Definitions

  • the invention is based on an electric hand tool, in particular an angle grinder with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • an electric hand tool in particular an angle grinder with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a machine is known from DE 1 854 475 U.
  • an electrical connector which consists of a housing with a device for receiving a power line to a mounting shell of the housing, in particular executed in shell construction, wherein the mounting cup has a first opening for performing the power line and in the Has surrounding the first opening arranged labyrinth-shaped fixing device for the power line.
  • This fixing device prevents the power cable from accidentally disconnecting from the plug under normal conditions.
  • it is not sufficient for such electrical appliances that are exposed to the particularly severe stresses in construction site operation.
  • Such a solution is known for a jigsaw whose housing is designed in shell construction with a mounting and a cover shell.
  • the power cable is mounted in the housing so that a strain relief is effected.
  • the power line is guided through an opening in the housing and there by means of a clamp which clamps the power line, and labyrinth-shaped webs, through which the power line is serpentine defined.
  • These devices are arranged in the mounting cup.
  • the labyrinth-shaped webs opposite clamping ribs are arranged, which hold the power line in the labyrinth-shaped webs, so that they can not accidentally slip out of these.
  • the angle grinder according to the invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage of a simpler installation and thus a cheaper product.
  • the first rib has two parallel rib parts, between which the power line can be guided. As a result, a secure guiding of the power line is ensured, since a deflection of the power line is prevented both in the direction of the first and second rib part.
  • the second rib is arranged in the alignment of the first opening exactly in the middle between the two rib parts of the first rib. This ensures optimum protection against the insertion of the power line into the device, since the second rib from the power line impinges centrally on the second rib through the guide by means of the first rib.
  • the second rib is arranged at a distance from the first rib, which is smaller than the diameter of the power line. It is particularly advantageous if the clear width between the first rib and the second rib is approximately equal to the diameter of the power line. This ensures that the power line not only through the labyrinthine fixing device is fixed in position in the mounting cup, but also between the first rib and second rib.
  • the device has a fastening device for a clamp.
  • a fastening device for a clamp it is additionally possible, individually to different country variants of the electrical device, d. H. on different thickness lines, enter.
  • the fastening device connects directly to the first rib, wherein it may be formed integrally therewith, for example. This leads to a better mechanical stability of the individual parts.
  • the cover shell of the housing which is connected to the mounting shell, has clamping ribs which, in the mounted state of the housing, lie opposite the fixing device of the mounting shell. As a result, the power line is securely clamped in the labyrinthine fixing device without slipping out of this.
  • FIG. 1 shows the region of the inner surface of an assembly shell 1 of an angle grinder, in which a power line 2 (see FIG. 3) enters the housing of the angle grinder.
  • the housing of the angle grinder is designed in shell construction with the mounting shell 1 and a cover shell 3 (see Figure 4).
  • the mounting shell 1 has a first opening 11. This is followed in the immediate vicinity, in the alignment of the first opening 11, a fastening device 16 at. Subsequent to the fastening device 16, a first rib 13 is arranged, which is formed integrally therewith.
  • the first rib 13 consists of a first rib part 13a and a second rib part 13b aligned parallel thereto.
  • the two rib parts 13a, 13b are arranged along the alignment of the first opening 11.
  • Spaced to the first rib 13, a second rib 14 is arranged.
  • the second rib 14 is aligned parallel to the two rib parts 13a, 13b. It is arranged so that it runs in the middle between the two rib parts 13a, 13b.
  • the second rib 14 is connected to the second rib part 13b of the first rib 13 via a first bearing surface 17 which extends in a plane lying below the plane passing through the fastening means 16, the first rib 13 and the second rib 14 is formed.
  • a first Blokkier noise 14 a is arranged, which is integral with the second rib 14 and protrudes into the plane of the second rib 14 on the inside of the mounting shell 1. It serves to reduce the clear width between the first rib 13 and the second rib 14.
  • a labyrinth-shaped fixing device 12 is arranged on the inside of the mounting shell 1. This has a first stop 12a and a parallel thereto aligned third stop 12c.
  • a second fixing means 12b is arranged between the first fixing means 12a and the third fixing means 12c. This is formed cross-shaped.
  • the three fixing means 12a-12c of the fixing device 12 are connected to one another via a second bearing surface 18. This second bearing surface 18 is arranged in the same plane as the first bearing surface 17, ie below the plane formed by the three fixing means 12a-12c. It coincides with the plane in which the first rib 13 and the second rib 14 are arranged.
