Claims (4)

  1. Kontroll- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung, die den Austritt eines Materialbandes in einem Bandspender erlaubt, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Trommel (4) und eine Sicherheitswelle (9) besitzt, um die untere Öffnung (11), für den Durchgang des Materialbandes aus dem Gehäuse und aus der Trommel heraus zu verschließen, wobei die Trommel und die Welle durch ein Übertragungselement (10) miteinander verbunden sind, das aus einem Riemen besteht, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungselement (10) zwischen der Trommel (4) und der Welle (9) in schwimmender Montage montiert ist, wobei die Abtriebswelle des Riemens in ihrem Mittelteil gegenüber einer Rille angeordnet ist, die an der Trommel gebildet wird, und zwar in einer Diabolo-Konfiguration (9a) mit einer größeren Abmessung als der Breite der Rille (4b) an der Trommel (4), so dass eine seitliche Ausfederung schräg zum Riemen möglich wird, und auf diese Art und Weise die longitudinale Zugrichtung des Materialbandes durch den Benutzer außerhalb des Spenders entlang einer begrenzten Amplitude (α) begleitet wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (9) in ihrem Mittelteil und gegenüber der Rille (4b), die an der Trommel (4) gebildet wird, eine Diabolo-Konfiguration (9a) gemäß einer Stärkenreduzierung (D1) gegenüber dem Querschnitt (D2) der Welle (9) besitzt, so dass sie die Aufnahme für den Riemen darstellt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (L1) der Diabolo-Konfiguration (9a) weit über die Länge (L2) der Rille hinausragt, die an der Trommel gebildet wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Diabolo-Form (9a) der Welle seitlich durch die Wandungen (9b) der Welle (9) arretiert wird, die einen Absatz und einen Anschlag bilden.
