Abstract
Description
La Figure 1 est une vue schématique, en perspective, d'un châssis de porte ou fenêtre, comportant un dormant fixe apte à recevoir un ouvrant coulissant formé de deux vantaux, réalisés conformément aux dispositions envisagées dans la demande de brevet 99 14668.
- La Figure 2 est une vue en élévation du châssis de la Figure 1, les deux vantaux de l'ouvrant coulissant étant montés dans le dormant.
- La Figure 3, est une vue en coupe transversale à plus grande échelle du châssis illustré sur la Figure 2.
- Les Figures 4 et 5 illustrent, à encore plus grande échelle, vu en coupe transversale, le mécanisme de serrure prévu pour solidariser les deux vantaux de l'ouvrant coulissant, respectivement avant et après que les deux parties de l'ensemble de liaison ne soient solidarisées l'une de l'autre.
- La Figure 6 est une vue en coupe verticale et en élévation du mécanisme de serrure, illustrant la position du pêne de verrouillage engagé dans sa gâche par la manoeuvre de l'ensemble de liaison actionné par le mécanisme de serrure.
- Les Figures 7, 8 et 9 sont des vues de détail, respectivement en perspective et de face en deux positions de la butée escamotable, illustrant le taquet de celle-ci, apte à libérer ou immobiliser l'ensemble de liaison, selon que les deux montants des vantaux sont ou non en regard.
- La Figure 10 est une vue de détail illustrant le doigt de commande porté par l'un des montants verticaux pour actionner le taquet de la butée escamotable.
- La Figure 11 illustre une variante de réalisation de la butée escamotable.
- La Figure 12 est une vue en coupe partielle, analogue à celle de la Figure 6, mais illustrant une variante de réalisation.
Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour le verrouillage ou le déverrouillage de deux vantaux d'un ouvrant d'une porte ou fenêtre, montés à coulissement dans un dormant fixe, chaque vantail comprenant un châssis constitué uniquement par un montant latéral vertical et une traverse inférieure horizontale, ce dispositif comprenant au moins un mécanisme de serrure porté par au moins un des montants verticaux des vantaux, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, commandé par le mécanisme de serrure (11, 12), un ensemble de liaison (10) en deux parties (10a, 10b), dont l'une (10b) peut se déplacer verticalement dans une rainure longitudinale ouverte (15b) de l'un (7b) des montants et présente une saillie externe (17) propre à venir s'engager dans un logement de réception (16) prévu dans la seconde partie (10a) de cet ensemble afin de les solidariser mutuellement, cette seconde partie (10a) étant également apte à coulisser verticalement dans une rainure homologue (15a) du montant (7a)de l'autre vantail, le déplacement de l'une au moins des deux parties de l'ensemble de liaison commandant le mouvement d'un pêne (19) propre à coopérer avec une gâche fixe (18), prévue dans le montant du vantail portant l'autre partie, le mécanisme de serrure n'étant autorisé à actionner l'ensemble de liaison avec coulissement simultané et dans le même sens des deux parties dans leurs rainures respectives pour assurer la pénétration du pêne dans la gâche que lorsque la saillie externe est engagée dans le logement de réception, en outre après effacement d'une butée escamotable (26a, 26b) de blocage de l'ensemble de liaison, cette butée étant portée par au moins un des montants et adaptée à libérer cet ensemble sous l'effet d'un doigt de commande (32) solidaire de l'autre montant et repoussant cette butée uniquement quand ces deux montants sont en regard l'un de l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les montants verticaux (7a, 7b) des deux vantaux comportent l'un et l'autre un mécanisme de serrure (11, 12), les deux mécanismes étant propres à actionner indépendamment la partie de l'ensemble de liaison (10) portée par le montant correspondant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'un des mécanismes (11), disposé du côté extérieur de la porte ou fenêtre est actionné par une clé de commande, apte à être retirée de la serrure après manoeuvre de celle-ci, l'autre mécanisme (12), disposé du côté intérieur, étant manoeuvré par un bouton poussoir ou similaire, dépourvu de clé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la saillie externe (17) de l'une des parties de l'ensemble de liaison (10) est constituée par un patin ou analogue, s'étendant transversalement vis-à-vis du montant vertical qui porte cette partie, le logement de réception (16) de cette saillie, prévu dans l'autre partie formant un évidement présentant un profil sensiblement en U, ouvert latéralement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque partie (10a, 10b) de l'ensemble de liaison (10) est constituée par une plaque étroite (14a, 14b), munie d'un talon de guidage engagé dans la rainure longitudinale (15a, 15b) du montant (7a, 7b) dans laquelle elle se déplace verticalement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens d'alignement mutuel, constitués de deux crochets (20, 21) portés respectivement par l'un et l'autre des montants (7a, 7b), ces crochets étant inversés et propres à s'imbriquer l'un dans l'autre lorsque les deux montants sont en regard.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque partie (10a, 10b) de l'ensemble de liaison (10) comporte un cliquet à ressort (22, 23) de blocage de cette partie vis-à-vis du montant correspondant, en fin de course de déplacement de cette partie dans sa rainure longitudinale.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la butée escamotable (26a, 26b) est formée par un taquet (27) articulé sur le montant vertical autour d'un axe transversal (28), perpendiculaire à ce montant, ce taquet présentant un ergot en saillie (29) extérieure coopérant avec le doigt de commande (32) porté par l'autre montant, de sorte que le contact du doigt avec le taquet, lorsque les deux montants (7a, 7b) viennent en regard, provoque le pivotement du taquet et la libération de la partie de l'ensemble de liaison (10) immobilisée par cette butée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, l'ergot en saillie (29) coulisse dans une rainure en arc de cercle (30) ménagée dans un plateau (31) maintenant le taquet (27) appliqué contre le montant vertical (7a, 7b).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, la butée escamotable (26a, 26b) comporte un taquet (33) apte à subir un déplacement transversal parallèlement au plan du montant (7a, 7b) sous l'effet du doigt de commande (32) agissant sur un ergot en saillie (33) porté par le taquet et se déplaçant dans une rainure de guidage horizontale (34).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, une des parties de l'ensemble de liaison (10) se prolonge par une tige coudée (35), venant en contact avec un loquet pivotant (36) articulé sur le montant (7a, 7b) qui supporte cette partie, ce loquet étant adapté à la manière d'un pêne à s'engager ou se retirer d'un logement (39) formant gâche, prévu dans l'autre montant.
