Claims (10)
- Schleifvorrichtung zum Schleifen von Werkstücken (18) mit einem Gestellrahmen oder einem Gehäuse (12) und mindestens einer innerhalb des Gestellrahmens oder des Gehäuses (12) angeordneten Werkstückhalterung (16) zur Halterung von mindestens einem Werkstück (18), wobei die Werkstückhalterung (16) drehbar und verschiebbar ausgebildet ist und die Werkstückhalterung (16) mittels einer Hebe- und Senkvorrichtung (22) teilweise oder vollständig in einen offenen oder zumindest teilweise verschließbaren Schleifmittelbehälter (14) mit Schleifmittel einfahrbar ist und der Schleifmittelbehälter (14) mindestens eine Luftzuführdüse (32, 34, 54) zur Erzeugung eines Luftstroms innerhalb des Behälters (14) aufweist, wobei an dem Schleifmittelbehälter ein Schwingungserreger (42) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkstückhalterung (16) mit dem Werkstück (18) mittels einer Hebeund Senkvorrichtung (22) teilweise oder vollständig in einen offenen oder zumindest teilweise verschließbaren Schleifmittelbehälter (14) mit Schleifmittel einfahrbar ist,
wobei an der Werkstückhalterung (16) ein weiterer Schwingungserreger (52) angeordnet ist, wobei die Frequenzen der Schwingungserreger (42, 52) jeweils zwischen 10 und 100 Hz einstellbar und die jeweils erzeugten Schwingungen entgegengerichtet sind und die Schwingungsamplitude zwischen 0,5 mm und 4,5 mm liegt. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luft über die Luftzuführdüsen (32, 34, 54) mit einem Druck zwischen 0,5 bar und 10 bar in den Behälter (14) eingeblasen wird. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftzuführdüse(n) (32, 34) mit innerhalb des Behälters (14) angeordneten Luftleitvorrichtungen (36, 38) zur Erzeugung eines gerichteten Luftstroms verbunden ist bzw. sind. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luft über im Bereich eines Bodens (40) des Behälters (14) angeordnete Luftzuführdüsen (54) in den Behälter (14) eingeleitet wird. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwingungserreger (42, 52) jeweils eine einstellbare Beschleunigung von 1,0 bis 4 g erzeugen. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (14) und die Hebe- und Senkvorrichtung (22) schwingungstechnisch gegen den Gestellrahmen bzw. das Gehäuse (12) und gegen ein Stützelement (50), auf dem die Schleifvorrichtung (10) angeordnet ist, entkoppelt sind. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (14) flachliegend montiert ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebe- und Senkvorrichtung (22) drehbar ausgebildet ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifmittel aus Schlacke, Quarzsand, Basaltstücken oder Korund oder einer Mischung davon besteht, wobei die Körnigkeit des Schleifmittels kleiner als 2 mm ist. - Verfahren zum Schleifen von Werkstücken unter Verwendung einer Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte aufweist:a) Einspannen eines Werkstücks (18) in eine drehbar ausgebildete Werkstückhalterung (16);b) Senken und teilweises oder vollständiges Einfahren der Werkstückhalterung (16) mittels einer Hebe- und Senkvorrichtung (22) in einen Schleifmittelbehälter (14);c) Einleiten eines Luftstroms über Luftzuführdüsen (32, 34, 54) in den Schleifmittelbehälter (14) und Versetzen des Schleifmittelbehälters (14) und der Werkstückhalterung (16) in jeweils entgegengerichtete Schwingungen zur Verwirbelung des innerhalb des Behälters (14) angeordneten Schleifmittels;d) Drehen und/oder Heben und Senken der Werkstückhalterung (16) mit dem vollständig oder teilweise von Schleifmittel umgebenem Werkstück (18); unde) Entfernen bzw. Herausheben der Werkstückhalterung (16) mit dem Werkstück (18) aus dem Schleifmittelbehälter (14).
