Claims (11)
- Ferrure d'articulation pour porte, fenêtre ou similaire, comprenant une partie fixe (2) prévue pour être rapportée sur le cadre dormant de ladite porte ou fenêtre et comportant une platine de fixation (3) définie par une lame métallique (8) comportant au moins une patte (9 ; 9A) s'étendant perpendiculairement à cette lame (8) et définissant une chape (4 ; 4A) pour le maintien d'un axe d'articulation (5), cette patte (9;9A) recevant, par surmoulage, des moyens de maintien et/ou de sécurité (19, 24) pour l'immobilisation de l'axe d'articulation (5), caractérisée par le fait que ladite lame (8) emprunte une section en forme de « U » dans sa portion s'étendant entre des pattes (9, 9A) sur ses côtés (11, 12) et sur sa face avant (13), opposée à la face arrière (14) destinées à être rapportées en applique sur le cadre dormant, ladite lame (8) étant bordée par des rebords (15, 16).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de maintien et/ou de sécurité (19, 24) sont associés par une opération de surmoulage qui ne concerne que la ou les chapes (4 ; 4A).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait depuis la lame (8) s'étendent autant de pattes (9, 9A) que de chapes (4, 4A) équipant la partie fixe (2).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la lame (8) est repliée à ses extrémités de manière à définir des pattes (9, 9A).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que dans l'angle interne (10), entre la lame (8) et une patte (9, 9A) est réalisée une nervure de renfort.
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les rebords (15, 16) s'étendent sensiblement sur toute la longueur de la lame (8) de sorte que leurs extrémités (17, 18) coïncident, sensiblement, avec les pattes (9, 9A) de manière à être emprisonnées dans le surmoulage intervenant pour la conception des moyens de maintien et/ou de sécurité (19, 24) pour l'immobilisation de l'axe d'articulation (5) et associés à au moins une patte (9, 9A).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens d'immobilisation en translation axiale (19) de l'axe d'articulation (5), celui-ci comportant, au niveau de ses extrémités (20, 21) une gorge périphérique (22) dans laquelle est à même de s'engager, élastiquement, un clip de blocage (23) sous forme d'un fil métallique élastique, ancré au niveau du surmoulage sur au moins une des pattes (9, 9A) correspondant auxdites chapes (4, 4A).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte des moyens de blocage additionnels (24), à commande manuelle, prévus aptes à empêcher tout déplacement axial de l'axe d'articulation (5) après avoir été amené en coopération avec la partie fixe (2) et la partie mobile de la ferrure d'articulation (1).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de blocage (24) sont définis par une languette de blocage (25) prévue apte à être repoussée manuellement et/ou élastiquement sur la trajectoire de l'axe d'articulation (5), sous l'extrémité inférieure (20) de ce dernier.
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de blocage (24) comportent des moyens de retenue (26), sous contrainte élastique et en position déverrouillée, d'une languette de blocage (25) de nature élastique.
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la partie fixe (2) est de configuration symétrique par rapport à un plan médian transversal P.
