Claims (13)

  1. A window comprising a frame (1;101) with a top member, a bottom member and two side members, together forming a frame plane, as well as a sash (3;103) hinged at an axis of rotation (2;102) of the window to the frame, said sash having a top member, a bottom member and two side members, together defining a sash plane, and wherein, by means of an operating device (4;104), the sash can be moved from a closed position, in which the plane of the sash runs substantially parallel with the plane of the frame, to an open position, in which the sash plane forms an angle with the frame plane; wherein the window further comprises an element (10:110) that is pivotally mounted on the top and/or bottom member of the sash, said element being movable between a first position, in which the sash is secured to the frame with the aid of closure means that engage engagement means provided at the top and/or bottom member of the frame, and a second position, in which the sash is disengaged from the frame, as actuation of said pivotal element (10;110) releases the engagement between the closure means and the engagement elements; wherein said operating device comprises a reception element (6;106) that is pivotally connected to the frame at the bottom member thereof and an operating arm (5:105) that is displaceable relative to the reception element, where the outer end of said operating arm is connected to the pivotal element; and wherein the pivotal connection between the reception element (6; 106) of the operating device and the frame (1;101) at a distance from the frame bottom member is substantially placed rectangularly inwards relative to the frame plane, and that the pivotal connection between the operating arm (5;105) and the sash (3;103) is designed so that the pivotal element, prior to opening the window by means of the operating device, is brought from said first position to said second position and remains in the second position during opening of the window, characterized in that it remains in the second position during subsequent closing of the window until the sash is pulled against the frame; in that the pivotal element comprises a ventilation flap (10;110) running parallel with the sash top member and hinged (11;111) therewith; and in that the operating arm (5;105) and the sash close to the hinge connection of the ventilation flap (10;110) are connected to the sash top member.
  2. A window as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the reception element (6) is connected to the frame (1) via a console (8), which extends substantially rectangularly inwards from the frame bottom member and is connected thereto, and is of such a length that an angle is formed between the operating device and the frame plane in the closed position of the window.
  3. A window as claimed in claims 1 or 2, characterized in that said operating device (4) is an electrical spindle actuation, wherein the reception element (6) comprises a spindle control and the operating arm (4) comprises a spindle.
  4. A window as claimed in claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the operating device is pressure medium operated, wherein the reception element comprises a cylinder and the operating arm comprises a piston rod.
  5. A window as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said operating device is pneumatic.
  6. A window as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the operating device (104) further comprises a link mechanism (12) with a connecting link (121), one end of which is pivotally and displaceably connected to the operating arm (105) and the other end of which is pivotally connected to the pivotal element.
  7. A window as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the connection between the connecting link (121) and the operating arm (105) comprises a fitting (122) mounted close to a sash side member or thereon at a distance from the sash top member or bottom member, as well as a pin (123), which, at both ends, is led substantially parallel to the sash side member in a groove (124) provided in the fitting (122).
  8. A window as claimed in any one of claims 6-7, characterized in that the reception element (106) is connected to the frame (101) via a console (108), which extends substantially rectangularly inwards from the frame bottom member and is connected thereto, and is of such a length that an angle is formed between the operating device and the frame plane in the closed position of the window.
  9. A window as claimed in any one of claims 6-8, characterized in that said operating device (104) is an electrical spindle actuation, wherein the reception element (106) comprises a spindle control and the operating arm (105) comprises a spindle.
  10. A window as claimed in any one of claims 6-8, characterized in that said operating device is pressure medium operated, wherein the reception element comprises a cylinder and the operating arm comprises a piston rod.
  11. A window as claimed in claim 10, characterized in that said operating device is pneumatic.
  12. An operating device for a window as claimed in any one of claims 1-5, comprising a reception element (6) with an operating arm (5) that is axially displaceable relative thereto, characterized in that the operating device comprises a console (8) in connection with the reception element and a fitting (9) in connection with the outer end of the operating arm, wherein the console (8) for connection with the frame bottom member of the window and the fitting (9) for connection with the ventilation flap (10) of the window are provided.
  13. An operating device for a window as claimed in any one of claims 6-11, comprising a reception element (106) with an operating arm (105) that is axially displaceable relative thereto, characterized in that the operating device comprises a console (108) in connection with the reception element and a fitting (122) in connection with the outer end of the operating arm, wherein the console serves the purpose of connecting the frame bottom member of the window and the fitting is provided with a connection link for connection with the ventilation flap (110) of the window.
