Definitions
- the invention relates to a gas turbine in a hot gas flow channel vanes arranged one behind the other and Blades.
- the invention also relates to a gas turbine guide vane.
- US 5,634,766 discloses a turbine vane segment.
- the guide vane is hollow and has a combined Cooling with steam and cooling air.
- Figure 3 it can be seen like the hot gas flow channel of a gas turbine such vane segments is constructed.
- In the hot gas flow channel alternate vane rings with rotating vane rings.
- the rotor blades are on rotor disks arranged.
- the guide vane rings are on the gas turbine housing attached and grab with an extension between two Blade rings through to the rotor, in contrast to it complete with a labyrinth seal.
- In the gap between One rotor and one guide vane can produce hot gas penetrate from the flow channel of the gas turbine and less there damage heat-resistant components.
- sealing air with a pressure is in this gap blown in so that hot gas penetration is impossible becomes.
- the pressure in the hot gas duct is not constant, but varies across the flow direction of the Hot gas. With an open gap, therefore, must be safe Avoiding the penetration of hot gas the sealing air pressure so be dimensioned so that it is against the maximum value of the pressure in the Hot gas channel blocks. This creates a high need for Sealing air.
- the sealing air is usually a compressor taken from the gas turbine. This reduces the efficiency of the Gas turbine.
- a sealing chamber system is used to avoid hot gas. This means that the gap has a sealing chamber. Only sealing air is blown into the sealing chamber at a pressure, which corresponds to the average hot gas pressure.
- the invention is based on the knowledge that this seal of the gap between the guide vane and the rotor blade problems with the manufacture of the blade poses, as well as in terms of cooling the vane platform.
- the object of the invention is accordingly a gas turbine To provide a gap between a vane the gas turbine and a subsequent blade of the Gas turbine is sealed efficiently, the above Disadvantages are avoided.
- Another object of the invention is the specification of a corresponding gas turbine guide vane.
- the object directed to a gas turbine is achieved by a gas turbine with a hot gas flow channel, in which is arranged along a flow direction: A guide vane with a vane platform partially delimiting the Heigas flow channel and a rotor blade with a vane platform partially delimiting the hot gas flow channel, the vane platform partially covering the vane platform, so that the vane platform of the vane platform while leaving a platform gap with a platform gap measured perpendicular to the flow direction Cross-sectional area is opposite, and a platform shoulder is arranged in the platform gap on the guide vane platform, which extends towards the moving blade platform and thereby covers the platform gap cross-sectional area at least 80%.
- the invention is based in particular on the knowledge that that such an arrangement has the disadvantage of being difficult to cool Guide vane platform hides because of that at the bottom no abrasive material arranged on the guide vane platform effective cooling of the guide vane platform from the bottom allows here.
- the cooling was therefore only possible through the Guide vane platform penetrating slots, which as Cooling channels acted to be cooled.
- the invention is based on further knowledge based on the blade sales of previous concepts for single-crystal cast rotor blades to considerable manufacturing problems leads, since a single crystalline solidification in Sales area only through complex bypass technology in cast iron can be reached.
- the invention leaves the established path of the predominant Gap seal and teaches the vane platform bottom to be provided with a platform heel such that the platform gap is largely sealed.
- a clear vane platform underside which may be efficient, e.g. by a Impact cooling, can be cooled.
- An inner convective Cooling by means of cooling channels can be omitted, which in particular the guide vane platform can also be made thinner can, which in turn leads to better coolability.
- the blade on the Blade platform arranged blade shoulder whereby the manufacture of the blade is simplified. The blade is exposed to much higher mechanical loads than the guide vane because it experiences high centrifugal forces. Accordingly the blade generally requires a higher one Manufacturing effort, e.g. by means of a directionally frozen Cast or a single-crystal cast.
- a manufacturing technology Simplification for the blade at the expense the guide vane thus leads to a lower overall Production expense.
- the platform heel preferably covers under an operating condition, which is at least 70% of a maximum load of Gas turbine corresponds to the cross-sectional area of the platform gap more than 95%. This means practically complete Sealing the platform gap.
- the guide vane platform consists of a guide vane material and the platform heel from a platform heel material.
- the platform heel material is less Abrasion hardness than the blade material. This leads to an abrasive sealing of the platform gap, since the platform sales are now in operation on the Blade platform can touch without causing damage the blade platform would be feared.
- the platform heel is abrasively removed when touched, so that a maximum seal of the platform gap is achieved.
- the platform shoulder is preferably on the guide vane platform welded.
- the platform heel is in a Groove of the guide vane platform used.
- he can also be secured by welding.
- the configuration achieves the advantage that a platform sales in can be easily renewed by adding new platform sales simply inserted into the groove of the guide vane platform becomes.
- a renewal of this Abrasive material was due to the comparatively complex Hardly any attachments to the bottom of the guide vane platform possible.
- Pieces of such an abrasive material inserted into a groove are secured and if necessary still secured against falling out become.
- the guide vane preferably faces one of the hot gas flow channels leading direction, spaced from the Guide vane platform, a guide vane projection on the a blade projection with the blade while leaving it of a projection gap partially covered, so that between the vane protrusion and the blade protrusion on the one hand and the guide vane platform and the moving vane platform on the other hand, a chamber is formed.
- a projection shoulder is arranged, which extends to the blade projection extends and thereby a vertical projection gap cross-sectional area measured to the direction of flow at least 80% covered.
- the projection shoulder preferably covers which is at least 70% of the maximum load of the gas turbine corresponds to the projection gap cross-sectional area more than 95%.
- the guide vane projection is preferably also made of the guide vane material formed while the tab heel is made of a projection heel material that has a lower abrasion hardness has as the guide vane material.
- the projection shoulder is preferably on the guide vane shoulder welded.
- the projection shoulder is preferably in a groove of the Guide blade projection used.
- the gas turbine is preferably included as a stationary gas turbine with a capacity greater than 10 MW. Especially with one such large stationary gas turbine, particularly in a power plant is used to generate energy it depends on high efficiency. This in turn means that as little sealing air as possible to seal the gap between guide vane and rotor blade may, since this sealing air is the actual combustion process missing in the gas turbine and therefore the use of sealing air reduces the efficiency of the gas turbine.
- a gas turbine guide vane Task solved by a along a blade axis directional gas turbine guide vane with an airfoil area and a head area and with a between Airfoil area and head area lying platform area, in which one extends transversely to the blade axis up to one Guide vane platform extending around the platform edge is arranged, the circumferential platform edge an outflow side Has edge and being on the downstream side Edge an extending towards the head area Platform heel is arranged.
- the guide vane platform consists of a guide vane material and the platform heel from a platform heel material.
- the platform heel material is less Abrasion hardness than the guide vane material.
- the platform shoulder on the guide vane platform is preferred welded.
- the platform heel is preferably in a groove Guide vane platform used.
- the gas turbine guide vane has in the head area a guide vane projection with an outflow side Projection end edge, being at the projection end edge a projection heel is arranged which is made of a protrusion heel material, the vane protrusion consists of the guide vane material, and wherein the projection heel material has a lower abrasion hardness, than the vane material.
- the projection shoulder is preferably on the guide blade projection welded.
- the projection shoulder is preferably in a groove of the Guide blade projection used.

