Claims (23)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken von flachen Produkten (P) in Sammelbehälter (21), wobeijeweils ein Tray (21) aus einem Traystapel (19) entnommen wird,mehrere Produkte (P) flachliegend hintereinander auf einer ersten Förderbahn (43) zugeführt werden,mehrere Produkte (P) einzeln nacheinander aus der ersten Förderbahn (43) in jedes vereinzelte Tray (21) eingelegt werden,und die mit Produkten (P) gefüllten Trays (21) auf einer zweiten Förderbahn (51) abgeführt werden,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produkte (P) einzeln übereinander in ein etwa senkrecht stehendes Tray (21) eingelegt werden und daß das Tray (21) anschließend um etwa 90° verschwenkt und waagerecht auf die zweite Förderbahn (51) überführt wird, so daß dort die Produkte (P) etwa senkrecht hintereinander in dem Tray (21) stehen (Fig. 1).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produkte (P) einzeln übereinander in ein gegenüber der Lotrechten leicht geneigtes Tray (21) eingelegt werden und daß das Tray (21) anschließend um entsprechend weniger als 90° verschwenkt und waagerecht auf die zweite Förderbahn (51) überführt wird, so daß dort die Produkte (P) schräg geschuppt hintereinander in dem Tray (21) stehen (Fig. 3).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produkte (P) einzeln hintereinander in ein gegenüber der Waagerechten nur leicht geneigtes Tray (21) eingelegt werden und daß das Tray (21) anschließend in waagerechter Stellung auf die zweite Förderbahn (51) überführt wird, so daß dort die Produkte (P) flach hintereinander auf dem Tray (21) liegen (Fig. 4).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produkte (P) einzeln übereinander in ein gegenüber der Waagerechten nur leicht geneigtes Tray (21) eingelegt werden und daß das Tray (21) anschließend in waagerechter Stellung auf die zweite Förderbahn (51) überführt wird, so daß dort die Produkte (P) flach übereinander in dem Tray (21) liegen (Fig. 4).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer ersten Stellung des Trays (21) jeweils mehrere Produkte (P) einzeln nacheinander flachliegend übereinander in das Tray eingelegt werden, daß das Tray (21) anschließend in mindestens eine zweite Stellung weiterbewegt wird, in der wiederum mehrere einzelne Produkte (P) flachliegend übereinander eingelegt werden, und daß schließlich das Tray (21) auf die zweite Förderbahn (51) überführt wird, so daß dort mindestens zwei Produktstapel hintereinander in dem Tray (21) liegen (Fig. 4).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß jeweils mehrere Produkte (P) einzeln nacheinander flachliegend hintereinander in einer ersten Lage in das Tray (21) eingelegt werden, wobei das Tray (21) jeweils um einen dem Produktabstand im Tray entsprechenden Betrag in Förderrichtung vorwärts bewegt wird,daß anschließend das Tray (21) etwa um seine Länge in Förderrichtung zurückbe wegt wird,daß dann mindestens eine zweite Lage einzelner Produkte (P) nacheinander in der gleichen Weise in das Tray (21) eingelegt und auf die erste Lage aufgelegt wird,und daß schließlich das Tray (21) auf die zweite Förderbahn (51) überführt wird, so daß dort mindestens zwei Produktlagen in Stapelform hintereinander in dem Tray (21) liegen (Fig. 4).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrreihige Trays (21a) verwendet werden, die an einer Beschickungsstelle quer zu der ersten Förderbahn (43) verschiebbar sind (Fig. 5).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produkte (P) auf der ersten Förderbahn (65, 43) in mehreren Reihen nebeneinander zugeführt werden und ggfs. zu mehreren nebeneinander in mehrere Trays (21) eingelegt werden (Fig. 6).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus jeder Reihe der ersten Förderbahn (65) Produkte (P) einer eigenen Tray-Beschickungsstation (11) zugeführt werden und daß anschließend die in mehreren Stationen (11) gefüllten Trays (21) auf einen gemeinsamen Sammelförderer (55) überführt werden (Fig. 6).