Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Sortierung von Münzen unterschiedlicher Größe, mit einem scheibenförmigen Schleuderteller (1), von dem die Münzen (16) über einen Durchlaß (12) einer ringförmigen Führungsbahn mit einer inneren (9) und einer äußeren Führungskante (13) zuführbar sind, wobei die Münzen entlang der Führungsbahn, deren Breite entlang des Laufwegs der Münzen abschnittsweise zunehmend ausgestaltet ist, bewegbar sind und die Münzen (16) bei Erreichen eines Abschnitts der Führungsbahn, dessen Breite größer als der Durchmesser der Münzen ist, von der Führungsbahn über Gehäusedurchbrüche in den einzelnen Münzgrößen zugeordnete Sammelbehälter überführbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Führungskante (9) der Führungsbahn durch den Außenrand des Schleudertellers (1) gebildet ist, und daß die äußere Führungskante (13) einen Auflagebereich und einen seitlichen Führungsbereich enthält, wobei der seitliche Führungsbereich wenigstens eines Abschnitts der äußeren Führungskante mit einer der Führungsbahn seitlich zugewandten Ausnehmung (21) versehen ist, deren lichte Höhe kleiner als die Dicke wenigstens einer der auszusortierenden Münzsorten ist, wobei ein oder mehrere Abschnitte der äußeren Führungskante (13) durch übereinander gestapelte Scheiben (17, 18, 19) gebildet sind, deren der Führungsbahn zugewandte Seiten radial zueinander versetzt ausgerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (21) im Querschnitt rechteckförmig gestaltet ist und unmittelbar an den Auflagebereich anschließt.
- Vorrichtung zur Sortierung von Münzen unterschiedlicher Größe, mit einem scheibenförmigen Schleuderteller (1), von dem die Münzen (16) über einen Durchlaß (12) einer ringförmigen Führungsbahn mit einer inneren (9) und einer äußeren Führungskante (39) zuführbar sind, wobei die Münzen entlang der Führungsbahn, deren Breite entlang des Laufwegs der Münzen abschnittsweise zunehmend ausgestaltet ist, bewegbar sind und die Münzen (16) bei Erreichen eines Abschnitts der Führungsbahn, dessen Breite größer als der Durchmesser der Münzen ist, von der Führungsbahn über Gehäusedurchbrüche in den einzelnen Münzgrößen zugeordnete Sammelbehälter überführbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Führungskante (9) der Führungsbahn durch den Außenrand des Schleudertellers (1) gebildet ist, und daß die äußere Führungskante (39) wenigstens abschnittsweise eine der Führungsbahnen seitlich zugewandte Nut (31) aufweist, deren Breite mit zunehmender Tiefe stetig abnimmt, so daß die Münzen (16) entsprechend ihrer Dicke unterschiedlich tief eindringen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (31) V-förmig gestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere Abschnitte der äußeren Führungsbahn (13) aus einer Aufsatzscheibe (33) und einer Basisscheibe (34) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheiben (17, 18, 19; 33, 34) seitlich gegeneinander einstellbar ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Scheiben (17, 18, 19; 33, 34) gegeneinander einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Führungskante (13; 39) eine zur inneren Führungskante (9) hin gerichtete im spitzen Winkel nach unten abfallende Schräge (22) enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Führungskante (9) nach außen schräg abfallend (15) ausgebildet ist, und daß die innere Führungskante eine unterseitige Unterschneidung (20) aufweis.t
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusedurchbrüche (28) im Durchfallbereich der Münzen durch die Führungsbahn in Flugrichtung der Münzen schräg verlaufend ausgebildet sind.
