In this manner, the pressing load on the edge of the cutting blade is not increased nor decreased under the influence of the force spring 10. If the above described extension line is superposed on a position closer to the blade side of the cutting blade than to the foot part 14a, the pressing load on the edge of the cutting blade will be higher than a set load. On the contrary, if the extension line is superposed on a position further away from the blade of the cutting blade than the foot part 14a, the pressing load on the edge of the cutting blade will be lower than the set load.
