Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en élévation latérale d'un ensemble modulaire ou ílot de distribution conforme à l'invention et
- la figure 2 est une vue en bout de la figure 1.
- gain important en encombrement (en épaisseur) de l'ordre d'un facteur 2 ou plus suivant le nombre de paires de distributeurs assemblées sur chaque tranche ;
- gain en connectiques électrique et pneumatique étant donné que ces connectiques sont communes . aux deux distributeurs d'une tranche considérée ;
- réalisation de deux fonctions dans la même tranche, c'est-à-dire dans la même épaisseur ;
- possibilité de changer de distributeur sur la même embase, sans toucher à la connectique, pour obtenir une fonction différente ;
- possibilité de monter sur des embases de tailles différentes des distributeurs de différentes dimensions ;
- grand nombre de pièces communes pour les connectiques pneumatique et électrique et
- important gain de coût.
Claims (3)
- Ensemble modulaire ou ílot de distribution pneumatique constitué par l'assemblage côté à côté d'une pluralité de distributeurs pneumatiques, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pluralité de modules ou blocs constituant chacun une tranche (T1, T2,... Tn) et intégrant chacune, d'une part, une connectique pneumatique (1) et, d'autre part, une connectique électrique (2), deux distributeurs pneumatiques (3, 4) étant montés à 90° l'un par rapport à l'autre sur deux côtés adjacents dudit bloc ou module de façon que ladite connectique pneumatique et ladite connectique électrique soient communes aux deux distributeurs, lesdits blocs ou modules avec leurs paires respectives de distributeurs étant montés, de façon amovible, sur lesdites connectiques afin de les assembler côte à côte en constituant ledit ensemble modulaire ou ílot de distribution comportant un nombre voulu de distributeurs pneumatiques.
- Ensemble modulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les distributeurs présentent des dimensions, notamment des épaisseurs, différentes.
- Ensemble modulaire selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque tranche (T1, T2,... Tn) peut recevoir une pluralité de paires de distributeurs pneumatiques (3, 4)
