Claims (5)
- Wäschebehandlungsgerät (Waschmaschine, Waschtrockner oder Trockner) mit einer fliegend gelagerten Trommel, bei der ein Wellenzapfen drehbar in zwei beabstandeten Radiallagern geführt ist, und mit einem Antriebsmotor in Form eines Direktantriebs, der einen mit dem Wellenzapfen verbundenen Permanentmagnet-Rotor (1-4) und einen mit einem Lagersitz verbundenen Stator (10-13) beinhaltet, wobei Rotor (1-4) und Stator (10-13) konzentrisch zueinander angeordnet und durch einen Luftspalt (9) voneinander beabstandet sind, gekennzeichnet durch Sensormittel (5, 14) mit einem zwischen Rotor (1-4) und Stator (10-13) angeordneten Kontaktsensor zur Erkennung einer Exzentrität zwischen Stator (10-13) und Rotor (1-4) und einer dadurch bedingten Veränderung der Breite des Luftspaltes (9) bzw. des radialen Abstandes zwischen Stator (10-13) und Rotor (1-4), wobei der Kontaktsensor als am Stator (10-13) angeordnete, in den Luftspalt (9) ragende geschlossene Leiterschleife (14) ausgebildet ist, welche durch mindestens ein am Rotor (1-4) angeordnetes, in den Luftspalt (9) ragendes Trennelement (5) dauerhaft unterbrochen wird.
- Wäschebehandlungsgerät (Waschmaschine, Waschtrockner oder Trockner) mit einer fliegend gelagerten Trommel, bei der ein Wellenzapfen drehbar in zwei beabstandeten Radiallagern geführt ist, und mit einem Antriebsmotor in Form eines Direktantriebs, der einen mit dem Wellenzapfen verbundenen Permanentmagnet-Rotor (1-4) und einen mit einem Lagersitz verbundenen Stator (10-13) beinhaltet, wobei Rotor (1-4) und Stator (10-13) konzentrisch zueinander angeordnet und durch einen Luftspalt (9) voneinander beabstandet sind,
gekennzeichnet durch Sensormittel (5, 14) mit einem zwischen Rotor (1-4) und Stator (10-13) angeordneten Kontaktsensor zur Erkennung einer Exzentrität zwischen Stator (10-13) und Rotor (1-4) und einer dadurch bedingten Veränderung der Breite des Luftspaltes, wobei der Kontaktsensor als am Stator (10-13) angeordneter Mikroschalter mit einem in den Luftspalt (9) ragenden Schaltstößel ausgebildet ist. - Wäschebehandlungsmaschine (Waschmaschine, Waschtrockner oder Trockner) mit einer fliegend gelagerten Trommel, bei der ein Wellenzapfen drehbar in zwei beabstandeten Radiallagern geführt ist, und mit einem Antriebsmotor in Form eines Direktantriebs, der einen mit dem Wellenzapfen verbundenen Permanentmagnet-Rotor (1-4) und einen mit einem Lagersitz verbundenen Stator (10-13) beinhaltet, wobei Rotor (1-4) und Stator (10-13) konzentrisch zueinander angeordnet und durch einen Luftspalt (9) voneinander beabstandet sind,
gekennzeichnet durch Sensormittel (5, 14) mit einem zwischen Rotor (1-4) und Stator (10-13) angeordneten Kontaktsensor zur Erkennung einer Exzentrität zwischen Stator (10-13) und Rotor (1-4) und einer dadurch bedingten Veränderung der Breite des Luftspaltes, wobei der Kontaktsensor als am Stator (10-13) angeordnete, in den Luftspalt (9) ragende offene Leiterschleife ausgebildet ist, welche durch das am Rotor (1-4) angeordnete, in den Luftspalt (9) ragende als Kontaktvorrichtung wirkende Trennelement (5) geschlossen wird. - Wäschebehandlungsmaschine (Waschmaschine, Waschtrockner oder Trockner) mit einer fliegend gelagerten Trommel, bei der ein Wellenzapfen drehbar in zwei beabstandeten Radiallagern geführt ist, und mit einem Antriebsmotor in Form eines Direktantriebs, der einen mit dem Wellenzapfen verbundenen Permanentmagnet-Rotor (1-4) und einen mit einem Lagersitz verbundenen Stator (10-13) beinhaltet, wobei Rotor (1-4) und Stator (10-13) konzentrisch zueinander angeordnet und durch einen Luftspalt (9) voneinander beabstandet sind,
gekennzeichnet durch Sensormittel (5, 14) mit einem zwischen Rotor (1-4) und Stator (10-13) angeordneten Kontaktsensor zur Erkennung einer Exzentrität zwischen Stator (10-13) und Rotor (1-4) und einer dadurch bedingten Veränderung der Breite des Luftspaltes, wobei der Kontaktsensor als am Stator (10-13) angeordnetes, in den Luftspalt (9) ragendes Piezoelement ausgebildet ist, welches bei Berührung durch ein am Rotor angeordnetes Betätigungselement ein elektrisches Signal auslöst. - Wäschebehandlungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein dem Stator (10-13) zugeordnetes Teil der Sensormittel (14) annähernd in der Sechs-Uhr-Position des Stators (10-13) angeordnet ist.
