Claims (9)
- Modulsystem zur Ansteuerung und Betätigung von hydraulisch wirkenden Arbeitszylindern, die Vorrichtungen zum Spannen von Werkstücken zugeordnet und auf Paletten oder Arbeitstischen montierbar sind und die unterschiedliche Funktionen mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitsdrücken durchführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Modul (1) aus einer Platine (2) besteht auf der ein Zuschaltventil (3) und ein Druckregelventil (4) angeordnet sind und daß in der Platine (2) mehrere Kanäle (5) geführt sind, die wahlweise zu Arbeits- oder Durchgangskanäle bestimmbar sind.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Module (1) zu einer Moduleinheit, bestehend aus mehreren Modulen zusammenfügbar sind und daß die Kanäle (5) untereinander verbindbar sind.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1 u. 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus mehreren Modulen (1) gebildete Moduleinheit mit vorbestimmten Kanälen (5) so verbunden ist, daß die zugehörigen Zuschaltventile (3) in vorgegebener Reihenfolge ansteuerbar sind.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Durchschalten eines jeden folgenden Zuschaltventils von dem Durchschalten des vorherigen Zuschaltventils abhängig ist.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu einer Moduleinheit zusammen geschalteten Module (1) mit nur einem Hygraulikanschluss versehen sind, der dem Modul in der Reihe zugeordnet ist, das die erste Durchschaltung vollzieht.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Modulen (1) zugeordneten Zuschaltventile (3) in der Reihe ihrer Zuordnung ansteuerbar sind, in Abhängigkeit der Durchschaltung des jeweils in der Reihe zuvor liegenden Zuschaltventils.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuschaltventile (3) druckabhängig ansteuerbar sind, und zwar in aufsteigender Druckfolge in ihrer Reihenschaltung.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindest zwei der Durchgangskanäle (5) pneumatisch beaufschlagt sind und daß die Zuschaltventile über zugehörige pneumatisch wirkende Schaltelemente ansteuerbar sind.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in mindest zwei Durchgangskanälen (5) eine elektrische Leitung verlegt und zwischen je zwei Modulen (1) in diesen Kanälen ein elektrisches Kupplungssystem vorgesehen ist und daß die Zuschaltventile (3) mit elektrischen Steuerelementen versehen sind, so daß ihre Ansteuerung elektrisch vollziehbar ist.
