Claims (7)
- Modulsystem aus mehreren, untereinander durch Kanäle (5) miteinander zu einer Moduleinheit verbundenen Modulen (1) zur Ansteuerung und Betätigung von hydraulisch wirkenden Arbeitszylindern, die Vorrichtungen zum Spannen von Werkstücken zugeordnet und auf Paletten oder Arbeitstischen montierbar sind und die unterschiedliche Funktionen mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitsdrücken durchführen, wobei jedes Modul (1) aus einer Platine (2) besteht, auf der ein Zuschaltventil (3) und ein Druckregelventil (4) angeordnet sind, und wobei in der Platine (2) mehrere Kanäle (5) geführt sind, die wahlweise zu Arbeits- oder Durchgangskanäle bestimmbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Modulen (1) mit vorbestimmten Kanälen (5) so verbunden sind, daß die zugehörigen Zuschaltventile (3) druckabhängig in aufsteigender Druckfolge ansteuerbar sind.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuschaltventile in ihrer Reihenschaltung ansteuerbar sind, wobei der Hydraulikanschluß für jedes nachfolgende Zuschaltventil (3) in der Ausgangsleitung des vorher liegenden Zuschaltventils (3) liegt.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Durchschalten eines jeden folgenden Zuschaltventils von dem Durchschalten des vorherigen Zuschaltventils abhängig ist
- Modulsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu einer Moduleinheit zusammen geschalteten Module (1) mit nur einem Hydraulikanschluß (6) versehen sind, der dem Modul (1) in der Reihe zugeordnet ist, das die erste Durchschaltung vollzieht.
- Modulsystem nach einem Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Druckventilen (4) beliebige differente Drücke zugeordnet sind, die von den jeweils nachgeschalteten Arbeitszylindern bestimmt sind.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei der Durchgangskanäle (5) pneumatisch beaufschlagt sind und daß die Zuschaltventile über zugehörige pneumatisch wirkende Schaltelemente ansteuerbar sind.
- Modulsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in mindestens zwei Durchgangskanälen (5) eine elektrische Leitung verlegt und zwischen je zwei Modulen (1) in diesen Kanälen ein elektrisches Kupplungssystem vorgesehen ist und daß die Zuschaltventile (3) mit elektrischen Steuerelementen versehen sind, so daß ihre Ansteuerung elektrisch vollziehbar ist.
