Abstract

The invention relates to a rain garment (1) consisting of a multilayered flexible composite material (12) fitted with a membrane. The inside of said material is fully or partially lined with a lining material (13). Said lining material (13) consists of a hydrophilic or hydrophobic fabric. In the lower vertical edges, the lining material (13) is connected to the composite material (12) by the surfaces or only by the edges of the garment (1) by means of intermediate elements (21) made of a hydrophobic fabric. Said embodiment makes it possible for the humidity from the user of the garment (1) to be absorbed immediately by the lining material (13) and evacuated into the atmosphere while reliably excluding the possibility of the lining material (13) of the garment (1) being soaked by the rainwater impinging upon the composite material (12) from the outside. The intermediate elements (21) serve as a barrier reliably and effectively separating the lining material (13) from the composite material (12).

Description

The invention relates to a piece of rainwear, in particular one Rain jacket or rain pants, made of a multi-layered flexible and with a Membrane-provided composite, which is wholly or partly covered on the inside a lining material is lined, the lining of the garment provided lining material from a hydrophilic or hydropically reacting Sheets exist.

Derartige Bekleidungsstücke sind in einer außerordentlich großen Anzahl unterschiedlicher Ausgestaltungen bekannt siehe z.B. FR 2 522 587 A). Such items of clothing are in an extraordinarily large number different configurations known see e.g. FR 2 522 587 A). As lining materials here water-repellent and thus hydrophobic textile fabrics used often directly or with high-quality designs via an intermediate piece, mostly from a mesh fabric to which composites are sewn. By the water-repellent lining material is thus largely prevented that the Composite rainwater through the seams in the lining arrives, liquid in the form of water pearls when using such Items of clothing with increased physical exertion due to perspiration occur unavoidably, but are also not from the lining material added. The inner lining is thus soaked and is already producing short period of use sometimes an unpleasant feeling of wetness.

The object of the invention is therefore a piece of rainwear of the aforementioned Genus in such a way that especially that of the bearer of Garment released moisture from the lining immediately can be absorbed and discharged into the atmosphere, but still is reliably excluded that the lining of the garment with can soak up the composite from outside rainwater. The the material and manufacturing costs required for this should be kept low, also to prevent rainwater from zipping into the Lining material arrives.

According to the invention, this is achieved in that the lining of the Garment provided lining material in the vertically lower and / or upper Edge areas of the garment or in the edge areas of the sleeves, at a rain jacket in the hip area and / or in the neck area or at the ends of the Sleeves and in the case of rain trousers in the area of the hem of the trouser legs, arranged exclusively in the edge areas of the pelvis clothing Intermediate pieces made of a hydrophobic fabric with the composite is connected flatly or only in the edge regions of the intermediate pieces with these.

In the case of a piece of clothing with zippers, it is appropriate the lining material in the area of the zippers via one or more in parallel these are arranged intermediate pieces made of a hydrophobic To connect fabrics to the composite.

With a rain jacket, the hydrophobic fabric of the Intermediate piece in the area of the hip approximately up to the level of the waistband associated rain pants extend so that they do not have this in a Sitting posture rainwater can come into contact with the lining material.

In a rain jacket, it is also appropriate that at the ends of the Sleeves provided hydrophobic fabrics of the intermediate piece up to about extends half the height of the forearm of the jacket wearer and possibly on this attached hood with a lining made of a hydrophobic surface structure undress.

With rain trousers, this should be attached to the hem of each trouser leg hydrophobic fabric of the intermediate piece is up to about half the height of the Stretch the lower leg of the braces.

The flat structures forming the intermediate pieces and / or the lining material can directly with the membrane or with the composite or in the edge areas of the piece of rainwear.

In order not to make any difference between when touching the garment to determine the hydrophilic lining material and the hydrophobic intermediate pieces can, it is further indicated, the intermediate pieces of the garment in each case to be provided with a hydrophobic coating which is in the lining material hydrophobic finish or hydrophobic overlay applied thereon should correspond.

Is a rainwear item designed according to the invention and in the Areas in which the liquid acting on the garment is in Can come into contact with intermediate pieces made of hydrophobic Equipped fabrics, it is ensured that the for the removal of the in the Apparent hydrophilic lining material does not occur is soaked with water from the outside. The intermediate pieces act rather than Lock through which the lining material from the composite is reliable and effective in is separated in relation to the intended purpose.

The material and manufacturing effort by means of which this can be achieved is extreme low, because in the endangered areas only the instead of the lining material Intermediate pieces on the membrane and / or the composite and the lining material are attached. A wind and waterproof rain jacket and / or rain pants, made of a composite material lined with a hydrophilic lining material is therefore sufficient in spite of the suction effect of the lining material protected from drenching.

Those shown in Figures 1 and 2 and designated 1 and 1 'respectively Rainwear items are as rain jackets 11 and 17 as rain pants trained and each consist of a multilayer with a membrane provided textile composite 12 or 18, the inside with a Lining 13 or 19 is lined. For short-term moisture and in one large area to the composite 12 or 18 and thus from the To transport the rain jacket 11 or the rain trousers 17 are the lining materials 13 and 19 from a hydrophilic or hydropically reacting sheet manufactured, which thus absorbs water.

So that the lining materials 13 and 19 are not affected by rainwater, which the Composites 12 and 18 applied from the outside and z. B. over seams in one Lining 13 or 19 having suction effect can be the Rain jacket 11 in the hip area and the rain pants 18 in the area of the hem Pants legs 20 with spacers 21 and 25 made of a hydrophobic Provide fabrics. The intermediate pieces inserted into the trouser legs 20 25 extend here up to half the height of the lower leg of the Suspenders. The water-repellent intermediate pieces 21 and 25 are on the one hand with the composite material 12 or 18 and on the other hand with the lining material 13 or 19 sewn, laminating onto the composites 12 or is also possible.

In the same way, intermediate pieces 23 are in the sleeves 14 of the rain jacket 11 used, which extends approximately to half the height of the forearm of the jacket wearer extend. A hood 15 attached to the rain jacket 11 is also included lined with a hydrophobic and thus water-repellent fabric 24, so that the lining of the hood 15 cannot soak up water.

Furthermore, there is also a zipper 16 sewn into the rain jacket 11 on both sides by means of water-repellent spacers 22 from the hydrophilic reacting lining 13 separately.

The hydrophobic intermediate pieces 21, 22, and 23 or that in the hood 15 used fabric 24 thus act as a barrier against rainwater, so that the lining fabric 13, which has a water-repellent effect, is protected against moisture from outside and therefore its effect, moisture on the composite material 13 or 18 dissipate, maintains. And when touching the rain jacket 11 and / or the Rain pants 17 no differences between the hydrophilic lining materials 13 or 19 and the intermediate pieces 21 and 25 should be able to determine these, respectively be provided with a hydrophobic pad which the lining material 13 or 19 in hydrophobic finish or on these applied hydrophobic pads correspond.

In this application, "hydrophilic" is understood to mean water-attracting or water-absorbing, under "hydropic" - water-addictive (increase of hydrophilic) and under "hydrophobic" - water-repellent.