- In the hot gas flow channel 35 are alternating vane rings in succession 29 and blade rings 34 arranged, being exemplary only one guide vane ring 29 and one moving vane ring 34 are shown.
- Each guide vane ring 29 has guide vanes 30 on.
- Each blade ring 34 has blades 32 on.
- the guide vanes 30 are with the housing of the Turbine part 27 connected.
- the blades 34 are with a Rotor 33 connected.
- combustion air 40 becomes in the compressor 23 compressed and fed to the combustion chamber 25.
- combustion air 40 is added to the combustion chamber 25 burned by fuel to exhaust 42.
- the exhaust gas 42 is in the hot gas flow channel 35 passed. Energy from the exhaust gas 42 is applied via the blades 32 as rotational energy transfer the rotor 33 which e.g. one not shown Drives generator for generating electrical energy.
- FIG. 2 shows an arrangement of a guide vane 30 and a downstream blade 32 according to the State of the art.

- the blade 32 is along a blade axis 70 directed.
- the moving blade points along the moving blade axis 70 32 a blade 74, a blade platform area 76 and a blade root region 77.
- In the blade platform area 76 is a blade platform 75 arranged.
- the blade 32 is with her foot area 77 designed as a fir tree foot in a wheel disk 78 arranged, which in turn is part of the rotor 33rd is.
- sealing air 82 Since the Pressure in hot gas 42 varies along flow direction 44, penetration of hot gas 42 is avoided at every point must be, the sealing air 82 must be under pressure be initiated, the at least the maximum pressure of the hot gas 42 in the hot gas flow channel 35 corresponds. this means a high consumption of sealing air 82. Because this sealing air 82 is taken from the compressor 23, it is not actually Combustion process in the combustion chamber 25 available. As a result, the efficiency of the gas turbine 21 is reduced.
- FIG. 3 shows a section of a guide vane 30 and one following blade 32, in which the shown in Figure 2 Gap 80 is effectively sealed.

