Definitions
- the invention relates to an effect lamp with a base plate, one in front of the Base plate arranged and facing the viewer with perforated plate Light passage openings and at least one the space between the Base plate and the perforated plate at least partially illuminating light source.
- Such an effect lamp is from the German published application DE 38 25 991 A1 known.
- the Illuminated space limited by at least one mirror and at least one perforated sheet.
- one or more Perforated sheet (s) with one or more mirrors (s) appear in the effect light to reflection effects.
- This is how the viewer looks when he, for example from the outside through the transparent areas of the outer perforated plate 1 looks into the illuminated room according to FIG. 3, facing the interior Side of a perforated plate or its image in the mirrors 4, be it by one-time reflection of the side of the interior facing Perforated plate 1, 2 or by multiple mirroring on several mirrors 3, 4, whose reflective side always faces the interior.
- the viewer gains the visual impression that the space is exclusive limited by perforated sheets (Fig. 4).
- the inner one, bent longitudinally at right angles Perforated plate 2 appears as a cuboid due to the reflection.
- the horizontal Mirrors 3 reproduce the cylinder and the cuboid in the depth. This is how a perforated sheet metal block of infinite length appears in one Perforated sheet metal cylinder to float, which is also infinitely long seems.
- the effect lamp according to DE 38 25 991 A1 thus produces very special optical effects based on the use of mirrors.
- an effect light to create other optical without the use of mirrors Effects are realized.
- the viewer can be optically captivatingly convey font, image and / or color information, which vary depending on the lighting conditions within and outside the effect light and the position of the viewer with respect to it change dynamically.
- the lighting of the base plate and the Perforated sheets enter the information attached to this to the eye of the viewer differently visible. So that's on the Base plate to see existing information particularly clearly, if the lighting is outside the effect light, that is the lighting of the room in which it is located is very small. Vice versa outweighs the visibility of the information on the perforated plate, if this external lighting is very intense. There is external lighting by daylight and / or artificial light.
- the visual perception of the individual information of the effect lamp also changes for the viewer in that it changes its location changed with respect to the same.
- the presentation of the individual information is postponed for him.
- the individual information shift to each other and emerge in different weightings. This is also valid for those on the inner surfaces of the light passage openings of the perforated plate existing information.
- the oblique view can be different for the viewer Depending on the coordination of the information, there may even be a 3D effect. If the viewer moves in front of the effect light, he can - depending on the setting of the individual information - also the impression of a moving one Of the object or image.
- the base plate and the perforated plate there are no restrictions. It can be opaque, -permeable and -permeable materials are used. So can the perforated plate, for example made of metallic material or transparent Plastic (e.g. plexiglass).
- the effect light can for purely aesthetic purposes or in addition to factual information purposes be used.
- the effect lamp can be used as Signal device or display can be used, for example, at the Base plate and / or the perforated sheet are written information. This can be, for example, letters or numbers that the viewer provide relevant information, such as regarding its current status Location in a building or parking garage.
- the effect light enables use, among other things as a light-giving lamp (wall or ceiling lamp), for advertising purposes - e.g. like a display - as illuminated advertising to achieve an increased Attention of passers-by and as facade lighting with optical effects that change during the day.
- a light-giving lamp wall or ceiling lamp
- advertising purposes e.g. like a display - as illuminated advertising to achieve an increased Attention of passers-by and as facade lighting with optical effects that change during the day.
- a transparent perforated plate with light passage openings Plate for example a glass plate, to be used on its Surface facing the viewer and / or on their surface facing away from the viewer Area at least in some areas of text, image and / or color information wearing.
- This information is such that it is a Have a grid pattern that forms light passage openings. So can be Example create an effect lamp as an advertising lamp, in which one Glass plate on the surface facing the viewer with a grid Advertising poster is stuck.
- the effect lamp according to the invention is between the base plate and the perforated plate facing the viewer attached at least one further perforated plate with light passage openings. that on its surface facing the viewer, on its surface Surface facing away from the viewer and / or on the inner surfaces of his light passage openings at least in some areas of writing, pictures and / or Carries color information.
