Claims (5)
- Tête de saisie, pour la manipulation de piles de cahiers séparés, de feuilles, de brochures publicitaires et autres produits similaires, qui est appliquée sur le bras (2) d'un robot qui, par l'intermédiaire de mouvements anthropomorphes, permet à la tête ci-dessus de tout d'abord saisir la pile (3), agencée sur une bande de transporteur (4) et, après ceci, toujours par l'intermédiaire de mouvements anthropomorphes, de la disposer sur la palette (5), conformément à un ordre défini sur la commande logique programmable (PLC) qui commande le déplacement de ce robot, ladite tête de saisie (1)
étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle
comporte un châssis (6), ancré sur le rebord (7) du bras de robot (2), qui supporte une plaque horizontale (8) sur laquelle est appliquée frontalement une plaque de mise en butée verticale (9) de la pile (3), sur ladite plaque verticale (9) étant fixé le support (10) du poussoir (11) commandé par le vérin pneumatique (12), qui permet de maintenir les cahiers séparés comprimés pendant le déplacement de cette même pile. - Tête de saisie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un peigne (15) supportant la pile (3) est supporté par un montant vertical (14) adapté pour alternativement coulisser sur des guides prismatiques (13) appliqués sur la plaque horizontale fixe (8).
- Tête de saisie selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement rectiligne alterné du montant vertical (14) destiné à permettre l'action d'insertion/extraction du peigne (14) sous la pile (3) est réalisé par l'intermédiaire d'une crémaillère (16) qui est en un seul tenant avec ce même montant vertical par l'intermédiaire d'une cornière (17), qui est déplacée de manière alternée par le pignon (18), actionné par le moteur (19), appliqué sur le châssis fixe (6).
- Tête de saisie selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle peut assurer l'ajustement automatique de la position de saisie du peigne, de manière à l'adapter aux différentes longueurs de la pile de cahiers, en ajustant simplement la course du montant vertical (14), en étant prévu que plus ledit montant vertical s'arrête à proximité de la plaque de butée (9), plus les dents du peigne font saillie à partir de la plaque située au-dessus.
- Tête de saisie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le peigne (15) est relié de manière amovible au montant vertical (14) de manière à être replacé conformément à la largeur de la pile.
