Definitions
- the invention relates to a method with the features of the preamble of Claim 1 and an apparatus for performing the method.
- the Stand-up blister packs produced with the process have a high Sales presence, since the imprint on the carrier part is easily recognizable by the buyer and is legible when the stand-up blister packs are on the shelves be set up.
- the US-PS 4 901 858 shows a blister pack in which a seal of the four blister edges with a carrier part.
- the blister hood is to be brought about on one side with an undercut the width of the blister edge. This undercut makes shaping difficult the blister hood, as this requires horizontal movements of the tool parts are.
- sealing the blister edge in the area of the undercut in the Sealing station of an automatic blister pack machine required elaborate tools with horizontally moving parts, because the heated Sealing electrode needed a counterpart for sealing. This counterpart must but be moved sideways before moving it down. Since the Blister hood often has to be contour-matched to the part to be packed, usually cannot deviate from the formation of the undercut be accepted. The packaged part would have too much free space.
- the invention has for its object to carry out the method so that so that blister packs can be produced with only three sides a blister rim protrudes from the blister hood. This should follow on the fourth page sealing in a fixed position so that the Blister pack can be placed directly on the side wall of the blister hood. The formation of an undercut in the blister hood should not be necessary his. Space-saving packaging of the blister packs should be provided.
- the device for performing the method consists of the Molding device 1 and the sealing device 2.
- the molding device 1 are a Heating device 3, a molding device 4, a longitudinal cutting device 5, a Transport device 6, a cross cutting device 7 and a Transfer device 8 arranged.
- the sealing device 2 consists of two intermittently moving pallet belts 9, 10 with rotating pallets 11. These Pallets 11 have a series of openings in accordance with the shape the blister hoods 12 inserted into them via the transfer device 8
- the area of the first pallet belt 9 follows after insertion in the feed direction a lay-up station 13 for the carrier parts 14, preferably made of cardboard, which in a magazine 15 held in a stack by a transfer device 16 individually removed and placed on the pallets 11.
- this lay-up station 13 In the area of this lay-up station 13 (see FIG. 6) is below the Pallet level arranged a lifting device 17, consisting of a Holding device 18 with suction cups 57 for holding each blister hood 12 one Row which is seated on a holding bar 20 which can be pivoted about the pivot point 19.
- the Pivotal point 19 and thus the retaining bar 20 are also vertically displaceable formed, moved by a drive 21.
- a transverse sealing device 22 with a height-adjustable sealing electrode 23 and a - if necessary height-movable Counter bar 24 The first pallet belt 9 ends with a Lifting station 25, the second pallet belt 10 begins with an insertion station 26.
- a transfer device 27, represented by an arrow, is used for removal the preformed blister packs 28 from the pallet belt 9 and Loading into the pallet belt 10.
- the loading station 27 is followed by a filling station 29, in which the packaging material 51 is inserted into the blister hoods 12. It closes a heating station 30 with a height-adjustable heated heating bar 31 and one - if necessary - opposite height-adjustable Counter bar 32.
- FIG. 3 For an enlarged view, see FIG. 3.
- the heating station 30 is followed by the folding station 33, which is enlarged in FIG. 4 shown.
- a holding device 34 below the Blister hoods 12 are provided, consisting of suction cups 35 which are attached to one of the Drive 36 height-adjustable cross bar 37 sit.
- the suckers 35 are temporarily connectable to a vacuum source.
- a tilting device 38 below the sealed Carrier part 14 sits a tilting device 38, which consists of pins 39, one of these supporting bar 40 and a drive 41 for vertical displacement of the bar 40 composed.
- Above the transport level of the pallet 11 is one Bending device 42 arranged, consisting of a bending strip 43, the Carrier 44 sits, guided on guides 45 and not over one shown drive moved horizontally and via a second drive can be lowered vertically.
- the sealing station 59 is connected to the folding station 33 with a sealing electrode 46 on. It is heated and via a drive, not shown height-adjustable up to the contact with the pallets 11.
- a counter support 60 is at Provided for.
- blister hoods 12 are heated from one Roll 47 peeled off web 48 formed and separated.
- the transfer device 8 grips the separated blister caps 12 and spreads them in the transverse direction during the transfer into the pallets 11 of the pallet belt 12. In the transverse direction the blister hoods 12 are thus at a distance from one another. After this Transport of the pallet 11 into the lay-up station 13 will be in the pallet 11 located blister hoods 12 so that the associated carrier parts 14 can be placed on the pallets 11 (dash-dotted lines) and when the blister hoods 12 are lowered again, the one blister edge 49 on the Carrier part 14 rests overlapping.
- a linear area of the blister edge 49 is not area sealed with the carrier part 14 is heated by means of the heating strip 31 Forming a fold line 53.
- the heating strip 31 is tapered, light rounded and is with an adjustable force, e.g. by means of a Pneumatic cylinder with adjustable pressure, pressed against the blister rim 49, so that a small groove 52 is formed as a fold line 53 during the heating around which the edge of the blister 49 can be slightly folded (see Figure 3).
- the folding station 33 In the next station, the folding station 33, the blister hoods 12 first held by the holding device 34 (for position see FIG. 4), so when the pins 39 are raised, the carrier part 14 and the blister edge 49 bend in the area of the fold line 53 (shown in dash-dot lines). Another follows Bend around the fold line 53 by the horizontal displacement of the bending strip 43. This position is also shown in broken lines. The lowering follows Bending bar 43 (shown by arrow), doing the rest of the bending around a total of 180 °
- the Stand-up blister packs 58 are in the subsequent removal station 55 gripped by a corresponding transfer device and on a conveyor belt 56 or put in boxes.
- a stand-up blister pack 58 is created, which is placed at one point on a surface 54, as shown in Figure 5, a promotional presentation allowed.
- the sealed blister edge 49 and the adjacent one cool
- the area of the blister hood 12 is usually sufficient to prevent bending at the Fold line 53 not negatively affected. Should not in certain cases it is suggested that one is sufficient in an intermediate station Place the chilled plate on the sealed area to cool down accelerate.
- blister caps 12 per pallet 11 It is also a single-row arrangement of blister caps 12 per pallet 11 shown, that is, a series of blister caps 12 is formed per cycle, separated and inserted per pallet 11.
- a double row arrangement of Blister hoods 12 are possible if double blisters are formed from this Film web 48 separated and in an intermediate Cross cutting device divided, brought into distance in the transport direction and then be inserted into the pallet belt 9 in two rows.

The US-
Standblisterpackungen eintritt, was optisch sehr negativ ist. Würde man diesen
In US-
The invention has for its object to carry out the method so that so that blister packs can be produced with only three sides a blister rim protrudes from the blister hood. This should follow on the fourth page sealing in a fixed position so that the Blister pack can be placed directly on the side wall of the blister hood. The formation of an undercut in the blister hood should not be necessary his. Space-saving packaging of the blister packs should be provided.
Anspruches 9. Die Unteransprüche stellen vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen dar. This problem is solved by the in the characterizing part of the main claim

In Querrichtung
In the molding device 1,
Figur 3).In the
