Claims (10)

  1. Schneiddrucktiegel für eine Schneidstation einer Bearbeitungspresse für Papier- oder Kartonbögen mit mehreren Stationen, umfassend eine Stützplatte (1), auf der ein Schneidblech (7) angeordnet werden kann, wobei die Stützplatte Befestigungsmittel für das Schneidblech (7) aufweist, wobei die Befestigungsmittel auf einer ersten Seite der Stützplatte (1) wenigstens einen beweglichen Bügel (15, 16) und auf der der ersten Seite gegenüberliegenden Seite wenigstens einen ersten festen Bügel (10, 11) umfassen, der derart ausgeführt ist, dass Abschnitte am Rand des Schneidblechs (7) in den ersten festen Bügel (10, 11) verschoben werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Bügel eine Klemmstellung, in der er das Verschieben des Schneidblechs (7) auf der Stützplatte (1) verhindert, und eine Ruhestellung, in der er das Gleiten des Schneidblechs (7) auf der Stützplatte (1) ermöglicht, einnehmen kann, wobei die Befestigungsmittel ferner auf einer zur ersten Seite benachbarten Seite wenigstens einen zweiten festen Bügel (12, 13, 14) umfassen, der derart ausgeführt ist, dass Abschnitte des Randes des Schneidblechs (7) in den zweiten festen Bügel (12, 13, 14) verschoben werden können und unter dem beweglichen Bügel (15, 16) in die Klemmposition genommen werden können, wobei die Stützplatte (1) ferner Mittel zur Einstellung ihrer Position in einer horizontalen Ebene aufweist, wobei besagte Stützplatte (1) von einem unteren Tiegel der Presse aufgenommen wird.
  2. Schneiddrucktiegel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützplatte (1) zwei bewegliche Bügel (15, 16) umfasst, welche auf der lateralen Seite angeordnet sind, die auf der Bedienungsseite liegt.
  3. Schneiddrucktiegel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützplatte (1) mehrere erste feste Bügel (10, 11) auf der lateralen Seite, die auf der Gegenbedienungsseite liegt, und mehrere zweite feste Bügel (12, 13, 14) auf ihrer Hinterseite umfasst, wobei die ersten und zweiten festen Bügel die Form von Linealen aufweisen.
  4. Schneiddrucktiegel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder bewegliche Bügel (15, 16) auf einem beweglichen Stößel befestigt ist, der entgegen einer Rückholkraft manuell betätigbar ist, was die Drehung des beweglichen Bügels bzw. der beweglichen Bügel von der Ruhestellung in die Klemmstellung ermöglicht.
  5. Schneiddrucktiegel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Stößelvorrichtung einen Rändelknopf (17, 19) aufweist, dessen Drehung das Festklemmen des Schneidblechs (7) zwischen dem beweglichen Bügel (15, 16) und der Stützplatte (1) mit sich bringt.
  6. Schneiddrucktiegel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützplatte (1) unter jedem beweglichen Bügel (15, 16) eine Aussparung aufweist, in der der bewegliche Bügel in der Ruhestellung aufgenommen ist.
  7. Schneiddrucktiegel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützplatte (1) auf jeder ihrer seitlichen Seiten mikrometrische Einstellmittel (2, 3) für die Längsposition des Randes der Stützplatte aufweist, insbesondere Einstellblöcke, welche gerändelte Drehknöpfe (4, 5) aufweisen.
  8. Schneiddrucktiegel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eines (3) der mikrometrischen Einstellmittel für die Längsposition ein mikrometrisches Einstellmittel für die Querposition der Stützplatte (1) bezüglich des Drucktiegels umfasst.
  9. Schneiddrucktiegel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mikrometrische Einstellmittel für die Querposition ein gerändelter Drehknopf (6) ist.
  10. Schneiddrucktiegel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten festen Bügel (10, 11, 12, 13, 14) mit Federblättern (30) ausgerüstet sind, die dafür vorgesehen sind, das Schneidblech (7) automatisch und korrekt zu positionieren.