- the platform gap 91 can thus practically completely the platform heel 90 can be sealed without damage the blade platform 75 would be feared.
- the blade platform 75 can be configured without an additional one Sales are manufactured using the previous technology served to seal the platform gap 91.
- In order to is particularly suitable for single-crystal cast rotor blades 32 a much simpler production possible, since no complex Bypass casting processes for casting such a rotor blade shoulder must be provided.
- a guide vane projection 94 arranged in the head region 58 of the guide vane 30 in the head region 58 of the guide vane 30 in the head region 58 of the guide vane 30 in the head region 58 of the guide vane 30 in the head region 58 of the guide vane 30 there is a guide vane projection 94 arranged. This partially covers one Blade projection 98. A projection gap 93 educated. Between this guide vane projection 94 and the Blade projection 98 on the one hand and the guide blade platform 55 and the blade platform 75 on the other hand a chamber 100 is formed. The introduction of sealing air into the chamber 100 can take place under a lower pressure than that is actually required for complete sealing Maximum pressure of the hot gas 42 in the hot gas flow channel 35. This is due to the fact that due to this chamber sealing system some portion of hot gas 42 enter chamber 100 can be there without fear of damage the hot gas 42 mixes with the sealing air 82.
- the sealing of the projection gap 93 is analog the sealing of the platform gap 91 is formed. For this is on a downstream end edge 97 of the vane projection 94 a projection shoulder 96 is arranged. This can, like the platform heel 90, from an abrasive removable material.
- FIG. 4 uses the example of the guide vane projection 94 to show how the projection shoulder 96 is arranged on the guide vane projection 94 is.
- a corresponding arrangement can also be used for platform heel 90 for placement on the vane platform 55 can be applied.
- the projection shoulder 96 is in a groove 95 formed on the downstream end edge 97 runs, used. This enables in particular in simpler Way an exchange of the projection paragraph 96 at a Wear due to the abrasive removal.
- lead paragraph 96 and the platform heel 90 can also, as in Figure 3 shown to be welded.
- a guide vane platform 55 is shown in FIG. This has an impact baffle 102 on its underside. sealing air 82 is fed as cooling air to this baffle cooling plate 102 and via holes 104 on the underside of the guide vane platform 55 steered.
- This effective impingement cooling of the Guide vane platform 55 is effective despite an abrasive Sealing of the platform gap 91 only possible because none abrasive material to be removed on the underside of the guide vane platform 55 must be arranged as in conventional Technology has been the case so far. Because of this effective Impingement cooling of the guide vane platform 55 is eliminated also internal cooling channels of the guide vane platform 55, whereby this can be made thinner and thus in turn easier is to be cooled.

Description
Laufschaufeln.
her zulässt. Die Kühlung konnte somit nur durch die
Leitschaufelplattform durchdringende Langlöcher, die als
Kühlkanäle fungierten, gekühlt werden. Gerade bei den die
Laufschaufelplattform überragenden und damit relativ langen
Leitschaufelplattformen führt dieses Konzept zu einer
schlechten Kühlung der Leitschaufelplattform, insbesondere im
Endbereich.
bypassartige Fortsetzung des Gusskanals erfordert, was wiederum
Laufschaufelplattform angeordnete Laufschaufelabsatz, wodurch
bereits weitgehend abrasiv abgetragener Plattformabsatz in
Materials an die Unterseite der Leitschaufelplattform angebracht
umlaufenden Plattformrand erstreckende Leitschaufelplattform

gleiche Bedeutung.
Figur 1 zeigt eine Gasturbine 21. Die Gasturbine 21 weist
hintereinander geschaltet einen Verdichter 23, eine Brennkammer
25 und ein Turbinenteil 27 auf. Das Turbinenteil 27 weist
einen Heißgas-Strömungskanal 35 auf. In dem Heißgas-Strömungskanal
35 sind aufeinander folgend abwechselnd Leitschaufelkränze
29 und Laufschaufelkränze 34 angeordnet, wobei beispielhaft
nur ein Leitschaufelkranz 29 und ein Laufschaufelkranz
34 gezeigt sind. Jeder Leitschaufelkranz 29 weist Leitschaufeln
30 auf. Jeder Laufschaufelkranz 34 weist Laufschaufeln
32 auf. Die Leitschaufeln 30 sind mit dem Gehäuse des
Turbinenteils 27 verbunden. Die Laufschaufeln 34 sind mit einem
Rotor 33 verbunden.
Im Betrieb der Gasturbine 21 wird Verbrennungsluft 40 im Verdichter
23 verdichtet und der Brennkammer 25 zugeleitet. In
Hierzu
Dies ermöglicht insbesondere in einfacher
Weise einen Austausch des Vorsprungsabsatzes 96 bei einer
Abnutzung aufgrund des abrasiven Abtrags. Vorsprungabsatz
55 gelenkt.
