Description
Claims (15)
- Panikschließsystem insbesondere für in Kraftfahrzeugen vorgesehene, motorisch betriebene Fensterheber und/oder Schiebehebedächer mit mindestens einer Betätigungseinrichtung, einer dem jeweiligen zu betätigenden Element zugeordneten Antriebseinrichtung und einer Steuerungseinrichtung, wobei die Steuerungseinrichtung eine Einklemmschutz-Vorrichtung aufweist, die für normales Schließen einen Standard-Einklemmschutz und für Panikschließen einen modifizierten Einklemmschutz hat.
- Panikschließsystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Betätigungseinrichtung einen Schalter mit einer ersten Schalterraste zum manuellen Betätigen des zu betätigenden Elements und einer zweiten Schaltraste aufweist, wobei der Schalter derart ausgebildet ist, daß durch Tippen in die zweite Schaltraste eine automatische Betätigung des zu betätigenden Elements erfolgt und durch Halten in der zweiten Schaltraste die Panikfunktion ausgelöst wird.
- Panikschließsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Einklemmschutzvorrichtung derart ausgebildet ist, daß bei Betätigung einer Betätigungseinrichtung sämtliche zu betätigenden Elemente geschlossen werden.
- Panikschließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei beim Standard-Einklemmschutz das zu betätigende Element, an dem ein Einklemmen erkannt wurde, vollständig oder zumindest um eine Strecke von 50 mm reversiert.
- Panikschließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der modifizierte Einklemmschutz derart ausgebildet ist, daß beim Erkennen eines Einklemmens beim Panikschließen mindestens das zu schließende Element, an dem das Einklemmen erkannt wurde, um eine Strecke von weniger als 50 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 10 mm, reversiert.
- Panikschließsystem nach Anspruch 5, wobei der modifizierte Einklemmschutz derart ausgebildet ist, daß nach dem Erkennen des Einklemmens beim Panikschließen ein in der Steuerungseinrichtung vorgesehener Timer ein Zeitfenster (tZF) startet, innerhalb dem bei erneuter Betätigung der Betätigungseinrichtung zum Panikschließen die gesamte Einklemmschutz-Vorrichtung außer Betrieb gesetzt wird und die zu schließenden Elemente ohne Einklemmschutz vollständig schließen.
- Panikschließsystem nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Einklemmschutz-Vorrichtung derart ausgebildet ist, daß außerhalb des Zeitfensters (tZF) und bei Betätigung des Panikschließens erneut der modifizierte Einklemmschutz anspricht.
- Panikschließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Steuerungseinrichtung mit einer Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeitserfassungseinrichtung verbunden ist und derart ausgebildet ist, daß ab einer bestimmten Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit von vorzugsweise größer als 16 km/h die Panikfunktion außer Betrieb gesetzt wird.
- Panikschließverfahren insbesondere für in Kraftfahrzeugen vorgesehene, motorisch betriebene Fensterheber und/oder Schiebehebedächer mit den Schritten:(a) Erfassen einer Panikschließanforderung; und(b) Deaktivieren eines für normales Schließen vorhandenen Standard-Einklemmschutzes und Aktivieren eines für Panikschließen vorgesehenen modifizierten Einklemmschutzes.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei beim Panikschließen bei Betätigung einer Betätigungseinrichtung sämtliche zu betätigenden Elemente geschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei beim Standard-Einklemmschutz das zu betätigende Element vollständig oder zumindest um eine Strecke von 50 mm reversiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei beim Erkennen eines Einklemmens beim Panikschließen der modifizierte Einklemmschutz das zu schließende Element, an dem das Einklemmen erkannt wurde, um eine Strecke von weniger als 50 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 10 mm reversiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei beim modifizierten Einklemmschutz nach dem Erkennen des Einklemmens beim Panikschließen ein Timer ein Zeitfenster (tZF) startet, innerhalb dem bei erneuter Betätigung der Betätigungseinrichtung zum Panikschließen die gesamte Einklemmschutz-Vorrichtung außer Betrieb gesetzt wird und die zu schließenden Elemente ohne Einklemmschutz vollständig geschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei außerhalb des Zeitfensters tZF und bei Betätigung des Panikschließens erneut der modifizierte Einklemmschutz anspricht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, wobei ab einer vorbestimmten Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit von vorzugsweise größer als 16 km/h die Panikfunktion außer Betrieb gesetzt wird.
