Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Montage von innerhalb eines Stanzwerkzeuges zusammengeführten, aus Bändern herausgearbeiteten Stanzteilen mit Zuführteilen, gegebenenfalls weiteren Stanzteilen, mittels eines an einem Schieber lösbar befestigten Stempels, wobei der Schieber in einer Führungsbahn eines ortsfesten Gehäuseteiles des Stanzwerkzeuges zwischen einer vorgeschobenen und einer zurückgezogenen Position in Richtung der Montage hin und her bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stempel (10) mit dem Schieber (4) wenigstens mittelbar über kraft- oder formschlüssige, bei Überlastung gegen eine Rückstellkraft (11) außer Eingriff gelangende Rastmittel (12) verbunden ist, und dass die dem Eingriffszustand der Rastmittel (12) entsprechende gegenseitige Relativposition von Stempel (10) und Schieber (4) durch einen Sensor (17) abfühlbar ist, der bei außer Eingriff befindlichen Rastmitteln (12) den Montageablauf unterbricht und die gesamte Produktion stillsetzt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stempel (10) verschiebbar in einer zur Führungsbahn (3) des Gehäuseteiles (1) parallelen Führungsbahn (8) des Schiebers (4) angeordnet ist und dass der Stempel (10) durch mit ihm in kraft- oder formschlüssigem Eingriff befindliche, vom Schieber (4) getragene Rastmittel (12) in der Führungsbahn (8) des Schiebers festgehalten ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stempel (10) von einem mit seinem rückwärtigen Ende verbundenen Stempelschaft (9) bwz. -halter getragen ist und dass dieser in der Führungsbahn (8) des Schiebers (4) angeordnet sowie dort durch die Rastmittel (12) gehalten ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastmittel einen im Schieber (4) im wesentlichen quer zu dessen Führungsbahn (8) verschiebbar geführten Sperrkörper (12) aufweisen, dass der Sperrkörper (12) auf seiner Rückseite durch eine ihn in die Führungsbahn (8) des Schiebers (4) drängende Kraft (11) beaufschlagt ist, und dass das Vorderende (13) des Sperrkörpers (12) mit einer seitlichen Ausnehmung (14) des Stempelschaftes (9) in formschlüssigem Eingriff ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Sperrkörper (12) beaufschlagende Kraft durch eine am Schieber (4) widergelagerte Druckfeder (11) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorderende (13) des Sperrkörpers (12) auf der dem Stempel (10) zugewandten Seite und entsprechend die Ausnehmung (14) des Stempelschaftes (9) aneinander liegend eine gegenüber der Längsrichtung der Führungsbahn (8) des Schiebers (4) sowie der Schieberichtung des Sperrkörpers (12) geneigte Schrägfläche (15, 16) aufweisen, und dass durch den Neigungswinkel der Schrägflächen (15, 16) in Verbindung mit der Größe der den Sperrkörper (12) beaufschlagenden Kraft (11) die Größe des Überlastungszustandes des Stempels (10) bestimmt ist, bei der die gegenseitige Rastverbindung von Stempelschaft (9) und Sperrkörper (12) außer Eingriff gelangt. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (17) auf die Position der rückwärtigen, sich quer zur Längsrichtung der Führungsbahn (8) des Schiebers (4) erstreckenden Kante (19) des Stempels (10) bzw. Stempelschaftes (9), eine Bohrung des Stempels (10) bzw. Stempelschaftes (9) oder dergleichen ausgerichtet ist. - Vorrichtung Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (17) am Gehäuseteil (1) feststehend angeordnet ist und die Position der Kante (19) bei vorgeschobener Position des Schiebers (4) abfühlt. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (17) eine Lichtschranke oder ein induktiver Näherungsschalter ist.
