Claims (36)
- Dispositif de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit cosmétique ou de soins, comprenant un réservoir contenant ledit produit et un embout d'application pour distribuer et appliquer le produit contenu dans le réservoir, ledit embout définissant une surface d'application alimentée en produit via au moins un orifice, caractérisé par le fait que ledit orifice (30a) débouche dans une cavité ou gorge (25 ; 49) à distance de ladite surface d'application, cette gorge ou cavité étant agencée de telle sorte que la surface d'application soit alimentée en produit de manière privilégiée par une première portion (25c ; 49 ; 63a) de ladite gorge ou cavité, cette gorge ou cavité comprenant une deuxième portion (25d ; 49b ; 63b ; 63c ; 63d) communiquant avec la première, apte à collecter tout ou partie du produit présent en excès sur la surface d'application.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite surface d'application comprend au moins une portion en biseau.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite gorge ou cavité est floquée au niveau de son ouverture débouchant sur la surface d'application.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'ensemble de la surface d'application est floqué.

- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un seul orifice débouche dans ladite gorge ou cavité.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la largeur de l'ouverture par laquelle ladite gorge ou cavité débouche sur la surface d'application est suffisamment importante pour permettre à la surface des lèvres ou de la peau, au moment de l'application, de venir au contact du produit contenu à l'intérieur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que deux bords opposés quelconques de ladite gorge ou cavité, au niveau de la surface d'application, sont éloignés d'une distance supérieure à 1 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la surface d'application est dépourvue de reliefs tels que des picots.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'embout comporte une première partie (14) et une deuxième partie (15) rapportée sur la première, cette deuxième partie définissant au moins partiellement la surface d'application.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la gorge ou cavité est réalisée au moins partiellement par un ou plusieurs ajour(s) de la deuxième partie.
- Dispositif selon l'une des deux revendications immédiatement précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les première et deuxième portions (25c ; 25d) peuvent communiquer grâce à un espace (33) défini entre les première et deuxième parties (14 ; 15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ledit espace (33) permet une circulation du produit sous la deuxième partie (15).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que l'une des deux parties comporte un revêtement de flocage qui s'étend jusqu'à un bord de cette partie, ce dernier étant au contact d'un bord non floqué de l'autre partie.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 17, caractérisé par le fait que la première partie comporte une jupe extérieure annulaire non floquée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 18, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième partie comporte une grille (15) ou est constituée par une grille.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 19, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième partie comporte une gorge annulaire (25) ou une cavité s'étendant suivant une courbe fermée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication immédiatement précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ladite gorge ou cavité ne présente pas de rétrécissement de sa section au niveau de son ouverture extérieure, de manière à permettre à la surface de la peau ou des lèvres de pénétrer plus profondément à l'intérieur, afin de prélever du produit le cas échéant.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 21, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième partie (42) présente une hauteur variable de manière à définir une surface d'application en biseau et créer un chemin préférentiel pour le produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 22, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième partie comporte un élément (54) coopérant avec la première partie pour former un clapet apte à se déplacer sous l'effet de la pression du produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 23, caractérisé par le fait que la première partie comporte une partie centrale formant brise-jet, située dans ou en face d'un passage d'amenée du produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 23, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième partie comporte une partie formant brise-jet, située en face d'un passage d'amenée du produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 25, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième partie est fixée de manière étanche sur la première.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 26, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième partie est réalisée dans une matière différente de celle utilisée pour réaliser la première partie.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la surface d'application comprend une surface en biseau et une surface latérale s'étendant autour de la surface en biseau, lesdites surfaces en biseau et latérale étant floquées.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir est formé par un corps (18) réalisé d'un seul tenant avec une partie (14) de l'embout.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un piston (20) pour exercer une pression sur le produit contenu dans le réservoir en vue de sa distribution.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 29, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une paroi compressible permettant de distribuer le produit au moyen d'une pression exercée dessus, par exemple par l'utilisateur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 29, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une pompe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 32, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir est déplaçable par rapport au reste du dispositif de manière à actionner la pompe et distribuer une dose de produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 33, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir est amovible et constitue une recharge.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un capuchon de fermeture comprenant au moins un élément d'obturation intérieur apte à recouvrir le ou les orifice de sortie du produit lorsqu'il est en place sur l'embout.
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un dispositif tel que défini l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé avec un revêtement de flocage et au moins une gorge ou cavité dans laquelle débouche un orifice, sans perçage de cet orifice après flocage ni insertion d'un insert dans cet orifice pendant le flocage.
