Claims (6)
- Höhenverstellbarer Träger für Hohlböden, bestehend aus einem Kern mit Außengewinde und mindestens einer Platte mit dazu passendem Innengewinde, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern und die Platte aus faserverstärktem, abgebundenem Gips bestehen, wobei der Kern einen Durchmesser von 70 bis 120 mm und die Platte eine Höhe von 25 bis 50 mm sowie eine Kantenlänge von 110 bis 220 mm aufweist.
- Höhenverstellbarer Träger gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Kernes 80 bis 100 mm beträgt und die Platte eine Höhe von 30 bis 45 mm sowie eine Kantenlänge von 130 bis 180 mm aufweist.
- Höhenverstellbarer Träger gemäß Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte quadratisch ausgestaltet ist.
- Höhenverstellbarer Träger gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewinde Sägengewinde sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines höhenverstellbaren Trägers für Hohlböden gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus verpressten Platten von faserverstärktem, abgebundenem Gips Löcher mit Innengewinde ausgeschnitten werden und aus einer entsprechend dickeren Platte zunächst längere Blöcke geschnitten werden, die anschließend zu Säulen gedreht werden und in diese dann ein zur Platte passendes Außengewinde geschnitten wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines höhenverstellbaren Trägers für Hohlböden gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern mit Sägengewinde durch Gießverfahren hergestellt wird, wobei eine wässrige Bindemittelkomponente in eine geeignete Matrix eingegossen und nach dem Erhärten die Matrix entfernt und der Kern entnommen wird.