- two light sources are used, namely - from the point of view of the Viewer - the first in front of the base plate and behind the first perforated plate and the second between the two perforated sheets.
- the light source (s) can or can be inside or outside the space between the base plate and the adjacent perforated plate and / or the space between two adjacent perforated plates can be arranged. It comes in particular punctiform and rod - shaped, but also differently shaped light sources in Consideration.
- Light sources can also be controlled individually and independently of one another be executed. So it can with the help of an appropriate control device or programming are provided for a specific Only activate one light source while the other light source is switched off, that is not lit. At the end of that period the previously illuminated light source can be deactivated and the other Light source can be activated. This is how the information can be found on the base plate or present the perforated plates alternately. If desired this alternate presentation can be done very quickly.
- it can be the control device or programming For example, allow the periods during which the Light sources shine, partially superimposed. The latter also does that interesting optical effects come about.
- Another embodiment of the invention provides that either using or in addition to the light source (s) outside the space between the base plate and that adjacent to it Perforated sheet and / or the space between two adjacent perforated sheets Means for the optical projection of text, image and / or color information at an oblique angle to the base plate and / or that Perforated sheet (s) are available.
- the projection means mentioned can, for example Slide projectors (for fixed font, image and / or color information) and film projectors (for moving type, picture and / or Color information). Such projectors always contain a light source.
- the light projection beams emanating from the projectors can be according to the invention on the surface facing or facing away from the viewer of a perforated plate.
- This embodiment of the invention allows further attractive optical effects. It also has the advantage of being relatively easier and faster Wise new font, image and / or color information with the effect light can be made visible. To do this, for example, with a slide projector just insert a new slide into the projector.
- the projection means can be activated and deactivated individually.
- an effect lamp two perforated sheets and a corresponding projection means each individually, i.e. to activate and deactivate independently of each other.
- the information that can be projected by a projection means is accordingly for the The viewer is only visible when the projection means in question is activated is.
- the activation or deactivation of the projection means can be started in known way by a control device and associated programming to reach. So it can be different in time Present information. This allows, for example, in a certain order on the base plate and the perforated plate (s) provided information is provided.
- the perforated plate through its geometry is so designed and that of a perforated plate Projection means in the effect lamp is arranged so that when projecting the projected font, image and / or color information not through the Light passage openings of the perforated plate shine through.
- This essentially becomes thereby achieved that the projection means right, left, above and / or is attached below the respective perforated plate.
- a shining through the font, picture and / or If necessary, color information can also be provided by sufficient Prevent dimensioned perforated sheet thickness.
- Another embodiment of the effect lamp according to the invention sees before that the light source (s) directly on the base plate and / or the or the perforated plate (s) is or are arranged.
- the base plate and / or that or the perforated plate (s) is or are, so to speak, self-luminous. hereby optically appealing effects can also be achieved.
- the or Perforated sheet (s) of an effect lamp at least on part of its light passage openings are provided with light sources. It is advantageous provided that each light source can be activated and deactivated individually, such that thereby on the base plate and / or the perforated plate (s) Font, image and / or color information visible or invisible are. This can be done in a manner known per se by a control device implement along with the associated programming.
- OLED foils come as light sources (color-activatable luminous foils, Siemens), LCD / TFT screens and fiber optic mirror screens.
- the geometry of the light passage openings of the perforated plate or perforated plates characterizes the optical impression conveyed by the effect light With. So are the light passage openings in another invention Design in cross section circular, elliptical, rectangular, square and / or irregular in shape.
- the special shape of the light passage openings can take the form of writing or Image information on the base plate and / or a perforated plate accordingly be chosen to add a further aesthetic accent.
- the light passage openings of the perforated plate or perforated plates in the longitudinal direction have constant or changing cross-section.
- a changing cross-section advantageously has at least a part of the light passage openings of the perforated plate or perforated plates a tapering in the longitudinal direction and in the direction of the base plate or widening cross section.
- the illumination of the light passage openings depends on the one hand on the arrangement and brightness the light source (s) or the external lighting and on the other hand by the possibility of light passage due to the geometry of the light passage openings from. The stronger the illumination of the light passage openings is, the clearer those are on the inner surfaces of the same Information visible or contributes to the overall visual impression.
