Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Überwachen des Betriebes eines Dampferzeugers für Gargeräte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Betriebes des Dampferzeugers zumindest ein wesentlicher Betriebsparameter desselben gemessen, der gemessene Ist-Wert mit einem Soll-Wert verglichen und das Ergebnis des Vergleichs als Regelgröße oder Steuergröße für die Behebung der Ursache der Abweichung oder für die Abschaltung des Dampferzeugers verwendet wird und daß der jeweilige Soll-Wert bei einem unbeeinträchtigten Dampferzeuger erfasst und abgespeichert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein wesentlicher Betriebsparameter der Zeitabstand zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Frischwasserauffüllvorgängen bei Siedetemperatur des Wassers im Dampferzeuger in Abhängigkeit von einer vorgegebenen Heizleistung ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein wesentlicher Betriebsparameter die Siedetemperatur des Wassers im Dampferzeuger ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein wesentlicher Betriebsparameter die Fülldauer zwischen den von den Füllstandsüberwachungseinrichtungen festgelegten Niedrig- und Hochwasserständen des Dampferzeugers ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein wesentlicher Betriebsparameter die Fülldauer bis zum Höchststand nach vollständiger Entleerung des Dampferzeugers ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein wesentlicher Betriebsparameter die Temperaturänderungsgeschwindigkeit des Wassers im Dampferzeuger bei vorgegebener Heizleistung ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Überschreiten des Zeitabstands-Soll-Wertes für das Frischwasserauffüllen bei Siedetemperatur eine kleine Menge kalten Frischwassers in den Dampferzeuger gespritzt oder gesprüht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein konstanter Zeitabschnitt und eine Wassermenge, die geringer ist als die verdampfte Wassermenge während dieses Zeitabschnittes, für das Einspritzen oder Einsprühen von Wasser in den Dampferzeuger festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Feststellung einer ausreichenden Wasserfüllhöhe nach dem Einsprühen von Frischwasser in den Dampferzeuger trotz Überschreitens des Zeitabstands-Soll-Wertes mindestens eine Spülung umfassend eine Entleerung und eine Füllung des Dampferzeugers mit Frischwasser durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Feststellen der richtigen Funktionsweise der Füllstandsüberwachungseinrichtung nach dem Einsprühen von Frischwasser mindestens eine Spülung umfassend eine Entleerung und eine Füllung des Dampferzeugers mit Frischwasser nach Ablauf des laufenden Garprogrammes durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Einsprühvorgänge gezählt und abgespeichert wird und daß in Abhängigkeit von dieser Anzahl je vorgegebener Zeiteinheit die Notwendigkeit einer Entkalkung angezeigt und bei Nichtdurchführung die Heizung für den Dampferzeuger abgeschaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Einsprühvorgänge gezählt und abgespeichert wird und daß in Abhängigkeit von dieser Anzahl je vorgegebener Zeiteinheit eine automatische Entkalkung des Dampferzeugers durchgeführt wird.
