Claims (8)
- Nockenwelle zur Betätigung von Ventilen einer Brennkraftmaschine, umfassend eine Einrichtung zum hydraulischen Verstellen der relativen Drehlage der Nockenwelle zwecks Beeinflussung der Steuerzeiten der Ventile, welche Einrichtung ein Antriebsrad für die Nockenwelle, ein Zellenrad und ein Flügelrad aufweist, das mit radialen Flügeln innerhalb von Zellen des Zellenrads relativbeweglich gelagert ist und wobei zwischen Zellenrad und Flügelrad eine in der Startphase der Brennkraftmaschine wirksame Verriegelungsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die durch einen axialen federbelasteten, hydraulisch betätigten sowie in einer der Flügel des Flügelrads untergebrachten Kolben und eine korrespondierende in einer aus Antriebsrad und Zellenrad bestehenden Baueinheit vorgesehenen Aufnahme für den Kolben gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit der Aufnahme (40) zusammenarbeitende Kolben (37) des Flügels (18) von einem Druckkanal (42) des Flügels (18) aus beaufschlagt wird, in dem ein an Druckräume (46 und 47) einer der Zellen (22) angeschlossenes Wechselventil (43) wirksam ist.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckkanal (42) in dem Flügel (18) etwa tangential zwischen den Druckräumen (46 und 47) verläuft.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wechselventil (43) eine Kugel (48) umfasst, die in dem Druckkanal (42) axialbeweglich geführt ist.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckkanal (42) eine Führungsabbohrung (49) für die Kugel (48) umfasst, welche Führungsbohrung (48) auf der einen Seite von einer ersten Fase (50) und einer ersten Endbohrung (51) und auf der anderen Seite von einer zweiten Fase (52) und einer zweiten Endbohrung (53) begrenzt wird, wobei die zweite Fase (52) und die zweite Endbohrung (53) an einem Einsatz (54) angebracht sind, der in eine Einsatzbohrung (55) des Druckkanals (42) eingesetzt ist.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Endbohrung (51) einen kleineren Durchmesser als die Führungsbohrung (49), und die Einsatzbohrung (55) einen größeren Durchmesser als der Führungsbohrung (49) aufweist.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (37) auf der einen Seite einen mit der Aufnahme (40) zusammenwirkenden Sperrbolzen (39) besitzt und auf der anderen sich an einer Druckfeder (57) abstützt.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckfeder (57) einerseits abschnittsweise in eine Ausnehmung (58) des Kolbens (37) eingesetzt ist und andererseits sich an einem Federteller (59) abstützt.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federteller (59) einen Führungsbolzen (60) aufweist der abschnittsweise von der Druckfeder (57) umgeben wird.