- the light passage openings of a perforated plate are the same size or larger as the light passage openings of the - from the perspective of the beholder - each perforated plate arranged behind it.
- the dimension of the perforated plate thickness contributes to that generated by the effect light overall optical effect. This is especially then the case when the viewer in side view of an effect lamp with a flat perforated sheet looks, because then on the inner surfaces of the light passage openings according to the same existing information appear wider than in the front view.
- the perforated plate thickness is preferably between 1 and 8 mm.

- the control device or programming provides in this embodiment that - as in Fig. 19 see - a number of LEDs 100 can be activated (this Light emitting diodes 100 are shown as black boxes), so that they are all together shine and thereby as font, picture and color information of the Capital letter "H" becomes visible.
- the other light emitting diodes 101 do not light, that is to say they are deactivated (These light-emitting diodes 101 are identified as boxes with an "X").
- the light emitting diodes forming the letter "H” can be switched off 100 deactivated and the remaining LEDs 101 are activated.
- this embodiment is modified in many ways can be. So you can use the LEDs almost any Generate font, image and / or color information and by the control device or programming numerous sequences for visualization of this information. Likewise, on the base plate and / or such light-emitting diodes on further perforated sheets of an effect light be attached. The information conveyed by this can - as already described elsewhere - especially overlapping in time become.
- An effect lamp 103 in which both a base plate 104 and a perforated plate 105 are provided, will be described below with reference to FIGS. 21 to 23.
- the design of the effect lamp 103 is the same as that of the effect lamp 39 comparable from Fig. 8, so that in this respect to the relevant Is referred to.
- the perforated plate 105 is designed in this way in principle like the perforated plate 98 according to FIGS. 19 and 20. It accordingly points in Fig. 21, not shown - LEDs on when the same to visualize the letter "H” or the script, image and Color information 106 serve. The same applies to the letter "D" or the font, image and color information 107 on the base plate 104 can be made visible.
- Figures 24a-b, 25a-b and 26a-b illustrate the optical effects that arise when viewing the effect light 103.
- the arrangement of Fig. 24a-b, 25a-b and 26a-b corresponds to that of FIGS. 10a-b, 11a-b and 12a-b, so that reference is made to the statements made above becomes.
- 24a-b show the image that results for the viewer when the LEDs of the base plate 104 deactivated and the LEDs of the Perforated plate 105 are activated. In this state, only the letter “H” visible.
- the reverse case is shown in Figures 26a-b; the LEDs on the base plate 104 are activated, whereas the light emitting diodes of the perforated plate 105 are deactivated. It is therefore only the letter “D” visible.
- 25a-b relate to the case where the light-emitting diodes of the base plate 104 and the perforated plate 105 are activated at the same time. This leads to an overlay of the letters "H” and "D” or the font, image and Color information 106, 107.
- an effect lamp 108 is closed in a cylindrical Construction shown. It stands on a foundation in the manner of a column 109. Furthermore, it has a cylindrical or tubular base plate 110 and a surrounding cylindrical or tubular perforated plate 111 on. Since the diameter of the perforated plate 111 is larger than that Diameter of the base plate 110, there are perforated plate 111 and Base plate 110 spaced from each other, whereby the circular Room 112 is formed. The longitudinal axes of the perforated plate 111 and the Base plate 110 lie on a line. At the top of the columnar Effect lamp 108 is an opaque disc-shaped cover 113 available, the diameter of which is the same size as the outside diameter of perforated plate 111. Cover 113 also serves as a holder, with which the base plate 110 and the perforated plate 111 rigidly connected are.
- the cover 113 there is a light source 114, which accordingly the circular shape of the space 112 is circular. Thereby room 112 is illuminated all around from above.
- Light passage openings 115 are formed in the perforated plate 111.
- FIG. 29 shows a lighting device 116 which consists of four effect lights 117, 118, 119 and 120, each with a light source 121, 122, 123 and 124 is composed.
- the effect lights 117-120 are arranged that there is a square cross section of the lighting device 116.
