Claims (5)

  1. Helm mit einem kugelförmigen Visier, bestehend aus einer Schale bzw. aus einem Mantel (1), einem sphärischen bzw. kugelförmigen Visier (3), einem sechsbeinigen Kreuz mit dem Kopfkorb, einem Gurt für eine Festlegung des Helms, einer Verkleidung bzw. Hülle (4) für einen Nackenschutz und verbindenden bzw. Verbindungselementen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er weiters versehen ist mit einem Ringsupport bzw. einer Ringabstützung (2), welche(r) in den unteren Teil der Schale (1) eingesetzt ist, welcher mit seiner rückwärtigen Hälfte der äußeren Ummantelung an der inneren Ummantelung der Schale (1) liegt, an welche er mittels zweier Schrauben (25) und zweier hohler Zylinderfortsätze (15) mit Gewinden in den Hohlräumen verbunden ist, welche auf zentralen bzw. mittigen Teilen (14) der äußeren Ummantelung des Ringsupports (2) hergestellt sind, welche die Verbindungsachse (O) vertikal auf die Längssymmetrieebene (A-A) des Helms aufweisen, welche durch ringförmige Öffnungen (34) an den Enden des kugelförmigen Visiers und runde Öffnungen (11) an Seitenflanken der Schale (1) gezogen bzw. geführt sind und welche durch Schrauben (35) an der Schale (1) festgelegt sind, und daß das kugelförmige Visier (3) um die zylindrischen Fortsätze (15) von dem Ende, welches herausgezogen bzw. -geführt ist, zu dem Ende drehen kann, welches in Position in einem freien Raum zwischen dem Ringsupport (2) und der Schale (1) in dem vorderen Teil des Helms gezogen ist.
  2. Helm mit einem kugelförmigen Visier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringsupport (2) im wesentlichen die Form eines Segments einer halbkugelförmigen Schale mit einheitlicher Wanddicke symmetrisch unter Bezugnahme auf die vertikale Längssymmetrieebene (A-A) aufweist, wobei ein oberer Rand bzw. eine obere Kante (12) eben bzw. gerade ist und die untere Kante (13) dem Profil des Öffnungsrands der Schale (1) folgt, daß entlang des oberen Rands (12) des Ringsupports (2) Rillen bzw. Nuten (19) vorgesehen sind, welche an der inneren Ummantelung des Ringsupports (2) hergestellt sind, in welche rückwärtige und mittlere Enden (8) des sechsbeinigen Kreuzes mit dem Kopfkorb, verbindende Stellen zum Festlegen von vorderen Teilen des sechsbeinigen Kreuzes mit dem Kopfkorb durch Schrauben (21), eine verbindende Stelle zum Festlegen eines rückwärtigen Endes (22) und von vorderen Enden (23) des dreischenkeligen Gurts zum Festlegen des Helms durch Schrauben (24) an der inneren Ummantelung des Ringsupports (2) eingezogen sind und daß entlang der unteren Kante (13) des Ringsupports (2) mehrere gleichmäßig angeordnete aufnehmende bzw. Aufnahmeteile (16) von flexiblen komprimierenden Elementen zum Festlegen bzw. Befestigen von aufzunehmenden Teilen (17) von flexiblen komprimierenden Elementen einer flexiblen Ummantelung (4) für einen Nackenschutz eingedrückt sind.
  3. Helm mit einem kugelförmigen Visier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringsupport (2) aus einem Polymermaterial mit Kompressions-Einspritztechnologie hergestellt ist.
  4. Verwendung eines Helms mit einem kugelförmigen Visier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 bei einer Brandbekämpfung, im Bauwesen, im Bergbau bzw. Tunnelbau, im Forstwesen und in anderen Industriebereichen, als auch bei beruflichen und nicht-beruflichen Aktivitäten.
  5. Verwendung eines Helms mit einem kugelförmigen Visier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 in Kombination mit Masken für einen Schutz von Atmungsorganen und Augen gegenüber schädlichen Gasen.
