture from the outside and therefore its effect, moisture on the composite 13 or dissipate 18, maintains. And to touch the rain jacket 11 and / or the rain pants 17 none Differences between the hydrophilic lining materials 13 and 19 and the intermediate pieces 21 and 25 notice to be able to do this each with a hydrophobic Be provided pad that the lining material 13th or 19 in hydrophobic equipment or on these correspond hydrophobic pads.

In this application is understood by "hydrophilic" - water-attracting or water-absorbent, under "hydropic" - water addict (increase hydrophilic) and "hydrophobic" - water repellent.
