Abstract

Das restliche Folienband 11 wird mit der Restgitteraufwicklung 13 aufgewickelt. Die so gefertigten Verpackungsmulden werden mit dem Transportband 14 in die Befüllstation 4 transportiert und dort mit Verpackungsgut befüllt. Die befüllten Verpackungsmulden werden dann in der Evakuier- und Siegelstation mit der Deckelfolie 12 geschlossen, indem diese auf die Verpackungsmulde 10 gesiegelt wird. In dem Siegelwerkzeug 15 ist ein Schneidsystem integriert, das die fertige Packung aus der Deckelfolie 12 ausschneidet. Die übrig bleibende Deckelfolie wird mit der Restgitteraufwicklung 16 aufgewickelt. Die fertige Verpackung wird mit dem Austragband 17 wegtransportiert. Der Fachmann weiß, daß kurz vor dem Siegeln die Gasatmosphäre in der befüllten Verpackung evakuiert und ggf. durch ein Inertgas ersetzt werden kann. Fig. 8 zeigt eine Konfiguration, in der die Formstation der Linie 7 nicht zum Einsatz kommt. Dafür werden mit einem Entstapler 8 vorgefertigte Verpackungsmulden auf das Transportband 14 gelegt und dort befüllt. Die Linie 6 funktioniert so wie zuvor beschrieben. Insbesondere die Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 5 zeigt die große Flexibilität der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungsmaschine. Es können sowohl unterschiedliche Verpackungen insgesamt auf der Verpackungsmaschine hergestellt werden als auch nur vorgefertigte Verpackungsmulden zu fertigen Verpackungen komplettiert werden.
