Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Reinigung von benutzten Schüttgut-Textilcontainern (2) oder dergleichen, wobei der Textilcontainer (2) eine oberseitige Einlassöffnung (3), einen in etwa quader- oder zylinderförmigen Stauraum (4) und eine unterseitige, insbesondere tüllenförmig ausgebildete Auslassöffnung (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Textilcontainer (2) über eine an der Einlassöffnung (3) angeordnete Luftversorgung (7) und eine an der Auslassöffnung (5) befindliche Luftabsaugung (9) mit Luft durchströmt wird, wobei die Luftversorgung (7) ein derart höheres Luftvolumen als die Luftabsaugung (9) fördert, dass der Textilcontainer (2) aufgebläht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Textilcontainer (2) in einem seiner Umfangsform in etwa angepassten Hohlkörper befindet und sich durch das Aufblähen an den ihn umgebenden Hohlkörper anlegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Textilcontainer (2) in Vibrationen versetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vibrationserzeugung mechanisch, insbesondere mittels eines Kolbenvibrators (10) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vibrationserzeugung durch eine insbesondere intermittierende Steuerung der Luftversorgung (7) und/oder Luftabsaugung (9) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung (1) zur Reinigung von benutzten Schüttgut-Textilcontainern (2) oder dergleichen, wobei der Textilcontainer (2) eine oberseitige Einlassöffnung (3), einen in etwa quader- oder zylinderförmigen Stauraum (4) und eine unterseitige, insbesondere tüllenförmig ausgebildete Auslassöffnung (5) aufweist, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils eine Luftversorgung (7) mit einem Anschlusselement (6) für die Einlassöffnung (3) und eine Luftabsaugung (9) mit einem Anschlusselement (8) für die Auslassöffnung (5) vorgesehen ist, wobei wenigstens ein Anschlusselement (6, 8) zur automatischen Einstellung des Abstandes der Anschlusselemente (6, 8) voneinander in seiner Position innerhalb bestimmter Grenzen frei verschieblich angeordnet ist, und dass die Luftversorgung (7) eine derart höhere Förderleistung als die Luftabsaugung (9) aufweist, dass der Textilcontainer (2) während der Reinigung aufgebläht ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlusselemente (6, 8) in einem der Umfangsform des Textilcontainers (2) in etwa angepassten Hohlkörper angeordnet sind und der Textilcontainer (2) während der Reinigung an dem ihn umgebenden Hohlkörper anliegt.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine mit Kontaktelementen (11) an dem Textilcontainer (2) anliegende Vibrationseinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktelemente (11) ober- und/oder unterseitig an dem Textilcontainer (2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktelemente (11) seitlich an dem Textilcontainer (2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktelemente (11) Freiräume für die Einlass- oder Auslassöffnung (3, 5) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vibrationseinrichtung einen Kolbenvibrator (10) beinhaltet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuereinrichtung zur Vibrationsanregung des Textilcontainers (2) durch intermittierende Steuerung der Luftversorgung (7) und/oder der Luftabsaugung (9) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftabsaugung (9) mit einer Luftreinigungsanlage (12), insbesondere einer Entstaubungsanlage verbunden ist.
