Definitions
- the invention relates to the production of tissue paper, as it is used for example as kitchen towels, Handkerchiefs, facials, toilet paper, napkins and like.
- Tissue paper with conventional, homogeneous over the surface Basis weight forms when used up comparatively long folded edges, that of the deforming force oppose greater resistance.
- the invention is based on the technical problem (task), to create a machine and a process using tissue paper with improved optical and haptic properties can be achieved.
- a tissue paper can be produced by producing textile-like Structures a better visual and "haptic impression” taught.
- haptic impression is the subjective, sensory impression with the hands, the “grip feeling” meant. It will be a good combination of surface softness and crumple softness estimated. This is achieved through education a tissue paper with a texture consisting of small ones Zones of increased and decreased basis weight in Macro range. Set the areas of reduced basis weight a deforming force has a lower resistance than that Zones with a higher basis weight and thus shorten the Length of the folded edges that arise during crumpling. this means an improvement of the physically and sensory Bulk softness.
- tissue paper product In the tissue paper product, a comparatively arises faded transition from areas of high basis weight to Areas of lower basis weight, which for the optical Impression of the product is positive and for which intended improvement in crumple softness no negative Has an impact.
- the fibers leave an orientation in the machine direction in the tissue paper detect. All conventional materials for the sieves can be used come into question, e.g. B. metal wire or plastic sieves. It is an object of the invention to produce a flat paper.
- the Paper is not supposed to be the structure of the screen in contact with paper take.
- the underlying texture sieve sets due to the texture and the sieve itself, naturally the entire drainage capacity down and should therefore be roughly patterned to the Impairment of drainage performance by the underlying To keep the texture screen itself as low as possible.
- the delicacy of the texture in tissue paper consisting of Areas of different basis weight will be the same limited how blocking drainage (by texture of the second sieve) in the Z direction through the water transport is bypassed within the sheet forming screen in the X-Y direction.
- this is Drainage sieve as thin as possible (low water transport in X and Y direction).
- the sieves have one Wire diameter from 0.1 to 0.4 mm. A long one Avoid water transport in the X and Y directions a wire diameter of less than 0.3 mm are used. Less than 0.2 mm would be better. The best would come Wire diameters of less than 0.1 mm are used.
- the drainage zones in the texture sieve are the zones in the tissue product increased basis weight connected like a net.
- the resulting influence on strength is comparative low or nonexistent.
- the texture screens, the paper with create network-like zones of increased basis weight can also be so-called "belts" in which a supporting tissue other material is applied, which on the paper touched Has a structure. Examples emerge from the EP 0 135 231 B (production of pillows with a higher basis weight) and WO 93/00474 A (generation of a continuous network with higher basis weight).
- a tissue paper is created with connected zones of lower basis weight and resulting losses in strength.
- a film, belt etc. can be used with a lace pattern.
- 1a is a sheet formation area of a paper machine shown schematically.
- a stock inlet gap 11 In the area of the headbox 10 there is a stock inlet gap 11 and a drainage and Forming or sheet formation roller 12.
- the stock entry nip 11 form an inner drainage and sheet forming sieve 13 and an outer drainage and sheet forming screen 14, the with different expansion around various deflecting rollers 15 are guided around a portion of the circumference of the Drainage and forming roller 12 are performed. Between these leaf formation takes place in both sieves.
- On the Sheet formation area facing away from the drainage and Sheet forming screen 14 is a textured one Texture screen 16 and the inner drainage and Sheet forming screen 13 is a texture screen provided with a texture 17 deposited.
- texture sieves with each other prefers a different extent if over Deflection rollers 18 are guided. Also have the texture screens compared to the associated drainage and Sheet forming sieve of different extent and are over own deflection rollers performed, as can be seen from Fig. 1a. This makes it possible to take off, preferably one hydraulic lifting of the texture screen from the drainage and To make sheet forming screen, and without major Reconstruction measures. Most of the water passes the drainage and Sheet forming screen 14 and texture screen 16, so that a such lift-off would not be an advantage for texture screen 16.
- FIG. 1b contains that there shown modified embodiment the same Reference numerals as Fig. 1a.
- Fig. 1a contains that there shown modified embodiment the same Reference numerals as Fig. 1a.
- the drainage and Sheet forming screen 14 assigned a texture screen 16, because in essentially through the drainage and sheet forming screen 14 is drained.
- FIG. 1c there is a headbox 9 provided from which in the direction of arrow 10 the fabric on horizontally aligned drainage and sheet forming screen 13 'is stored. Over a certain distance this is Drainage and sheet forming screen 13 'a texture screen 17' highlighted.
- the texture screen has 2b, 3a and 3b drainage screen zones 19 and screen zones 20 blocked drainage, these zones the can form a wide variety of patterns, depending on requirements and Application.
- 2a and 2b are the drainage zones 19 network-like interconnected.
- 3a and 3b are the Zones 20 of blocked drainage network-like with each other connected. As previously described, this does to different results.
