Claims (14)
- Steuereinrichtung mit einer Steuerklappe (11) zur Steuerung eines Mediums innerhalb eines Stutzens (12), insbesondere Abgassteuereinrichtung mit einer Abgassteuerklappe, bei der die Steuerklappe (11) an einer Klappenwelle (13) gehalten ist, die mit ihren Enden (14, 15) in Lageraufnahmen (17, 18) der Wandung (16) des Stutzens (12) schwenkbar gelagert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Lagerung zumindest eines Endes (14) der Klappenwelle (13) zwischen diesem Ende (14) und der Lageraufnahme (17) eine zumindest im wesentlichen nur kreisringförmige Linienberührung (21) vorliegt. - Steuereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lageraufnahme (17) aus einem aus dem Material der Wandung (16) des Stutzens (12) herausgedrückten Wandungsteil (22) gebildet ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandung (16) des Stutzens (12) im Bereich der Lageraufnahme (17) geschlossen ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lageraufnahme (17) eine etwa sacklochähnliche Eintiefung (23) für die Aufnahme und Lagerung des Endes (14) der Klappenwelle (13) aufweist. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der herausgedrückte Wandungsteil (22) als nach außen überstehender Buckel, Kegel, Kegelstumpf (24) od.dgl. ausgebildet ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (14) der Klappenwelle (13) an der Innenfläche (25) des herausgedrückten Wandungsteils (22), insbesondere der etwa sacklochähnlichen Eintiefung (23), z. B. des Buckels, Kegels, Kegelstumpfes (24) od. dgl., mit zumindest im wesentlichen nur kreisringförmiger Linienberührung aufgenommen und gelagert ist. - Steuereinreichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenfläche (25) mit einem Ringvorsprung (27) versehen ist, an dem das Ende (14) der Klappenwelle (13) mit zumindest im wesentlichen nur kreisringförmiger Linienberührung aufgenommen und gelagert ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (14) der Klappenwelle (13) eine konvex gekrümmte Außenringfläche (26) oder eine kegelförmige oder kegelstumpfförmige Außenringfläche (26) aufweist und mit dieser Außenringfläche (26) mit zumindest im wesentlichen nur kreisringförmiger Linienberührung in der Lageraufnahme (17) aufgenommen und gelagert ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Lageraufnahme (17) und dem Ende (14) der Klappenwelle (13) ein Ringvorsprung (27), z. B. eine Ringschneide, vorgesehen ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringvorsprung (27) an der Lageraufnahme (17) vorgesehen ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringvorsprung an dem Ende (14) der Klappenwelle (13) vorgesehen ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringvorsprung (27) einstückiger Bestandteil der Lageraufnahme (17) und/oder des Endes (14) der Klappenwelle (13) ist. - Steuereinreichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringvorsprung an einem separaten eingebrachten Bauteil ausgebildet ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der herausgedrückte Wandungsteil (22) aus einem separaten, an der Wandung (16) befestigten Bauteil gebildet ist.
