Definitions
- the invention relates to a hydrocyclone according to the preamble of claim 1.
- hydrocyclones are used to move liquids containing substances from different sinking behavior due to strong centrifugal forces fractionate. So it is e.g. possible in a fiber suspension, such as for Production of paper is used to concentrate and contain contaminants derived from the hydrocyclone by a reject connection. That of contaminants The exempt fraction, namely the accept, is led through the accept connection and further used.
- Hydrocyclones have multiple connections (three or more), there may be assembly Difficulties arise if the connections do not match the dimensions with the The openings in the distribution and collection device match. The assembly of this Hydrocyclones are therefore made more difficult, but not only for the initial assembly, but also is also disadvantageous for the repeated replacement of hydrocyclones.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of designing hydrocyclones in such a way that these can be easily attached and removed, even if the distribution and Collection device has larger dimensional tolerances at the connections.
- the hydrocyclones designed according to the invention can be very easily on deviations the connection dimensions can be set.
- a hydrocyclone 1 in the embodiment according to the invention. It contains a Inlet pipe 6 with inlet opening 2 for the liquid F, an overlying one Light material outlet opening 3, through which the light fraction in a manner known per se A is derived from the center of the hydrocyclone, which forms the accept here.
- the Heavy fraction here with the heavy parts ST, flows through the one below Heavy material outlet opening 4, the distance d from the in the axial direction Has inlet opening 2.
- the center line through the inlet opening 2 is parallel to that of the Light material outlet opening 3.
- the vertical distance b between the two named Center lines can be changed.
- the light pipe 7 is - only indicated - screw 8 connected to the upper part of the hydrocyclone 1.
- the distance b can be set as desired vary.
- the lightweight tube 7 is used inserted more or less deep into the hydrocyclone 1, which also increases the distance c between the center line of the inlet opening 2 and the lower end of the Light tube 7 changes.
- this has no disadvantages for the function of the Hydrocyclones and allows a particularly simple execution of this area.
- the length of the Light pipe 7 can be adjusted by shortening. Or the screw connection becomes something executed differently, for which an example will be shown in FIG. 6.
- Fig. 2 shows an example of a hydrocyclone 1, which is connected to a distribution and Collection device 5 is connected.
- the cleaning liquid via an inlet pipe 10 to which the inlet opening of the Inlet pipe 6 is connected to the hydrocyclone 1.
- the liquid flows through the light substance outlet opening of the cleaning device
- Light-weight pipe 7 into the accept pipe 11, which is located above the feed pipe 10 located.
- Inlet pipe 6 and light pipe 7 are each with a flange provided with the help of bolts and nuts on the corresponding pipe is releasably attached. Other fastening options are also conceivable.
- the Heavy material pipe 9 is located at the lower end of the hydrocyclone 1 and serves the Removal of the heavy parts collected in the hydrocyclone via the Heavy material outlet opening 4 in a reject collecting tube 12.
- The is advantageous Connection to the reject manifold 12 arranged parallel to the other connections.
- a mounting frame 13, which is only indicated, serves for collecting device 5.
- FIG. 3 Another side view of the hydrocyclone shown in FIG. 2 is shown in FIG. 3 the inlet pipe 10 and the accept pipe 11 can be seen in a side view. Because of the Tangential inlet is the inlet opening opposite the light material outlet opening laterally offset.
- the light-weight tube 7 ′ projects into the interior of the hydrocyclone 1. It is provided with a left-handed external thread 14, which with the Left-hand thread of the lock nut 15 and the upper part of the threaded sleeve 16, the also has a left-hand thread, is engaged.
- the lower part of the threaded sleeve 16 contains a right-hand thread, which in a at the upper end of the hydrocyclone 1 incised right-handed external thread runs.
- the embodiment shown in Fig. 6 differs from e.g. 4 shown in that when the light tube 7 "is adjusted, the position of the dip tube 20 is not changed.
- the latter is namely with the top of the Hydrocyclones 1 'firmly connected, advantageously together with this in one piece manufactured.
- the housing of the hydrocyclone expediently consists of at least two components, i.e. that the top is removable.
- the lightweight tube 7 " has a left-hand screw connection in its upper part, which in the upper part of a Threaded sleeve 16 engages.
- the lower part of the threaded sleeve 16 is in turn with the Hydrocyclone 1 'connected by a right-hand thread.
- the light material outlet opening 3 is upwards, thus aligned in the axial direction of the hydrocyclone 1 '. But it could also be slanted to the hydrocyclone axis.
- the invention also leads to such installation conditions to solve the task.
- Inlet pipe 6 and light pipe 7 can, as in FIG. 6, differ from the others Figures shows to be provided with external-conical insertion ends, which when assembled in (not shown) inner holes of elastic seals are introduced. By pulling out the light pipe 7 "then a secure connection of the Hydrocyclones created on the distribution and collection device.
- Hydrocyclones can also be used so that the heavy fraction as a good and the light fraction is used as a reject. With such an application e.g. Specifically light contaminants separated from a paper fiber suspension.
- a hydrocyclone according to the invention can be used if the light pipe 7 serves as reject connection. The accepted material then falls at the outlet for the heavy fraction on.
- Such circuits are known per se and are therefore not specifically shown here.
- the hydrocyclone system is designed so that the lines for the inlet and the accepted material has a considerably larger cross-sectional area than that for the Reject. This applies to the hydrocyclones as well as to the distribution and Collecting device. Naturally, the application of Invention particularly important.
- the - smaller - reject line can also be elastic parts included to compensate for the tolerances.