  • a second blocking means 12d Disposed between the second rib 14 and the second fixing means 12b is a second blocking means 12d which is integral with the second fixing means 12b and protrudes beyond the inside of the mounting shell 1 to the plane of the second fixing means 12b. It serves to reduce the clear width between the fixing device 12 and the second rib 14.
  • FIG. 2 The enlarged detail shown in FIG. 2 makes the relationships between the features described above even clearer. Identical parts are designated by the same reference numerals.
  • the mounting shell 1 shown in Figures 1 and 2 is shown with inserted power line 2.
  • the power line 2 has an inner portion 22 which is disposed within the mounting cup 1, and an outer portion 23 which is disposed outside of the mounting cup 1.
  • the power line 2 enters through the first opening 11 in the mounting cup 1 a.
  • the diameter 21 is so large that the power line 2 comes to rest almost free of play in the fastening device 16.
  • the power line 2 is then guided in the further course by the two rib portions 13a, 13b of the first rib 13 so that it can be moved only by a very small distance between these two rib portions 13a, 13b.
  • the first blocking device 14a is arranged, the clear width between the first rib portion 13a and the second rib 14 is reduced so that it is less than the diameter 21 of the power line 2.
  • the power line 2 between the first rib portion 13a and second rib 14 can be laid.
  • the distance between these two parts is just so great that the power line 2 can be inserted without clearance between them.
  • the second blocking device 12d By the second blocking device 12d, the clearance between the second rib 14 and the second fixing means 12b so far reduced that the power line 2 can not be inserted between the second rib 14 and the second fixing means 12b, the power line 2 must be forced through the fixing device 12. It is inserted serpentine between the three fixing means 12a-12c.
  • the inner portion 22 of the power line 2 is in this engaged state shown between the second rib portion 13b and the second rib 14 on the first support surface 17 (see Figures 1 and 2) and at the same time within the fixing device 12 on the second support surface 18 (see FIGS and 2) on.
  • the plane in which both the first bearing surface 17 and the second bearing surface 18 are arranged lies so far below the plane in which the first rib 13, the second rib 14 and the fixing device 12 are formed, so that the power line 2 to this Places substantially flush with the plane of the two ribs 13, 14 and the fixing device 12 closes.
  • the assembly is simplified and it can not be so skilled workers make this.
  • This S which abuts the second rib 14, it is ensured that a pushing in of the power line 2 is prevented in the interior of the housing.
  • This effect can be further improved by the fact that a clamp is attached to the fastening device 16 with screws, the power line 2 in addition in this area in determines their position with respect to the mounting cup 1, when the clamp is tightened firmly enough by means of the screws.
  • FIG. 4 shows a cover shell 3 for a housing of an angle grinder in a perspective view.
  • the view is chosen so that the cover shell 3 can be placed by folding on the mounting shell 1 of Figure 1, and you get the assembled state of the housing.
  • the cover shell 3 has a second opening 31, through which the power line 2 (see FIG. 5) can be guided into the interior of the housing.
  • Inside the lid shell 3 extend from its inner surface upwards a first clamping rib 32, a second clamping rib 33 and a third clamping rib 34. These are arranged so that they in the mounted state of the housing of the fixing device 12 are opposite (see Figure 5).
  • These three clamping ribs 32-34 are so far beyond the inner surface of the cover shell 3, that they conclude plan with the plane formed by their boundary substantially.
  • FIG. 4 further devices are recognizable, which are not essential to the invention and therefore not described in detail. These are, as in FIG. 1, also screw domes, ventilation slots and stiffening ribs.
  • FIG. 5 shows a mounted housing in which the mounting shell 1 and the cover shell 3 are joined together.
  • the power line 2 is in this case inserted into the housing and enters this through the two openings 11, 31 a.
  • the outer section 23 of the power line 2 is shown.
  • the three clamping ribs 32-34 of the cover shell 3 of the fixing device 12 of the mounting shell 1 are opposite.
  • the three clamping ribs 32-34 are arranged on the cover shell 3, that they are in the mounted state on the gap to the three fixing means 12a-12c of the fixing device 12.
  • the end planes of the three clamping ribs 32-34 engage in the termination plane of the fixing device 12, so that there is a small area of overlap of the three clamping ribs 32-34 with the fixing device 12.
  • This overlap in conjunction with the described position of the ribs results in addition to the horizontal labyrinth effect yet another labyrinth effect across.
  • the inner portion 22 of the power line 2, as described for Figure 3, concludes with the termination plane of the fixing device 12 is substantially flat.
  • the inner portion 22 of the power line 2 is pressed firmly against the two bearing surfaces 17, 18 (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
  • trapping of the inner portion 22 of the power line 2 takes place, resulting in a simple and secure fixing of the power line 2 in the housing of the angle grinder.
