Claims (20)
- Utilisation d'un dispositif de projection d'abrasif pour nettoyer la surface intérieure de tubes avec un jet d'un agent de transport, de préférence de l'air, et d'une matière à projeter solide ajoutée, ce dispositif de projection présentant un générateur de torsion (1) qui présente une chambre de torsion (2) avec une entrée tangentielle (3) dans la chambre de torsion (2) et une sortie (4) depuis la chambre de torsion (2),
caractérisée en ce que le générateur de torsion (1) applique une torsion contrôlée sur l'écoulement de l'agent de transport avant et après l'alimentation de la matière à projeter ; un corps de refoulement (5) cylindrique oblong est disposé coaxialement dans la chambre de torsion (2) et la chambre de torsion (2) s'effile de manière conique en direction de la sortie (4), de sorte que la matière à projeter se propage dans le tube à nettoyer de manière hélicoïdale le long de la surface intérieure du tube. - Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la chambre de torsion (2) est de configuration cylindrique.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la sortie (4) depuis le générateur de torsion (1) est conformée en buse.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'entrée tangentielle (3) dans le générateur de torsion est conformée en buse.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'entrée (7) dans la chambre de torsion (2) présente axialement une extension plus grande que dans la direction circonférentielle.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'entrée tangentielle (3) s'élargit avant l'ouverture d'entrée (7) dans la chambre de torsion (2) exclusivement sur le côté (10) qui est tourné dans la direction de l'écoulement principal dans la chambre de torsion (2).
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'entrée tangentielle (3) s'effile avant l'ouverture d'entrée (7) dans la chambre de torsion (2) exclusivement sur le côté (8) qui est proche du centre du générateur de torsion (1).
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, sur la face extérieure de la chambre de torsion (2), l'entrée tangentielle (3) se raccorde tangentiellement à la paroi (9) de la chambre de torsion (2).
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le générateur de torsion (1) est conformé simultanément en buse de sortie vers l'environnement.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la longueur du corps de refoulement (5) s'étendant dans la chambre de torsion (2) est réglable.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps de refoulement (5) est effilé de manière conique à l'extrémité (11) qui est tournée dans la direction d'écoulement principale.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que les angles de cône du corps de refoulement (5) et de la chambre de torsion (2) sont approximativement égaux.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le générateur de torsion (1) est composé sur sa surface intérieure (12) d'un métal ou d'une céramique, en particulier d'une céramique d'oxyde.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le générateur de torsion (1) est suivi d'un tube de guidage ou d'un tuyau de guidage à l'extrémité duquel est placée une buse de sortie.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la matière à projeter arrive par gravité dans l'agent de transport.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la matière à projeter est aspirée dans l'agent de transport du fait de l'effet d'injecteur, le transport de la matière à projeter étant soutenu le cas échéant par un agent de transport, en particulier de l'air de transport.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture de sortie du dispositif de projection est placée au niveau de l'ouverture du corps creux à nettoyer.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'entre la surface intérieure de tube à nettoyer et l'ouverture de sortie de la buse est placé un tube de guidage ou tuyau de guidage, et ce tube de guidage ou ce tuyau de guidage peut éventuellement être déplacé dans le tube à nettoyer.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une pièce de transition conique est placée entre la surface intérieure du tube à nettoyer et l'ouverture de sortie de la buse.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une pièce de transition plate est placée entre la surface intérieure du tube à nettoyer et l'ouverture de sortie de la buse.