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Förderbahn (65) als Produktpuffer zum Speichern von Produkten (P) vor dem Einlegen in die Trays (21) dient (Fig. 7, 8).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Produktpuffer auf der ersten Förderbahn (65) die Produkte (P) schuppenförmig hintereinander und übereinander gelegt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken von flachen Produkten (P) in Sammelbehältern (21), mit folgenden Bauteilen:ein Traymagazin (19) zur Aufnahme eines Stapels von Trays (21),ein Entstapler, bestehend aus einer Vorrichtung zum Entstapeln (23) einzelner Trays (21) aus dem Magazin (19),ein Zuführförderer, bestehend aus einer ersten Förderbahn (43) zum Zuführen von Produkten (P),eine Vorrichtung zum Einlegen (45, 47) einzelner Produkte (P) von der ersten Förderbahn (43) in die vereinzelten Trays (21),ein Abgabeförderer, bestehend aus einer zweiten Förderbahn (51) zum Abführen der mit Produkten (P) beschickten Trays (21),ein Traymanipulator, bestehend aus einer Vorrichtung (31) zum Halten der mit Produkten (P) zu beschickenden, vereinzelten Trays (21) und zum Überführen der beschickten Trays (21) auf die zweite Förderbahn (51) - (Fig. 1, 3, 4),
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Traymanipulator (31) zum Beschicken der Trays (21) mit Produkten (P) aus der ersten Förderbahn (43), zwischen einer Stellung, in der die Trays (21) etwa lotrecht stehen, und einer gegenüber der Lotrechten geneigten Stellung verschwenkbar ist, und daß sich an den Traymanipulator (31) eine Übergabebahn (53) zum Überführen der beschickten Trays (21) an die zweite Förderbahn (51) anschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Traymanipulator (31) von seiner Beschickungsstellung zum Überführen der beschickten Trays (21) an die Übergabebahn (53) oder an die zweite Förderbahn (51) in eine etwa waagerechte Stellung bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Traymanipulator (31) eine Einrichtung (37) zum Verschieben der Trays (21a) quer zu deren Hauptförderrichtung und quer zu der ersten Förderbahn 43 vorgesehen ist - (Fig. 5).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Förderbahn (65) mehrbahnig ausgebildet ist und an diese sich mehrere parallele einzelne Zuführförderer (43) anschließen und daß vor der ersten Förderbahn (65) Sortier- und Ausrichteinrichtungen (61, 63) zum Beliefern der einzelnen Zuführförderer (43) mit Produkten (P) vorgesehen sind (Fig. 6, 7).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an die erste mehrbahnige Förderbahn (65) mehrere ein- oder mehrbahnige Produktförderer (43) anschließen, die jeweils zu einer Tray-Beschickungsstation (11) mit einem Traymagazin (19) und einem Abgabeförderer (51) führen, und daß für mehrere Abgabeförderer (51) eine gemeinsame Sammeltransportbahn (55) für beschickte Trays (21) vorgesehen ist (Fig. 6, 7).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche 13 bis 18 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Förderbahn (65) als Produktpuffer zum Speichern von Produkten (P) ausgebildet ist (Fig. 7, 8).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche 13 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuführförderer (43) als Bandförderer mit einer über Rollen (47) geführten spitzen Umlenkung (45) nach Art einer Messerkante am Abgabeende zum Überführen der Produkte (P) in die Trays (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuführförderer (43) mit Bandspanneinrichtungen (49) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche 13 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der pro Tray (21) zuzuführenden Produkte (P) und/oder der Antrieb der einzelnen Vorrichtungsteile durch eine Programmsteuerung, einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche 13 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mehrbahniger Ausführung des Zuführförderers (65) und/oder des Traymanipulators (31) der Antrieb jeder dieser Einrichtungen getrennt steuerbar ist.
