Description
Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Mittelelektrode mit Edelmetallarmierung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Mittelektrode verwendet, deren Zündspitze (2a) gegenüber dem Mittelelektrodenkörper (1/2) verjüngt ist, dass man auf die verjüngte Zündspitze (2a) einen Edelmetalldraht(3), dessen Querschnitt dem Querschnitt der verjüngten Zündspitze entspricht, flächig aufschweißt, und dass man diesen Edelmetalldraht (3) in gewünschter Höhe (H) scharfkantig abschneidet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Kontaktbereich von verbleibendem Abschnitt (3a) des Edelmetalldrahtes (3) und der verjüngten Zündspitze (2a) von außen durch Strahlungsschweißen, vorzugsweise Laserschweißen unter Legierungsbildung verschweißt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Mittelektrode verwendet, deren Zündspitze auf einen Durchmesser von 2 mm, vorzugsweise 1 mm oder weniger verjüngt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man einen Edelmetallendlosdraht (3) verwendet, dessen Durchmesser 2 mm, vorzugsweise 1 mm oder weniger beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Edelmetalldraht (3) auf einen verbleibenden Abschnitt (3a) der Höhe (H) von 0,3 bis 1,0 mm scharfkantig abschneidet.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Verbindung von verjüngter Zündspitze (2a) der Mittelelektrode mit dem Edelmetalldraht (3) durch Widerstandsschweißen bewirkt.
- Mittelelektrode mit Edelmetallarmierung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine verjüngte Zündspitze (2a) aufweist, auf die stirnseitig ein Abschnitt (3a) eines Edelmetalldrahtes (3), der stirnseitig von scharfen Kanten (5) begrenzt wird, flächig aufgeschweißt ist, und wobei sich um den Bereich der Anlage von Edelmetalldrahtabschnitt (3a) an der verjüngten Zündspitze (2a) ein Legierungsbereich (6) zwischen dem Edelmetall und dem Material der Zündspitze der Mittelelektrode ringförmig erstreckt.
- Mittelelektrode nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der verjüngten Zündspitze der Mittelelektrode 2 mm, vorzugsweise 1 mm oder weniger beträgt.
- Mittelelektrode nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser des verbleibenden Edelmetalldrahtabschnittes (3a) 2 mm, vorzugsweise 1 mm, insbesondere weniger als 1 mm beträgt.
- Mittelelektrode nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe (H) des verbleibenden Abschnitts (3a) des Edelmetalldrahtes 0,3 bis 1,0 mm beträgt.
- Mittelelektrode nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Legierungsbereich (6) durch Laserschweißen ausgebildet ist.
